Good pizza, nice staff. Ordered: 18″ cheese pizza. Next visit will be much more adventurous — the have a number of great sounding pizzas.

We love Ledo. Their pizza is great, & their wings are just as good as BWW. Very convenient for carryout.

I’ve always been a huge ledos fan. called today to try and order a half buffalo chicken half sausage/pepperoni and was told that they can’t do this because they«can’t mix the sauce», despite the fact this is the same pizza I’ve ordered at every ledos I’ve ever been to for the past 7 years… Guess it’s easy to see why this place has such poor ratings compared to others.

So I decided to go to Ledos. I have been to the many of the other pizza joints in the area and did not like them. The best pizza in the area is still Domino’s. Its sad that an actual pizzeria cant compete with fast food pizza. I walked into Ledos and the place was empty. Its not surprising that a restaurant is slow at 3:45, but not a single other customer was there. I immediately had reservations about ordering a pizza… but I was already there. I ordered a small meat lovers pizza and sat down. The staff was pleasant enough when I ordered, but from the moment I sat down, they didnt say a word to me or even look at me. My pizza came out in a box, I assume they thought I wanted it to go. They didnt ask. I opened up the box and saw my meat lovers thin crust pizza. It smelled good. However, the cardboard box was coated with grease, as was the pizza. The 8 inch square pizza was cut into 3×3 squares. Now, the outer edges of the crust were slightly crispy(ish), but 98% of the pizza was a soggy mess. Every piece was so saturated with grease that it disintegrated when I picked them up. The meats fell off, the cheese dripped off into a gooey puddle, and the crust was like a soggy napkin. This pizza was impossible to eat by hand. I eventually gave up and asked for a knife and fork. The pizza tasted OK… It wasnt bad. The flavors were not consistent. Some bites tasted better than others, which really puzzles me. It was so greasy, I just couldnt finish the tiny pizza. Simply put, you can get a better tasting, structurally sound, bigger pizza, from Domino’s at a lower cost.

I was craving a calzone so we called Ledo to order that and a pizza. I pulled up the menu online and wanted the tuscan, with banana peppers and meats. The girl on the phone asked me what I said twice, then proceeded like she understood. When I picked it up, it was just a regular calzone. I pointed this out and neither of the ladies there knew what the tuscan was. Apparently I had pulled up the wrong menu– my fault, but why didn’t you tell me they didn’t have that when I ordered? The lady was apologetic and offered to make something else for me, but time was of the essence, as I was really hungry.

This is a smaller and older Ledos chain restaurants. Ok service and good pizza. Interior could use an upgrade.

Never again! It’s just not worth it! Here’s what’s so messed up … When I first moved to NOVA and stumbled upon Ledo’s I LOVEDIT! Lately … I’m talking within the past year, their service leaves a LOT to be desired. The product is still somewhat decent, if you get it hot. My last experience on Friday, 5⁄8 with the young ladies behind the counter … I was served waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much attitude with a side of poor customer service, oh and luke-warm pizza. I ordered a veggie pizza with NO olives. When they rang it up, they charged me more money for less toppings claiming that it no longer was the advertised veggie pizza but they had to ring everything up separately. What year is this? Are you kidding me? Could it be that you don’t know how to ring it up the correct way? Or how about, ring it up for what is advertised, turn around to the folks in the kitchen(5 ft behind you) and let them know … «hold the olives»? How about that? What in the name of NY pizza has happened to good customer service!!! New management? If you want to hold onto this biz, you may want to reevaluate your staff.

I’ll never go back. Rather by a boxed pizza then go back to Ledo’s Pizza. Boxed pizzas tasted better then there pizzas.

I would’ve liked to try Ledo Pizza, but that never happened. Walked in unknowingly a few minutes after close. Door was open, there were several employees working behind the counter and in the kitchen inside. I stop and take a few minutes to look at the menu. A younger guy is behind the counter talking to another(young female) employee. They don’t say anything to me or acknowledge me(he’s too busy flirting I guess) after a minute or two, I notice a few sideways looks from the guy. I’m clearly scrutinizing the menu. After another minute or so I decide and then approach the register. Before I can get two words out the guy looks at me as if I’d just told him I thought that the earth was flat and says«sorry we’re closed» in a rude tone of voice, rolls his eyes at me and goes back to flirting with the other employee. You couldn’t have told me that when you saw me walk in and look at your menu a few minutes ago? Thanks for the side of attitude, by the way.

3.5 rating, I love Ledo pizza and have been a fan for many years now and with all of the new pizza joints popping up all over the place Ledo is still capable of holding its own, great square pizzas and the list of toppings are good, I dont get anything other than pizza so i cant comment on the pastas and subs, as for the customer service here I have not had any problems yet

Lousy customer service. Don’t expect your free drink for checking in. We don’t do that here. Don’t expect the sweet tea either, oh it’s on the menu but, We don’t do that here. Can we speak with the manager, We don’t do that here. What exactly do you do? Nothing we don’t usually have customers. Sad thing is they know the free soda is advertised because he said the manager is not gonna help lots of people have tried, but like I said, «We don’t do that here.» I asked son how much is that drink that’s advertised as free going to cost me? $ 2…so is it really worth $ 2 to piss off a customer. Apparently because, We don’t do that here!

This is the best pizza in the area. I typically just order for pick up. I have read a lot of reviews about poor customer service. I can’t comment on that other than to say I have never had a problem picking up my pies from this location. And I have ordered a lot from here! Never had one mix up on the order or pizza not made well. Easily my number one choice. Second would probably be Pizza Boli’s, only because they deliver.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I forgot why I don’t come here anymore. It’s staffed by a bunch of lazy morons. On our way home, Husband and I were talking about what to pick up for dinner. We decided on Ledo’s. We’re sitting in the parking lot looking in the restaurant as Husband is calling for a take out order. He watches as the cashier hangs up on him. Twice. Sigh. Husband walks in to place the order and is ignored by three employees standing around chatting. He FINALLY gets to order and is told 15 minutes. We’ll see. I don’t have high hopes for our last visit to Ledo’s.

I have been there a couple times before and loved the pizza. However, this time it was just awful. Got a lg. with pepperoni and the med. chicken sausage/OO. Both were so over cooked the edges were almost black. The edges of the pepperoni was black. Like biting into a thick, very hard saltine cracker tht was toasted for 20 minutes. All the cheese was dark, dark brown and didn’t taste like cheese. How is this possible? I did not know they cooked on a stupid conveyor belt like domino’s. That is a star off right there. But you would think the oven would be set at a temp and left there for all the same consistency. Right? Unless they change it for other dishes. Never going back. Waste of $ 30. Will stick with Pomodoro’s.

We ordered a chicken parm and spinach salad w apple, goat cheese and prosciutto. They wouldn’t let us get the fries combo w the sandwich. Then gave us dried chewy grilled chicken with terrible sauce. Tasted very sugary. The salad was awful. Instead of telling us they were out of prosciutto(I’m assuming) they threw dried hard paper thin slices of chicken on it and a ton of bacon. I ordered the salad because it was supposed to be under 500 calories. Not after they made their own version. We threw the menu out. Will never go there again.

Great pizza. Just awesome. Service not so much. Ate dinner while two teenage employees watched the Wizards game on TV and the other played on her cellphone. Teen boy had his back to the store the whole time sitting next to the TV. At one point the cook took his break and sat in the waiting room on his phone. Remembered why we don’t dine in as much here anymore.

Great pizza! I got the Ledo Deluxe sans bacon. Everyone else got Tuscan Stromboli and cheese pizza. The toasted ravioli is also delicious. Elizabeth was a great server and steered me toward the right pizza when I told her what I wanted. It was *fast* and hot.

The pizza here is pretty decent. Love the thin crust and whatever sauce they use – it’s crack. That’s probably why you can’t just have one little square but like 5(guilty!). When I’m in a pizza mood I usually order from papa johns since the price is always right but this place is a nice change of pace.
