Then most horrible experience that I have ever had at an establishment. First off the unprofessionalism, lack of customer service, and poor product. I ordered my food at 6:51 am and it was 3 cars in front of me and I did not get my breakfast burrito until 7:01 am. Now it does not take that long to move a line through, on top of the kitchen being short staffed this morning. The line was too far behind and a an employee had the audacity to go to her car, with the headset from the drive thru that was backed up, and chill for about 2 – 3 minutes(she was medium height slender black female). Finally, it was my turn to get my food, then the gentleman sweeping the parking lot decides to get in front of all the vehicles in the drive thru and sweep, stopping all cars from moving. Unacceptable, people time is valuable and taking the opportunity to have your customers wait to sweep the drive thru, was rude and inconsiderate on the company’s part. In addition once I approached the window, the short young lady with braids, rudely says, without a proper greet, «you had the burrito». Unprofessional, she did not even acknowledge the fact of me waiting, and I would’ve accepted that. She asked me if I paid, I said«no» and she took the change and placed it on the counter. Is that protocol, because it looks a bit suspicious to me, and it’s not a good look from the customers standpoint. Once I did get my food it was old and horrible. I’ll make sure to let my experience go viral.

A little weird that they didn’t have biscuits at 9am for their breakfast sandwiches but they were friendly service and suggested other options

This McDonald’s may quite possibly been the worst one that I have ever been to. And unfortunately serves as the closest one to my house and on the way to work. I leave for work at 6:30 and allow myself 45 minutes to get to work(I only need 30). I am not a morning person. At all. I try to do the whole breakfast at home thing but between showering, getting ready, dealing with the cats, etc. most of the time I’m rushing out the door, Dunkin is too crowded, and everything else is in the opposite direction. Every single morning this place takes me way longer than it should. I’ve literally sat here for 20+ minutes with just my car and one person in front of me. I have left for work with over 45 minutes to make it to my less than 30 minute away destination and this place has made me late. I’ve even submitted complaints. Service is slow, food isn’t even consistent(half the time it’s slapped together cold, other times it’s lukewarm, sometimes it’s hot), and the people working there just shrug in response to anything. I should avoid this place like the plague that it is. But I am always in a rush and hopefully pull in thinking, «today will be the day that everything goes smoothly». It never is. Skip this place and go down the road to the other one.
