I have stopped in to eat at Kristin’s Riverwalk many times before and every time is good but this time was the best. They have a new menu which includes a 4pc Broasted Chicken Dinner. This dinner comes with four large pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy, a side of vegetables, coleslaw, and rye bread. The chicken was so juicy and flavorful. I had to take most of it home. It was a large meal and only $ 8.95. The staff was nice and helpful as well. They also have a large selection of tap and bottle beers.

Service was extremely slow. It took over a hour to get our food and there were 5 of us in the restaurant. When we finally got it was extremely disappointing all I could taste was chili power and I had order was a wrap doubt if I’ll ever go back

I phoned in an order for 2 fish fry to go. I called 15 minutes before I arrived and when I arrived nothing was ready and it was not until a half hour later they bring it out. I was told there was an accident in the kitchen. Thank goodness they had beer on tap!
I am reviewing the baked fish fry only. The fish had very little flavor the sweet potato fries were greasy in the fish portions were small! I will not order baked fish from here again. Very disappointed Kristen! Sorry!

Food was good. Service good. Ordered beer. Only got half beer. Like the keg needed to be changed. Ordered burger. Menu said all burgers cooked to medium rare. Mine was well done. Ordered the hay stack. Menu said straw onions piled on like a hay stack. I only got 4 tiny straw onions. Other than not matching the menu. And half beers for full price. Food was tasty. Debating on giving it 2 stars for the jipped beer

I stumbled in here one day because this was one of the only places I found that had food.
The burgers are charred to perfection. Delicious HOMEMADE food, great soups, a selection of wine. Kristin is super awesome personality, showed me what she panned to do with the rest of the bar, asked my opinion.
Handmakes all the drinks, even blends up fruit for the old fashons. Doesnt use a mix or anything from a bottle.

In our ongoing search for good fish fry locations, we wandered into Kristine’s and were pleasantly surprised. Customer traffic was light and décor was dated, but our overall experience was good. Fried haddock was flaky, not greasy. Baked haddock was well-​seasoned. Coleslaw was homemade. The star of the fry was their homemade potato chips. We could’ve get enough of them. Great selection of microbrews. In fall they offer a seafood buffet on Fridays. They also have a Sunday brunch. We plan to try both.

Feel good diner type of food that is very LOW PRICED. The Sunday buffets are the best prices in town! The owner, Kristin, and wait staff are superb. When they have bands here, I enjoy that the acoustics of the place allow people to sit by the bar and carry on conversations without the usual having to yell, and the bar is built like a ship which is really cool!

The Amaretto shrimp sauce/​Soup was colder than the shrimp which were obviously boiled and then added to the Soup which was tasteless and needed tons of salt to even eat. The shrimp burned my mouth when bitten while the soup was warm, go figure. The waitress must have forgotten about the only table she had because it took an hour to get my appetizer to the table. Then came the scallops drenched in butter, cold and rubberized from being microwaved. How do I know this? No sear marks or marks of any kind and they were inedible. This is THE WORST so called restaurant I’ve been to. Vintage 60’s aquatic themed furniture and water stained drop ceilings. They must make their money on college students drinking. The quality of service and food made me angry that I wasted my time. This was 2÷24÷13

Went here for my anniversary. Amaretto shrimp with bread to dunk! Sooooo good. Went here on 2 – 15 for lunch and the new curry amaretto shrimp and left so full. Everything fresh and tasty! It is a quiet place and if you are looking for something that is no longer on the menu just ask and they will make it for you.
