Communicating and setting a date with the owner are a total nightmare. Most of the time, he does not answer to any type of communication: phone, voicemail, or text. He refuses to commit to any dates or even range of dates. If you decide to use him, you would be waiting and wondering if or when he might be come to help. Then, when you are about to give up, he will just show up or tell you half an hour before that he is coming. Customer service and responsiveness are not high on his list. When he does show up, his service is good. He is even friendly and helpful in person, but who can put up with the unresponsiveness and unreliability. It just takes too much time, effort, and frustration to work with him.
