Starbucks

I love Starbucks but refuse to go to this location anymore. Karen the employee who works the register (who seems to always be there) has been rude on several occasions and looks inconvenienced when she is needed to wait on a customer. Karen cannot or does not want to answer basic questions regarding different coffees and other information that a Starbucks employee should know. She should not make paying customers feel uncomfortable because she is a miserable person. Rudeness and a poor attitude have no place in job that deals with the public. I brought up the poor treatment of customers to Karen and she said she would be happy if I reported her. Wow that says a lot. Its a shame because I usually love going to Starbucks. I will travel to avoid that wretched woman.

Love stopping in after school or when I need a pick me up. Amelia and Mark always make my day and greet me by name. Favorite treats are the oatmeal cookies and the Michigan cherry tart. Also love the gingerbread latte in season and mocha without whip cream every time.

Sadly as a Starbucks fan, this Sterling location is terrible. My lukewarm drink was made incorrectly with sugar versus sugar-​free and tasted watery.
The employees strain to serve customers, chaotic, apathetic environment with no warmth, not even a smile. Going through the motions, getting through the day is my impression.
Wi-​Fi and chargers don’t always work and employees complaining to me when I brought the difficulties to their attention.

While at my sister’s party it was an open bar which that means nada to me. I wanted café so I used Unilocal as a smart one would I found this location. Order my normal venti café added an equal and grabbed my straw. The only way I drink my café even at home. The staff were friendly the store is nicely designed there is your lounging areas. They may have been close to closing time as they were putting away the pantries. Nice store and staff so swing by and grab you a cup of café it’s good for the soul.

Food and drink were fine but the employees didn’t get the concept of Mobile Order & Pay. They’re supposed to leave it on the pick-​up counter so you can grab and go. Why was my order hidden behind the counter? Defeats the whole purpose of ordering and paying through the app. :-/

This is my regular Starbucks near my workplace. Amelia, Kelly, Matt, Ryan, and the rest of the staff there are pleasant and remember your name. I’ve never had any problems and would recommend this Starbucks to anyone.

Always a line, never can get in grab a coffee and go. The workers at this particular location are always moving in slow motion. Also, every time I seem to go, I get a cup that leaks at the brim. Every time.

I usually make a trip there after my morning errands. It is near a few major stores (Kings, Old Navy, TJMaxx and Home Goods to name a few), making it very convenient. The staff is consistently courteous, service is quick no matter how crowded, and the atmosphere is quite relaxing.

Staff is good. The redesign looks to be an improvement.
But what’s the deal with those loudmouths who monopolize the easy chairs every morning?
They cost this store a star.

Very small but nice. My order is always perfect and I come her after my lunch to get a nice cold drink. Staff if very quick and curtious to there customers. It’s right next to panera if any of you get hungry as well. It’s in front of a little strip mall for those who want to do some shopping.

It’s worth the trip! Great friendly staff and service. Quiet, relaxing and the ambience is simply, just perfect! Peppermint Hot Chocolate, one of my all time favorites!

Best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Staff is unbelievably attentive and smiling. Even when they’re busy, they don’t make you feel rushed (more less just busy!) Make sure you tip them for their smiles!

This Starbucks is great before or after a stroll through TJ Maxx and Old Nay and Home Goods. There is a newly opened Kings supermarket here too.
The staff was courteous and the service relatively quick. This loacation has a very accmmodating seating area, so it makes it conducive to meeting with someone for business or pleasure.

So glad Starbucks is such a green company (in color)!

This place is my new go to for Starbucks .
It’s not far from where I live and I find myself able to pop in at a drop of a hat.
The staff is super friendly, and very helpful. I downloaded the new Starbucks app and wasn’t sure how to use it. The girl behind the counter took time out of her busy day to help explain it to me. It makes ordering and paying a breeze, and I always have my iPhone on me.
I love the iced chai tea latte. It is made with black tea, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, star anise, milk, and ice. The grande is 240 calories less if you use skim milk, but i don’t recommend it.
It’s sweet and refreshing. On a cold day try it hot. Starbucks also makes delicious baked goods. Blueberry coffee cake out of this world, and their version of a creamy rice crispy treat Ooh wee! goo wee ! goodness ! There is plenty of parking, and some seating inside. They keep this place very clean.
If your in the neighborhood stop in a try your favorite Starbucks drink and snack. You won’t be disappointed!

Not my favorite Starbucks (and believe me, I spend enough time in them to be Howard Schultz’s best friend). The space isn’t well laid out, and the staff is almost always rude or at best inattentive — certainly far from friendly.

Typical Starbucks. I never had a problem, some locations vary the drinks so much but this is to the starbucks standard.

This is a legit location. Staff is friendly. Storefront is clean. Drinks are made to recipe.

This is the Starbucks that is closest to my home, and by home, I mean my heart, and my heart loves coffee. This particular Starbucks pours their brew right into my heart.
The service is quick and the food and coffee is always fresh. My favorite drink that I find is made best at this particular Starbucks is an iced passion tea lemonade sweetened with raspberry. Their coffees of the day are great choices for a warm drink, too, if you’re not in the mood for something more interesting (pumpkin spice latte is a year-​round go-​to for me).

They never fail to mess up my order…
A venti black tea lemonade with four splenda is not very complicated. Location is clean, staff is friendly.
