Don’t let previous experiences ruin your stay here, the place is under new management and his name is Brian, I checked in yesterday for five weeks I was literally greeted with open arms, an overly polite staff considering the place has new management and the manager has cleaned up the staff to make it a more pleasant experience. This location currently ranks second in the area out of all the extended-stay’s. Facility is very clean and organized and the room was equally acceptable. There are many eating establishments within walking distance. I realize my five star rating will not bring up the past ratings but give this place a try they will not disappoint.

Reasonable prices but apperintly we had one of the worst experiences we ever had. First of all at our first day there was no staff at the front disk as if the hotel is a ghost city! The hallways smells like cigarets as well as our room even though it says no smoking signs left and right but I guess someone was breaking the rules and no one cared about it. The bed room had zero equipments no shampoo, soap, toilet paper, or at least a coffee maker and cups. The toilet had stickers on it like no one ever cleaned it before! The sec night was a nightmare when my 18 months old baby start yelling I found out there was ants all over the room and he was playing with them and under the beds is very dirty you can’t imagine what you can find there it’s like there is no house keeping, and for the past two days of our stay no one came to clean the room. I couldn’t stay any longer I never felt disgusted in my life as much as I was at this point. We asked for a check out immediately and the front disk worker asked if we wanted to move to another room but I refused I’m very sure it’s not going to end the problem. I didn’t get a refund for the money we stayed in but I got what left of the days we didn’t use back which he can’t do a refund or so as he told me. After we left I realized I forgot my phone I called to ask about it. The staff wasn’t friendly at all to help me and they kept telling me they couldn’t find it. I’m very positive it was there and I’m very sure someone took it. I’m full of disappointments from my stay at this hotel.

Have my daughter and grandkids here and never had any issue until i made a mistake in rebooking. The night manager is a rude totally rude woman. Knowing that there are children there as well called the day time manager which told her she could stay and told the night manager to just give her key and he would take care of it in the morning, she made my daughter pack up everything and move down to the extended stay after being in this one for 7 weeks! We are greatful that the other ES let us cancel and rebook, but expect some disciplinarian action to the nightly manager.

This is a OK place to stay if you really need a place to stay but I wouldn’t do it. I checked in at 11PM, and the person at the front desk was annoying. I asked for a late checkout, and she asked why(which I explained), only to get from her in a rude manner: «No, we can’t give you a late checkout.» I made my way up to the room. The floor had dried stains on it, which I found to be disgusting. I went to bed feeling tired, but the light from outside kept coming in no matter how I closed the curtain. I woke up in the morning to go downstairs for their«breakfast». It was just oatmeal. I got to the front desk to ask for late checkout again, if a new person was available but no one was there at the front desk. I waited for 10 minutes and got back. I came back to my room, setup my laptop and sat down to work, only to find that both chairs have mud stains on them. This place is utterly disgusting, and lacks customer service. Never again am I staying at an Extended Stay.

You get what you pay for. Room smells like cigarettes. Cat hair is evident throughout the room. I’ve also seen ants on many surfaces. Otherwise functional and quiet.

I’ve been here for 2 hours and I’m already ready to leave! I just lifted up my blankets and found mud on my sheet. Yes sheet, the one they are supposed to change before you move in to a room. It’s dried on mud not even a stain. Oh and there are two black hairs on it. Then I called the front desk to get new sheets and they said they can only give me a flat sheet not the fitted(good thing that’s where the mud is) but I have to bring it down and swap them myself. Yes because it’s my fault you left me a dirty sheet when I just checked in. The hotel has no shampoo/products in the bathroom. If I had known I would’ve taken mine from home. —- It’s morning now. I just showered. Someone wiped snot complete with nose hair on the shower curtain in 2 places. Also found more black hairs in the shower. Towels were too gross to use. I used a hand towel to dry off. Going to ask for another room now. —-Update — the manager/front desk staff promptly moved me that day. The room I’m in is still a little gross. I did find two black hairs in shower and one on a towel. The shower ones were most likely not from housekeeping. The sheets also had stains. My plan is to just sleep on the other side and hope I don’t roll over. If you must stay here, here are the redeeming qualities. WIFI, parking, and oatmeal for breakfast are free which is the best part. There’s also 3 walkable restaurants that are all good. The front desk guys were friendly.

Recently chose this place after the hotel my co-workers were staying at was booked full. The place was very clean. Everything in good working order. The only 2 complaints I have are that there was no shampoo in the bathroom(I had forgotten mine) and that the curtains let in so much light I couldn’t sleep. No matter how I tried adjusting them, the light from the street lights right outside would seep in. It was almost as if I had left a light on in the room.
