Maybe living in Appalachia has made me cheap, but when I pay more than $ 5 for a panini, I’m expecting something that resembles a sandwich more than a stuffed breadstick. It was actually rather tasty, which means that, in spite of its disappointing size, it was much better than the pizza. The pizza was undercooked and bland. The sauce in and of itself wasn’t terrible, and the crust probably isn’t too bad when it’s cooked properly. Unfortunately, the blend of a still partially raw crust and barely melted cheese certainly didn’t do anything to bring out what good flavor might have been there.
