First time eating here Sat night! Best thing to do to avoid waiting longer is to order food online so that you can just grab and go since you already paid for it. I asked for my wings to be crispy also my fries but only the wings came out crispy majority of the fries were soft. Even though the fries were soft the seasoning on them was good. The only problem I had, was I had to wait for them to give me my order when it was just sitting and waiting to go in front of me. They were taking orders for other people but it’s just irritating I had to watch my food on the counter that I already paid for. They should have a «pick up» area where paid customers could avoid the unnecessary wait. Wings and especially fries are not good cold! But the food was good.

I take spending my hard earned money VERY serious. 30 minutes ago I went to this particular WINGSTOP to pick up wings I ordered by phone that were supposed to be ready in 20 minutes only to arrive and still wait 30 minutes for 25 wings. When ask about the celery was told that’s sold separately. I spent $ 23 and you tell me I can’t celery or blue without spending more? Sorry I will not be spending anymore money with you and will protest to anyone that ask.

Soooooooo slow. Customer service sucks. You have ONE job. Make wings. Why am I waiting 30 minutes for 6 wings??? Last time I’m coming here.

Im currently waiting on my food haven’t tasted it but really have a good feeling about their restaurant. Upon arrival the Open sign was not on although they are open until Midnight 7 days a week, which is GREATTOKNOW! Coming in I received a warm welcome from 3 employees and the woman at the register actually was very pleasant to speak to and patient. I ordered my food and it was very reasonably priced there are several flavors to choose from which made me happy. While waiting on my food the manager noticed the sign that says open was off and alerted all the staff that the sign was off and to hurry and turn it on! From there anything that was wrong with the store the manager began to tell them while their not busy to find something to clean. Most Wing places I would not sit down and eat inside of but the way this one is ran and how clean it is I think is a game changer! Can’t wait to taste my food!

Great wings. Great service. Loved the fries. Will definitely return. This was my first time at this location.

Sadly disappointed. Online gluten free menu brought me in but service and food will keep me from going back. Plenty of scruffy looking young men milling around the cookers doing what appeared to be nothing. 30 minutes later my ten wings were presented with little apology for the long wait. The lemon pepper flavor were extremely salty and strong tasting. The mild far from being mild. The wings were very small, greasy and pricey to boot. When I asked the manager if he knew if the ranch dressing was gluten free, he had no idea what gluten was or what an allergen menu is. There was a young lady trying to clean tables and take orders while the rest of the staff appeared to be doing very little. I felt sorry for her. Bad food, bad service… get your wings at Publix where you get real service and great wings. Though they don’t advertise them as gluten free… I don’t seem to get sick when I have the non breaded hot and spicy ones and at half the price. Wingspot step it up or you will be out of business soon.

Great wings, a lot of flavor options. The fries, not so much and great customer service is spotty. BUT if you want some wings and you’re in the area, this is a good place to go.

Maybe other locations are good, but this one is terrible. I love wings, so I was excited to try WS. I ordered 10 lemon pepper wings and a fry. The wings were gross. They were fatty, even though I requested that they fry them extra crispy, and the flavor was odd. The fries were even worse, I have no clue what makes them think it’s okay to serve those fries to the masses. I barely ate 2 wings and a few fries before I threw it all away and made a trip to Zaxby’s for a 10 piece and fries, yeah Zaxby’s is better than this place. Also, the place smelled like burnt oil and was really smokey as well. I did like their blue cheese, because it’s made in house which is always appealing to me. I won’t be coming back though

Today’s my first time eating at wing stop and I was so shocked that the boneless wings were amazingly flavorful. Unlike other wing places, the flavors are not fully covered while wing stop has flavor in every bite. I tried both lemon pepper and garlic parmesan and they were great. Not oily not greasy. Perfect.

Delicious atomic wings always served hot just the way I like it. Fries are deadly. Greasy and salty. Ranch is on point.

I just moved here from So Cali, I loved my Wingstop out there so I was excited to see one here in Stockbridge GA. Well all I can say is I was very disappointed. The wings were huge look like they had been pumped with steroids. the fries were huge not the signature looking Wingstop fries and the flavors were watered down. This is a franchise business there should be recipes and instructions on how to prepare each of these items. Get it together!

I have only visited once. The food was good however the wait was long and the food was pricey. They need to invest in a better ventilation system as it was very smokey in the entire restaurant.

The wings are just OKAY. I usually get hot or lemon pepper. The wait is always long. If you want your order to be right and your food to be good it’s best to go when they’re not busy smh

The wings were ok, I got the 10 piece lemon pepper and mango habenero flavor. The fries were disgusting, very greasy and had a weird taste. won’t be back.

This has to be the worst WingStop I’ve ever been to. I was so excited when I discovered it because I’m such a fan of this place. But at this particular one, the service was slow, the wings were tiny, and they lost my online order. The prices don’t match up to the food that you get and its just a hot mess. Because of all of these negative things, I decided not to return and encouraged my coworkers not to patronize this place. Word of advice– get this place organized, serve wings with meat on them or lower the prices for what you are already serving.

I have ordered from the Atlanta location numerous times! But this location is starting to go down already, when they first opened it was great but now they make you wait long times even after you order online for a future pick up time!!! The wings aren’t as good as the Atlanta location and the fries are always soggy because by the time your food is made the girls in the front just keeps taking orders your food is cold! But honestly just go when they are VERY slow, lemon pepper is the best flavor at this location and when the fries are made fresh they are amazing! Also try the rolls they are so soft and good!

Any day over wing nutz unless you just have to have them 26 flavors they offer but they offer much more and the wrapping. just the hold atmosphere is worth it… it’s like taking the club home and go get your beer… the food fresh the place clean the score is above 90 which is 95… the wait is about 15 minutes plus but so worth it…

15 wing combo, large fry 2 drinks around $ 19. Customer service could be better. The fries looked like redropped fries. They were greasy and oily. The wings were ok not as good as the one I frequent in Lawrenceville.

My first experience with Wingstop’s wings was when I was in Colorado and I fell in love with how flavorful the wings were. Before the location in Stockbridge opened, the only other location that is «near» me is the one in Atlanta so I was extremely excited when my cousin told me about the location that was opening up not too far from where I live. The first time I went there, I ordered the 8 piece combo with half of my wings tossed in Louisiana Rub and the other half tossed in the Cajun sauce. The Louisiana Rub wings were less than stellar, they had more grease than seasoning but I really enjoyed the Cajun flavored wings; they basically taste like a spicier hot wing. The second time I visited Wingstop, I decided to try a different flavor and ordered another half & half combo with Mango Habanero and Cajun tossed wings. The Mango Habanero sauce is the perfect blend of sweet and spicy; it reminds me of a spicy version of a sweet and sour sauce. I’m deducting a star from my rating because of how long it took for my food to be ready. I used their website to order my food and placed my order to-go at 6:58PM with a pickup time for 7:30PM. I got there at 7:28 and didn’t receive my food until 7:50, yet there was a guy who was in the middle of ordering a 20 piece meal and yet he received his food before me. Ironically, he told me that if he receives his food before me, then I shouldn’t use Wingstop’s website to order my food again.
