I think I’ve been spoiled by the panera near my workplace. Napa chicken salad sandwich was ok. Put together a little sloppily, but tastes good. Fuji apple salad has no apple crisps. I already left, and it’s not worth the 30 min to drive back and forth, but I’m sad. Greens didn’t look all that fresh. Some were turning brown. The piece of baguette has to be the most sloppily torn piece I’ve ever seen. A disappointing trip.

The service here, as in all Panera locations, is barely passable. They call out your name hurriedly, never help to identify your order, and seemingly don’t talk to you on the serving line unless necessary. I get annoyed that I pay good $ at the register but treated like an inmate in a chow line when picking up my $ 12 lunch. One morning at 830, I waited for a breakfast soufflé and power breakfast sandwich, and had to go from the serve line, back to the register just to get the soufflé. Server closed up the to-go bag and said nothing about the excluded soufflé. When I asked — I got the answer«it’s over there». Yeah um WHERE? Thanks for making me stupidly return to the register to ASKFORIT like it was an afterthought instead of half of my order. Idjits.

I just cannot get down with this Panera — and trust me, I keep trying! Maybe it’s time to call it a day. The food is always just so eh, and it’s basically just an assembly line leading you from a hectic ordering area to the eventual pick-up of your subpar lunch. I used the new online app ordering system one day when I was in a rush, and when I got to the store at the time indicated, my order was nowhere to be found on the shelf. I waited 5 minutes. Then I inquired. Oh, my order was never received. So much for saving time! There were signs plastered everywhere«If we didn’t get your order right, you get a free cookie!» but NOTHING was offered to me for my inconvenience. It was only when I emailed customer service to let them know that they offered me a whopping $ 5 gift card. I’m not cheap or greedy, but that ticked me off because I basically had to spend more money to even use the $ 5. I went back last week just to rub salt in the wound. The Thai chicken salad was not good(dressing was way too sweet) and the Mac and Cheese was bland and plasticky. So alas, I think I am finished with this place. It makes me sad because it would be such a great staple to have around the corner from work, but it’s just never worth the money, time or panic attack from the crowd.

This is a friendly and welcoming place. The food is always fresh and quickly prepared. The staff is friendly and professional. This has become a regular destination for me to meet friends for lunch or dinner or to get some work done.

The soups and salads are really good, but the sandwiches are meh. The food is consistently good, if you know what you like.

I love Panera bread but this location is entirely too small. The staff is very pleasant. They continuously clean up and that is grade A!!! Clean is always nice. I did not like how they made my salad bc they put all the sauce on the side and gave me the smallest piece of bread. :(

A good place for a sandwich, salad or pastry; however, the bagels are ok maybe if you’re in a hurry. My favorites are the roast beef asiago sandwich, Mac n cheese and best polished off with an bear claw!

This is one of the smaller panera I have been in. But they are all really nice. Food is always hot. I come out this way for work and stop her for lunch now and then. Establishment is clean and managers are out as well making sure it stays that way with a smile on there face asking how your doing and how things are going. Best part is with this location it’s right next to Starbucks so you can wash that good food down with a Nice drink.

I loved their food, but when I saw 30+baby flies bumping into each other in men’s room, it freaked me out.

Spacious and friendly quick service. Free Wi-fi, makes it a great place for students and professionals to get some work accomplished; while relaxing and enjoying a hearty soup and sandwich! Plus, Panera makes an effort to give back within their communities, which is always a nice thing to do… I’m all for corporate social responsibility! :)

This is your pretty standard Panera. The one thing I do like about Panera is that they are pretty consistent regardless of what location you visit. You can’t say that about every chain. This particular Panera is located in the same area as the Dunkin Donuts, King’s, TJ Maxx, Old Navy, etc. You get what I’m sayin’. I actually find this complex slightly funny as they have a Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks and Panera all within a baseball’s throw away from each other. How’s that for competition? Anyway, this location always seems to be pretty busy. I give them credit because they get your food to you pretty quickly regardless of how packed they are. Seating can be a bit of an adventure because they are so busy. As for the food, I think it’s OK. I typically get one of their sandwiches — I think they have great breads and great cheeses but I’m not a fan of their meats. You’re definitely not getting freshly sliced deli meat, but it’s definitely a step above Subway or a place like that. I had some sort of turkey sandwich on my last visit and was served on a tomato type of bread. The bread was very good. They actually got rid of this one roast beef sandwich I like — I noticed that it’s no longer on the menu. Overall, I think Panera’s a decent place. I do think the prices are slightly high for what they serve but what can you do — not ridiculously overpriced, though. It’s never my first choice of places to eat, but I’ll continue to come here from time to time.

I’d really like to see this brand succeed. Their intentions are good, I think, but they really need to re-evaluate their menu options and offer a simpler, fresher, and tastier menu. Last evening, I ordered a tuna sandwich and a Caesar salad to go. I wanted to share the salad with other members of my family but unfortunately, the salad was BLAH and the croutons were stale, calling into question exactly how fresh the rest of the ingredients were. I was disappointed, especially since the salad was not cheap! The staff at this facility are great, very friendly. But I really point the blame here not at the local store, but at the corporate HQ folks who make the menu decisions and hire the vendors to supply the food to support the menu. I would love to see a complete and total revamp of their confusing, lacking, menu. I won’t frequent the store again until that happens.

Go fairly regularly on weekend evenings. Good food. A little skimpy on portions. If you are going to get pastry, shop earlier in day. I’m thinking the last«fresh» is in the morning. A little dry by evening. Soups and sandwiches and salads are just right for a fast, light meal. Very fast most of the time. Chairs/benches/tables badly in need of repair/replacement/cleaning. The place must be getting ready to close or the management is blind to the torn, worn, ripped seats and the sticky tables. Reminds one of the Bus Terminal… not Gillette.

They have delicious breakfast sandwiches on ciabatta bread. Their bagels are huge, and they have a nice assortment of cakes and pastries. I love their coffee, i always get their Italian roast which is bold and strong. I get a small because you get unlimited refills. They have free wi-fi too. I’ve been to Panera’s so many times i got their frequent member card. The more you use it the more discounts you’ll receive. I usually get their half/half. You can get half a signature sandwich and soup, or half a sandwich and a small salad all for six dollars and change. If you order any of these you will get delicious bread, or chips, or an apple. I love their broccoli cheddar soup and the baked potato soup. You can get these served in a bread bowl. I love this on a cold day. They make wonderful salads . Two of my favorites: The Fuji Apple salad is to die for. It is loaded with All-natural, antibiotic-free chicken, mixed field greens, romaine lettuce, on our Tomato Basil bread. vine-ripened tomatoes, red onions, pecans, Gorgonzola, apple chips & white balsamic apple vinaigrette. The Thai Chicken Salad has All-natural, antibiotic-free chicken, romaine, Thai cashews, fire-roasted edamame, red peppers, carrots, fresh cilantro & wonton strips all tossed in low-fat Thai Chili Vinaigrette and drizzled with peanut sauce. This salad is a bit spicy and sweet at the same time. It comes with roasted peanuts on top. My favorite sandwiches are: The Roast Turkey and Avocado BLT. It’s all-natural, antibiotic-free roasted turkey, Applewood-smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato and fresh avocado with reduced-fat olive oil mayo on freshly baked sourdough bread. Turkey Bravo sandwich. Smoked turkey breast, bacon, smoked Gouda, lettuce, tomatoes & our signature dressing, on Tomato Basil bread. The Panini’s i like: Frontega Chicken Sandwich Smoked & pulled white meat chicken, mozzarella, tomatoes, red onions, chopped basil & chipotle mayonnaise, grilled hot on Focaccia. The Roast Turkey Artichoke Sandwich, made with all-natural antibiotic-free roasted turkey, artichoke-parmesan spread, roasted red peppers, caramelized onions and fresh baby spinach, all grilled on Asiago Cheese Focaccia. Panera’s now has signature pastas. I haven’t tried those yet but i will on my next trip there. It is also kid friendly too. There is seating inside and out. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes good fresh food.

Yeah it’s a chain. Yeah its similar to Atalanta Bread Co but I seem to like this place better. The bread, oh the bread… is excellent. Their soups, yum! Had the broccoli and cheddar today, WOW! One of the best soups I have ever had. The only gripe is the salad. It was good but the chicken was cold. I know that’s the way they do it but why not heat it up. It tastes rather gross. Other than that, I have had the chicken chipolte sandwich which was excellent. Their bread is thickly sliced and like I said, excellent. The prices are high. You can go to a local deli and get a good sandwich but their bread is blown away by this place. Plus they have outdoor seating. Added bonus is during lunch it does get busy BUT the amount of good looking people is very high!

Good food, but a little pricey compared to the local businesses in the area that give you larger portions for your buck.
