Probably the busiest Chick-​fil-​a I’ve ever been to during the lunch break. The strange parking situation doesn’t help them much on getting people in and out quick but the staff is upbeat and they know how to get the food out quick and the orders are always correct.
If you go, be ready to maneuver your way around but you’ll definitely get what you’re looking for.

Great food, timely service for always being busy, and the staff here are always very courteous and polite. Just this morning I went through the drive thru line that was wrapped around the building and was through the line in under 7 minutes! Great job!

Chick-​Fil-​A can’t go wrong with me. It’s my go to fast food place… especially since it’s the only place where my daugher will eat Chicken Nuggets. Great food and amazing customer service by everyone that works here. Always smiling and in a pleasant mood. I’d say, ‘that I probably take my daughter here once or twice a week. I also like the promotional gift/​meal cards that they sometimes give out. Great customer appreciation!

Hannah was so awesome at the drive-​through window! Our order was processed quickly and everything was great! Definitely my favorite Chick-​fil-​A! Also the car show on Fridays is awesome! Keep up the good work everyone :-)

Very slow service inside and outside. We went to this place over 10 times and the drive through is getting worse and worse. The last time was 17 minutes to get our «slow food» meal. We then tried to order inside one time to get faster service, but was sorely disappointed. We were in line and they had only ONE register open with a long line with many other workers looking around and not servicing customer. Our kids love Chick-​fil-​A, but no longer at this location until the service time is better.

I normally don’t like to eat a lot of fast food but I would honestly eat Chick Fil A all day of I could. The food is great and the employees are well trained. They’re always very polite and provide great customer service! I also like how they bring the food to your table. They work quick which is a plus.
I got a to-​go order one time and when I got home I realized my fries weren’t there. I called them and told them what happened and the guy told me next time I came I would get a free meal. The service is great and I haven’t been disappointed!

Monday’s are most likely Chick-Fill-A’s busiest days of the week. I am only in town on Mondays for work, I choose this specific Chick-​Fill-​A because they always have smiles on their faces and their level of customer service is through the roof. The food preparation is so fast I can’t sit before I have my meal!
Josephine, part of the hosting staff is very attentive to the needs of the customers in the lobby. Today alone I have seen her ask just about everyone (including myself) if they are in need of refills. I’ve been to other Chick-​Fill-​A restaurants before, but by far they are doing it right. I will continue to make this restaurant my weekly Monday lunch spot.

This is the only fast food place that I will eat at, the Chicken sandwiches are always fresh and the meat is so juicy and moist, the desserts and salads are pretty good as well.
The service is always outstanding, they must have one hell of a screening process that keeps turning out an incredible work staff

How refreshing to come to a fast food restaurant with quality fast food, service that feels like a restaurant, nice muzak… and clean restrooms too!

They are always busy and yet always fast and accurate! The only issue is making that left turn out of here to get to the light, dang Wal-​Mart traffic!

Usually a solid four or five star experience for me, but not this time. The Mrs. and I have eaten at this location many times since it is convenient to shopping. The food and service are usually excellent.
Service was good this day, though the individual working the register didn’t get our order correct. I ordered a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich and the Mrs. order a Grilled Chicken Sandwich. What we were served was two Grilled Chicken Sandwiches. We were time constrained so I did not return my Grilled Chicken Sandwich for the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich.
The NEW Grilled Chicken Sandwich was just awful! The meat tasted like it was soaked in lemon a bit too long and the overall flavor profile was unassuming. The multi-​grain roll was okay, but not fresh. Let’s just say the Mrs. and I will NOT be ordering the NEW Grilled Chicken Sandwich again anytime soon. Ugh!
Service this visit earned only 3 Stars for the failed order and 1 Star for the tasteless Grilled Chicken Sandwich. A combined scored of 2 Stars.

Very friendly workers! The best thing about Chick Fila is their customer service. Oh … And their waffle fries and spicy chicken sandwich of course haha. AND their CHICK FILA sauce. Always love chick Fila since day one. And so far every chick Fila I have gone too has good customer service ! Bathroom was kind dirty though. But none the less everything was good.

I’m not usually a fast food person but I was impressed. The set up to order was a bit disorganized, but the service was incredibly fast. I ordered a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken was incredibly tender and good quality for fried chicken. The amount of spiciness was perfect. I noticed they had a sound proof play area for kids. When I’m not thinking about the amount of sodium in the sandwich, I will come back.

Chick fil a is one of the best fast food chains in this country. They train their employees to be friendly and polite which I appreciate. It’s hard to get decent customer service anywhere these days.
This location sticks to chick fil a standards. I come here multiple times a month! Although sometimes the food has been sitting out for a while (hate when I get those old tasting nuggets!). Come when you see a huge line for the freshest food!

Chick-​fil-​A! Hah! It’s just like all the other Chick-fil-A’s, silly: delicious!
In general Chick-​fil-​A tends to get your food out to you pretty fast. But this one time, at this specific location they called my name for my food before I had even paid — woah.

Other reviewers hit the nail on the head — the reason I don’t frequent this copy is the location — the exit for the shopping center is brutally slow to get out of. If not so, I’d be here more often. Tip for this location: When exiting, head down to the sole other exit by Lowes and exit there — will take less time though you’ll hit red for sure.
The service at this location is exception like every other Chik-​fil-​A that I’ve ever seen. The food is the same conveniently priced cluck-​on-​a-​shingle food you’ve enjoyed. Man… peach shake time? Getting hungry for that right now.
One general gripe — why did it take them so long to do a spicy chicken sandwich? Glad they have it now.

Probably the only chick fil a I go to in NoVa. Although the location is meh, with the Walmart and Sams’ club traffic, but it’s still my favorite location.
I have always had good service here. They employees are very well trained in customer service. Not once have I seen a grumpy worker. Always smiles; and that says a lot when working with the general public in this area. Just sayin’.
Friday is the car show day. I’ve stopped by and seen some pretty cool classic cars. I’m glad they’re consistent with that. Gives people something to do after inhaling waffle fries.

Normal Chick-​fil-​a food that was hot, fresh, and very good. I love the breakfast here!
The restaurant was pretty clean and as I was walking in, I saw an employee cleaning the windows. When I went to go sit down in the same area where the windows had been cleaned 5 minutes earlier, the tables and seats needed to be wiped down because there was food on them. No one had been sitting in that area since I had entered the restaurant. I think they need to put a higher priority on cleaning on the tables and seats.
The other downside to this Chick-​fil-​a is getting out of the parking lot. This location shares the parking lot with Lowe’s and trying to get out of the parking lot is horrible because the traffic flow was no designed well.
