This place sucks… dishonest from the beginning. we talked with this guy Matthew who throws out prices of granite at the top of his head and when you go back the prices change from day to day. Now let’s get to the real mistakes… oh my granite gets delivered and it is cut completely wrong… the only compensation is free installation after the hacked of 9 inches of my granite I also asked for the sink cutout he told me originally they could save them because they don’t fall hard… he forgot and made up. Some story how they both broke… bullshit. …lots of granite places around steer clear of this crappy joint

We had them out to template a new house job — 4 rooms with granite (kitchen, bar area, 2 bathrooms). They only cut TWO pieces correctly out of 8+ pieces! PLUS they broken our master bathroom countertop.
What was the point of coming out to measure everything if you didn’t cut them correctly? Thankfully, there was an unused slab of our kitchen granite that we used to replace that screw up. Our main bathroom top was a remnant and there was none left so we had to choose a new piece that we didn’t like as much. And our master bath has a seam that was fixed but still doesn’t look right.
We complained about the job and while they had given us a multiple job discount to begin with, they only took an additional $ 100 off the cost for all the inconvenience and delays. Thanks for nothing.
