I have loved Jimmy John’s since they first opened and I tried one of their sandwiches when the first store opened in Norcross GA. I have never been disappointed until last night when I went to this location to get my normal Big John with Dijon mustard, extra mayo, lettuce, tomato, oil and vin. And of course the jal kettle chips. When I got home I didn’t have anything that I asked for. I had to take a double look at my sandwich to make sure I even had meat. Plus the girl at the drive thru took at least 10 min to ring up my order and over charged me, so I just asked for chips for the $ 3 overcharge. I don’t know if they were ready to go home or what but they need to stay on it until the doors close for the night. I’ll drive to McDonough next time even though this Stockbridge location is closer to home.

Great selection of sandwiches served on sub rolls or sandwich bread. I always love the Vito with all the freebies. The hot peppers make the sub. I have tried others and not disappointed. Enjoy

Awesome sandwich I love cold, quick subs & wifey loves hot made to order. My sub was awesome and fast as usual. Had to wait for hers at the neighboring restaurant but mines was still fresh when we arrived at home. Love JJ’s

I love Jimmy Johns, and at every other location I’ve been to, the sandwich is near perfection, waiting at the end of the line before I can even finish paying. Yes, freaky fast. UNFORTUNATELY, I’ve had at least 3 subpar experiences at THIS location. 1) Visited drive thru and was told (without my asking) I was getting bread hot out of the oven. Tasted the sandwich and the bread was hard and cold. 2) Visited again inside, we were the only patrons in line, ordered 3 sandwiches and waited 15+ minutes as the workers stopped preparing our order to prepare other orders coming in from the drive-thru line (there were no cars in line at all when we arrived). 3) Today, I ordered through the Jimmy Johns app and the #6 veggie sandwich was nowhere close to what I ordered (had extra mayo instead of lite, no onion/peppers/vinaigrette/mustard when I requested those be added, very little avocado spread). I love Jimmy Johns, but will not return to this location.

Don’t let teenagers run your restaurant into the ground. They constantly laughed while customers ordered. Then seemed to argue with you when you wanted to change your sandwich toppings. Also, one of the employees said I seemed confused because I asked for an extra mustard packet. I am not sure how I could have looked confused just asking for mustard. This location was very rude and unprofessional. I hope they fix this. It’s nice to have a Jimmy John’s at this location, but I hope it will last. The customer service was awful.
