The pizza here was great! I got the Mega Veggie pizza, perfect for you vegetarians. Environment was cool and the waitress that we had was extremely attentive. I’d go again for sure.

I’ve been here twice. The first time ordered a specialty calzone and they let me substitute the spinach for mushroom at no up charge. It was very good. The second was for a late dinner with the kids. We ordered to go and it took about twenty minutes which is a lifetime with hungry kids. The gluten free pizza I ordered for my son was about fourteen bucks by itself! He says it was great though.

Great service, great attitudes, better wings. Everything was a timely fashion. My opinion, this is the best pizza in town by far

I am originally from McDonough and since moving away I have realized the few quality dining options this area has. My wife and I were struggling to find somewhere that was not dominated by chain restaurants when we remembered the new Mellow. For having multiple locations Mellow Mushroom is great and definitely your best option for finding more than satisfying food and decent selection of local brews. We sat at the bar and enjoyed a few of the Atlanta areas best crafts beers as well and the classic pizza. I am a purist and chose the cheese, tomato and basil. I know its heresy for a place that puts curry on a pizza but I like mine the way God originally intended it to be. I have no hate for more exotic styles and no judgment on those that do but it’s not always for me. Either way, everything they make is fresh and tasty. Thanks for saving us from Carrabaoutbackcharleys!

We love this location as do the kiddos! I should probably have a hundred or more checkins if that gives you my opinion. Lunch specials rock with a good variety at great prices. Fast service will make this excellent for those on a tight schedule. Slices are available for lunch only so come enjoy your favorite customized to your liking! This location is always busy during peak hours. Management is accommodating and if you are coming with a large group of 10 plus I recommend calling ahead. There are special nights with entertainment like trivia or music. The patio is also a great way to enjoy perfect weather! Vegetarian??? The Herb Veggie Burger comes highly recommended by C. He is picky like me and this ranks as one of the best veggie burgers he has enjoyed in his life.

It’s a chain. The service was good. The drinks«at the bar» were stout. But the REAL gem is the fact that it’s walking distance from discount tires. So if you’d rather have a buzz and some pizza, salad, or sandwiches versus smelling rubber over and over and being constantly reminded of how much hard earned money you are spending on your tires it’s worth a trip. Discount gives you an accurate time for the return of your vehicle and I noticed that when I returned to retrieve my car several other patrons where there also. What I didn’t like: Servers standing around loitering and having small talk. This seems to be a trend in restaurants around Atlanta.

Was not a fan of the Hawaiian pizza at all, which was very surprising and dissapointing. Smh… Yuck!

The food is great! Service is ok. Love the jerk wings as an appetizer! Tried the calzones for the first time. It was good but lots of gooey dough to get through.

Today was my first time in mellow mushroom and the service was A1. The server name was Jamie she was great I would definitely go back. As I was leaving the GM Ruby came and asked how was my visit I’ve never had this happened anywhere else. That put the icing on the cake great job ladies.

They forgot to bring my simple order of hummus and pita chips after even reminding them 3 times.(it actually took them 2 hours to bring me it, luckily I was there for a family members birthday and was there that long… If it was a regular visit… I would have just got up and left.) The gluten free pizzas taste like stale bricks with marinara Sauce. If you’re going for regular pizza, they taste sub par… Just hope they remember to bring it to you. Oh for some the colorful aroma may seem cute and hip, but to me it looks like a mushroom chuckie cheese.

Pretty fed up with this mellow mushroom. the service is always nice, However communication with the staff and management team sucks. I don’t think I will be returning. The last 4 visits to this location some how managed to get worse with each visit. Every one of our orders comes out wrong, each. and. every. time. Do they not understand their own menu, or how to cook a pizza correctly with out it coming out raw? I’ve now had to specify to cook things well done because it never ends up being cooked thoroughly. If you ask for extra toppings you end up getting regular toppings and charged for them regardless. The manager never checks by the tables either. Just terrible customer service. I work in the service industry and this place just doesn’t seem to understand the concept, or quality. Ordered a To go pizza tonight. Pepperoni, extra pepperoni pizza with toppings and sauce to the edge, no crust, thin, and well cooked. What did I actually get? A lightly cooked regular pepperoni pizza with 2 inches of crust. Wow. Seriously? Is that fine? No. Remake it please. The bartender then failed to follow up with us, or even offer us some sort of compensation for our wait instead. It would have been nice to get a soda or tea while I waited. Seeing as we waited for 10 minutes twiddling our thumbs, starving to get the same pizza with what looks like a bunch of pepperoni thrown on top. That is just unacceptable. Shame on you.

Yesterday(4÷15÷14) my good friends and I stopped here for lunch. My friend kept telling me about Mellow Mushrooms killer«MAUIWOWIE» pie that is much different than traditional pizza’s, this one has a whole wheat crust layered in basil pesto instead of tomato sauce and comes with pineapple, ham, jerk chicken, mozzarella cheese, banana peppers, and apple wood smoked bacon(which I took off). [ Restroom ] For those who read my reviews, you probably notice that I often mention restroom quite often. First, people should ALWAYS wash their hands before they eat. Just think of all the nasty things you touch before you sit at a table and put food in your mouth. Beyond that, think of all the people who DON’T wash their hands after they use the restroom and you touch everything they touch, shaking their hand, touching the door, etc… This is how bacteria and viruses are spread. Anyhow, the restroom at the Stockbridge Mellow Mushroom was very clean. They had some really cool art on the walls in there as well. [ Service ] The service was outstanding, especially from a pizza joint. I have eaten at quite a few pizza places and usually servers just take your order, drop it off and only come back to drop off the check. So I was expecting the same thing. Of course, every server is different than the next. During our visit yesterday, our server was Dillon. He was really cool. When I eat fatty foods, pizza definitely being one of them, I like drinking hot tea and Dillon went out of his way to get me one, which is outstanding service. He consistently checked on us to make sure everything was great. Dillon was really friendly, hilarious as well and took a moment to talk to us, while we were discussing cycling, as he is a BMX biker. [ Food ] My friends had their Greek salad and I had the Caesar salad. They were really fresh, crisp and even though they were the smaller ones, they were perfect portions. The Maui Wowie pizza tasted really good. I liked the basil pesto; it had a great flavor. My only suggestion is that because the pizza already has ham on it, the bacon should be left off it, but that is just my opinion. I loved the wheat crust, that was excellent. [ Summary ] The pizza and salads were good and the customer service here was excellent from our server Dillon. The restaurant has cool art throughout the place, has televisions for those who can’t get enough of the box at home and has clean restrooms. Overall, I would recommend this place.

This place is meh, so meh, I’m bored even writing this review. Their pizza is fine(not the best but OK) but their salads are just dreadful –unless you like dead lettuce and depressed tomatoes(thankfully there are only a few of those). When ordering out the lady on the phone was engaged in another conversation and we therefore had to repeat our order three times. Then they gave us the wrong salad dressing. 15 street pizza is a better and less expensive choice, as it turns out –that is if you want to stick with the non corporate pizza options around
