Very nice group of ladies. They always fit me in and do a great job. I’ve been coming here for at least 6 years for both manicures and pedicures. They also introduced me to gel color which I love.

HORRIBLE manicure. The lady, I believe her name was Leena, just stared off into space and out the window as she worked on my nails. I had to literally babysit and tell her multiple times that I wanted my nails to be filed square and to make sure that they were all the same length, which even after all my direction they were not… She even stabbed me with one of the tools because she wasn’t looking. The technique for parafin wax is so ghetto, she didn’t even let it dry completely, I mean my hands were in a pool of parafin wax that was poured into grocery bags, which I can’t believe I had to pay EXTRA for. Then, she applied the least bit of nail polish possible to the point where some of my nails weren’t completely polished, not to mention when they dried I could see where the second layer of polish didn’t cover the first layer compltely. When I got home I had to file my nails myself because the edges were so rough, again because she didn’t buff them after filing, and kept snagging on fabric. Two days later my polish already chipped and had «cracks.» Waste of $ 16 and not a relaxing experience at all. Can’t believe this place is still running, I honestly only go here when my regular nail lady can’t take me and I regret it EVERY SINGLE TIME. I would much rather go across the street where the manicure is cheaper, well done, and has complimentry parafin wax which does not require me to put my hands into grocery bags.

This is the worst nail place in the area. I went in for a full set of acrylics with a French manicure. She attempted to put a white tip on so she could just put a clear coat over it. The white tip came halfway down my nails and looked like I had clubbed fingers. I asked her to correct it and started to soak and then grins the handful of tips off. She was in a hurry and ground one of my nails until it burned. She fixed everything and it looked good, however, please see the pics so you can see what my nails looked like after 8 days. They’re bubbled and all peeling off. I have used acrylic and gel off and on for 25 years, and I have never had that happen.
My daughter also had a full set down and the did them so short and thick it looked like talons. She removed them within days and had them redone at a mother location.
Will not return. Cheaper than competitors, but you get what you pay for.

This is the worst nail place I’ve been to. The lady tried to use a razor blade on my heels. There was no communication. She never asked if I was ok. She used a dremel for the toe cuticles instead of using cuticle cream and hand trimming. The red polish was on my skin in places. Salt scrub and lotion were applied. No extra stuff you get at other places.
Instead of moving to a chair to get a manicure, I had to twist in the massage chair to allow another lady to work on my fingernails. She was going to use a dremel to remove my polish. She assumed I had gel nail polish on. #1 she didn’t ask and #2 you don’t take polish off with a dremel.
The staff has no customer service skills and I question their training.
I do not recommend this place at all.

You will never find me back in this place in my life time. I started out with a girl which seemed sweet. A man came in behind her, she got up, he sat down. He never spoke to me. not even a“hi im going to take over from here”.First he called someone and put his ear piece in. he asked me how i wanted my nails shaped square,“No” round“No.”
I wanted them skinny when you take a little off the sides. I have tiny fingers this the only thing that works for me. He told me that he would cut them later. After him putting on the acrylic he started filing. I said to him that we were supposed to cut them slimmer. he told me he can make them skinny with filing. thatsnot what i wanted. No one has gotten it skinny enough by filing. I had these big clunky square platforms on my tiny fingers. He started yelling at me. He said that you cant do that. i have had it done many times at other salons. He yelled at me again and told me to get out of his shop. I had already paid. I asked him to see the manager, he said that he was the manager. I’ve never been yelled at like that. I asked for the name of the owner. Again he told me to get out. I started to write down the name on the liscence that they have to post. He grabbed it from where i was, quite violently. I took a card. I tolded him I wanted my money back but he would not. I walked out with my nails half done, and not the shape I wanted.

Been going here for since 2002 and they do nice work. Conversation is a little limited but friendliness and quality of workmanship make up for it. Every once in a while, I’ll try a new place with friends but I always come back here.

They did an awesome job on my nails I loved the way they came out! great job!

Overall, this place did a good job on my nails and it’s pretty cheap, but the lack of professionalism and cleanliness will keep me from going back.
I went in for a new full set of acrylics, French manicure style. The technician who worked on my nails (it was a guy, I think his name was Jimmy but don’t remember for sure) did a good job, although he talked on his cell phone quite a bit. I don’t mind a little of that and I don’t expect to chit-​chat with him the whole time, but it gets annoying.
When he did the white spray paint for the French manicure, I didn’t have any kind of smock or covering to put on over my clothes, so I got overspray all over my sweater. I asked him about it and he gave me a paper towel, which did little to get it off. No apology, no offer to pay for it to be cleaned (unfortunately it’s dry clean only).
I did see that the tools they were using were being microwaved and cleaned, but overall the salon wasn’t that cleanly.
