Pizza Hut

I just came for the breadsticks. A rather long wait for such a small order. But overall, my breadsticks were good!

Replace this order of $ 29.96 of my hard earned money back on my card I have pictures of the pizza. but believe it or not it’s not even about the missing portion of crust on my veggie pizza. I ordered a pizza online at 7:28 pm I received my pizza at 9:50pm mind u the store is 1.4 miles from me weather condition during those hours road wet but not raining been raining all week ok I understand that «don’t put drivers at risk «BUT MY PIZZA WAS COLD and I called the store and placed on hold AN ETERNITY finally hung up now I’m on this DARN COMMENT SECTION TO GET ASSISTANCE!!! I just want my money back or a replacement of the order. Who waits 2 hours to get a pizza which again not really complaining about that. BUT WAIT AND ONCE RECEIVED ITS FRICKIN COLD UGHHHHHH… I’m still pissed

Disappointed in my order tonight. This was my first time ordering pizza with spinach on it. The spinach was literally sitting on top of the pizza, not cooked in, but scattered on top. I didn’t think about it until I got home that something didn’t look right. I’m pretty sure that is not the way that pizza was supposed to be made.

Please don’t order anything from this immature, poor customer service lacking staff. I called an carry out order earlier. When I arrived to pay, I was ignored by the employee, she didn’t even notice while gossiping about another employee being late. When she did notice me all she was continue talking and walked away. So I left the location, please find another franchise to buy your food. I also noticed that she was the initial employee to take my order over the phone. When I arrived she making a pizza without gloves or hairnet or a hat. I can’t stand to see someone handling money and preparing food. Very unsanitary!

Horrible on speed & service. This Pizza Hut never gets my order (apparently not even anyone else’s orders…) out on time as promised. As I place my order online for carryout, the computer tells me that my order will be available for pickup at 8:23 pm. When I arrive, the young lady at the counter tells me (and 5 other people that have arrived for carryouts) that it will be another 20 MINUTES before I get my order. 30 minutes later, I’m out the door with my pizza. Unbelievable.
I normally ever have an issue with waiting on food, but when something like this begins to repeatedly happen at the same location, it eventually becomes an issue. Unfortunately, this Pizza Hut’s performance is poor as of late. I would advise skipping past this location.

I no longer order from here, as they don’t honor the better widely-​advertised specials/​coupons (i.e. $ 11 any way, etc.) for whatever reason. Too many other choices to put up with that.

Great food! Nice service and on time even though it is Super Bowl night! Thanks for bringing all of us the best pizza

wow one star! what a surprise as I’m updating this review. on the phone while ordering delivery I asked for the specials and the man told me, ‘the specials are you know… whatchamacallit ya know we got toppings…’ so I stuck with my original order. he told me it would be 45 minutes and that I was the next person in line! an hour and 45 minutes later I call the store and the girl try’s to call the driver and he doesn’t answer. they tell me that the wait is long because I’m so far. I told them that was WEIRD because I go to the Mrs Winners by their location a lot and it is 12 minutes away at most. I wait another 20 minutes after this phone call and my pizza shows up freezing cold and the driver smells like marijuana. great job Stockbridge. way to show me you are as worthless as your name. can’t wait to move away from this place.
