I didn’t like the way the day shift manager talked to his employees. I understand that fast food can be challenging at lunch time but you should never belittle your employees in front of customers.

It’s no surprise this is by far the worst Wendy’s…matter a fact minus a star. Even the simplest of orders seem to escape them. There are occasions where I came in to be greeted by no one… try the one on the other side of 75!

Customer service here is horrible. All of the employees seem to be completely uneducated and cannot even get a simple order correct without being told at least 3 times. Furthermore they are very rude and extremely impatient for people who can’t even do their jobs correctly. This is a customer service position if that is what you choose to do for a living then for God’s sake don’t be a jerk when I want to spend money at your establishment. The food here is also much different from any other Wendy’s and not even close to in a good way. Overall I wouldn’t recommend dining here to anyone.
