Sadly, we entered into a 3YEAR agreement with this company about 6 months ago. We have new phones and they are crap! We have voiced our dissatisfaction with the phones and the quality of service numerous times and although our complaints are heard, they are handled in such a condescending fashion that my staff has now gone into complete apathy about the system and we have calendared the end of the contract as something to look forward to. The problems with the phones(Polycom HD Voice) is that there is not a direct intercom to a specific person. You have no way of knowing if the person you are trying to reach internally is in his/her office, on the phone or on DND. It is terribly frustrating. We now use a megaphone so we don’t have to walk all over the place looking for a staff member. We experience at least 3 dropped calls each week. Forget about inputting personalized settings on your own phone because those get erased every time the system has some flukey moment and powers down and powers back up. We listen to each other experience a drop call, or their phone just powers off and back on and we simply say«I’m sorry– you’ve been BLACKCLOUDED!»
