I have had experiences with coffee huts like this before and I was open to a new adventure!!! The Long Bottom coffee tantalized our taste buds and left us with a renewed energy for the rest of the day. We enjoyed the service and they had an excellent menu.

What a wonderful find! Needed a quick java jump before hitting the road. Stopped in here because it was still open. Oh, yum! Bought a French Vanilla latte and a Blackberry Whirlwind. The coffee was tasty and the beans not overcooked. The Blackberry Whirlwind was made with frozen custard and fresh-picked wild grown blackberries and was lip smacking delicious. You gotta try one if your down in Stevenson area.

I think I may have to stop here everytime we come thru to carson. I’ve only been here once but I already like it better than starbucks and dutch bros. I ordered the chocolate mint frappé and it was almost the consistency of a shake but with a lil coffee flavor. So delicious! They do have shakes as well btw and many other options like frozen custard. A cute lil place in a small town with prices on par with dutch bros but so much better. I’ll be back!

I found this café being a real gem you don’t expect to find in such a small town! Great service, people, who work there were very nice. The Cabin is small, but has a big selection of desserts, cold and hot drinks. Awesome prices too. Forget about Starbucks. Come here and experience the best quality and price ratio. Me and my husband got two medium sized soft serves and 20 oz cappuccino cup(we ended up paying only 13 $). It was a very good brew, not diluted & my ice cream was filled with banana and pineapple pieces, while my husband’s, with pieces of cheesecake. I’d say my dessert was more light and refreshing, while his was sweeter, which means we made good choices. The portions were medium, but they were bigger than we expected and definitely more delicious and creamier than frozen yogurt. Also, if you are a vegetarian, you should know their soft serves don’t contain any gelatin(I was even shown the ingredients list). Can’t wait to go back to Stevenson to try more items from their menu list. What an awesome place!

A great selection of drinks and treats with a fun and inviting atmosphere. The girl working the cabin window was super sweet. This was a nice start to the day. Ps. Bacon and cheese scone was delish and the custard was some the of the best I’ve had.

Really nice owner and awesome coffee blended drinks. This place is way better than Starbucks any day of the week. You have to try this place out. It’s really worth the drive if you’re in the area.

Fun, relaxing little place just outside Stevenson. Excellent custard! Chocolate covered espresso beans mixed in with vanilla custard, blackberries with custard, and waffle cones — all delicious! Super friendly service, quick, and just a welcome stop after some hiking. We’ll be back!

Amazing shakes, blended drinks, espressos, and custard! So refreshing after camping in the Gorge. The prices are pretty reasonable too, especially considering where it is. They have a walk up counter and a drive thru.

Fantastic coffee! Brewed just right. Espresso has great flavor and not too bitter or acidic. If you get a sweet coffee drink they come not to sweet and at the perfect temperature to enjoy right away. Also if you want a little treat they have custard espresso floats. Sooo good. I have chocolate custard in my espresso. Everything was perfect. Great little drive by coffee stand and super friendly people!

As a born and bred Seattleite, it is hard for me to find coffee houses or stands outside of the PNW big cities that serve a consistent cup. Yes– Starbucks can– but the only consistency there is over-roasted, over-flavored and over-priced. This is where a consistently knock-your-socks-off-great cup of coffee is needed. Whether it is a mocha, latte, Americano, or regular drip– The Cabin nails it. Each barista every time. The even serve custard to boot! The Cabin has easy access on the East end of Stevenson with a regular drive-thru on one side and a porch walk up to an actual log cabin on the other. The view from the front porch sitting area is amazing with the Columbia River Gorge as your coffee drinking paradise. I much prefer it to a cramped coffee shop with a bunch of hipsters using free wi-if. Hands down– best coffee on the west side of The Gorge and HWY14.

It’s a cute little cabin on the edge of Stevenson. I got a 12 oz organic coffee for 1.50 and the custard looks good so I’m sure I’ll try some of that while I’m in town as well. Plenty of espresso flavors and a lot on the menu.
