Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’ve been coming here weekly for the past few months. I prefer this location over the Trinity Parkway Location in town. The customer service is pretty good here. The staff is usually pretty friendly. Friendliness doesn’t always accommodate the portion sizes though. I only get 4 ingredients in my bowl (weak I know), by the time it gets down to the line to pay it looks like a pretty weak bowl of food. I think it all depends on who’s serving the meat/​veggies rice and beans at the beginning of the line. Whether or not they’re feeling generous at the time you’re up varies.
In addition to inconsistent portion sizes depending on who is serving, the food’s taste of course varies on how fresh it is. Depending on what time you come in, they may or may not be working on getting fresh hot food out. Mixing the bottom, oldest, coldest ingredient (whether it’s chicken, steak, or you pick) with other ingredients freshly cooked makes for non-​consistent tastes and temperatures across the board. No, chipotle is not a 5 star restaurant that goes all out on their food. I don’t hold it to this title, but if I’m spending on average $ 9 – 12 for myself, I’m expecting to get filled up and be satisfied. What I’m saying is walk in with little expectation and hopefully all of the ingredients flow together (taste, freshness, and temperature wise) to leave you satisfied.
I highly recommend getting to this location around the time that it opens. The food is hot and fresh and tastes incredible. On top of that, you aren’t going to run into the wild lines people have reported on here when this location opens. When I go in for lunch, I try to beat the general lunch crowd but sometimes it ends up costing me. They don’t have a huge traffic flow from around 11 — 11:30 daily. If you get in there shortly after that time you’re going to get arrive after the first batch food of the day has been sitting around 40+ minutes. Your efforts getting there early to beat a line will be met with a colder meal. I am well aware the staff regularly checks the temperature of the items and will throw out the old food when it’s remade fresh. The only opportunity you’re going to get in getting everything hot and consistent is getting here when they first open. Chipotle’s pretty much good to be regardless as long as the food isn’t cold. Trust me when I say this, you have to try the food when everything is hot and freshly cooked versus getting it after sitting around for awhile. There’s a big enough difference to the point where the morning staff here will take their shift break early to eat it fresh and be good for the rest of the day.

Customer service was great and my server gave me the hook up to extra toast my burrito when usually they don’t do that while it’s busy! Thankfully it wasn’t busy! :)

This place is grimy and even slimy. It looks like it has never been given a cleaning since it’s inception. The staff are very nice and friendly but isn’t there anyone on clean up detail. Seriously. Food is not all that either. Will not be returning.

Food was delicious, customer service was lacking. Asked for extra lettuce and the lady making mine just looked at me and barely out any lettuce on it. She then turned around and out a bunch of lettuce on my husbands when he didn’t even ask for extra?!? Very rude attitude and made me so upset! The way she looked me up and down said it all… Not cool! I will still eat here because I love the food, but the judgmental employees have got to go!

I used to love this place until I decided to use the restroom before I got lunch
This was the grossest restroom I’ve ever been in and if it’s in the reflection of the quality of food or cleanliness then I would escape quick
The Urinal didn’t flush and is full of urine, the floor is sticky no soap in the soap dispensers .The stall dividers look like they’re painted by a two-​year-​old with marks and all scratched up graffiti on the walls
Not to mention the hole in the wall around the plumbing facilities
This place needs a new manager and a complete Makeover

Good Food and bad service…

I have an addiction to this place it’s so good! Just got a barboca bowl hardly any wait. Staff was very friendly & told me you can get taco shells or a tortilla with the bowl for free! I get mild & hot salsa on my bowl & I could tell the mild was very fresh & flavorful.

I ordered (on the app) extra barbacoa, n when I picked up my order I got some skinny ass burrito (I ordered two, both with ‘extra meat’). I legit got more meat from the chipotle from trinity parkway, n I didn’t even order extra meat. The employee that helped me was super slow n didn’t know what he was doing, I’m going to assume he’s new, but he had to ask another employee before he did anything. He stood there when I told him I was here to pick up an order, he didn’t go get my order til another employee overheard n said my order has been finished. He even had a question about ringing me up. Most of the other employees seemed fine, so I guess it’s just bad luck today but this chipotle location is subpar imo

Normally I get a decent serving size at this place but today was just awful. I had people give me a slight attitude when I asked for more of certain things and charging me extra for «sides» why did I have those sides? Because they gave me a teaspoon of everything I had in my burrito bowls. I bought two because one was for me and another for my mom. It was a waste of a bowl, they could’ve given me something smaller to actually fit my little food in! What a waste of money! They charge and arm and a leg and gave me a toe for my food!!!

I love Chipotle, and frequent the one in Manteca. However, I just walked out of this location due to the SLOW service. One girl making the food. One girl at the register. A bunch of other workers standing around and one even interrupted the cashier to get a drink cup for her break. Who goes on break or stands around when they can clearly see at least 12 people in line? After about 20 minutes with no food, I turned around and saw an additional 7 or so people behind me. The same family was having their food made, and no movement in the line had occurred. I walked out. Terrible and not at all like the quick service at the Manteca location. Get your employees trained or employees with some work ethic.

First time coming here. The line went by fast & smooth, bought a burrito I am from the south side so that’s what I’m used to eating. At the end of the line person asked me if I wanted guacamole i said sure & told me it was a $ 1.95 charge. I said nevermind. i dont like guacamole that much. Left the line then I noticed everyone eating a burrito bowl, hmm next time that’s what im going to get. Overall nice view of busy pacific, very clean. Will I return? Yes

I don’t usually have any complaints about this Chipotle location since I visit at least once a week.
This particular visit turned into a disaster.
I ordered 1 veggie bowl and 1 chicken burrito and both were slopped together.
I don’t know if the young girl manning the salsa/​guacamole station has any food prep experience but after watching her wrap a few burritos it’s apparent that she does not know what the heck she’s doing.
She did such a terrible job wrapping my burrito that it unraveled in my bag by the time I got to eat it.
I wanted to say something as she loosely wrapped it but didn’t want to make a scene (which is why I’m venting here).
On my next visit if I see her on the line, I will turn around and go straight to my favorite taco truck.
I do enjoy Chipotle at least once a week. I hope this girl gets some training or permanently assigned to dining room duty.

Occasional extra positions of salt
Frozen never fresh
But Colorado loves us.

I like the food at chipotle, but this location has to improve their workflow. they frequently have 10 – 15 people in line and it does not move quickly. they should probably add one more person to their production line.

My son and I love this place. Great food and nice employees. I’m a tad turned off by reading someone elses review about a guy putting his hand in the food and sneaking a bite. Bite I’ll pretend I didn’t read that. LOL
All in all, I like this place and will come back again. Every time I have had to wait a little longer than usual, they give me drinks for free. Good customer service…

I’ll be completely honest — I wasn’t totally engaged in my surroundings while at this location. We got our food quickly, the food was of pretty normal quality, and we were on our way.
The feeding bucket chain moved quickly, here. There were no lemon wedges left in the drink area, but eh, not a huge deal.
Short review: good speed, decent quality. Satisfactory, all around.

So we just ate at this place and the food is overrated I could have eaten better at a taco stand and got better service. Only a few hard workers and a lot of people standing around. They should keep the place clean. Ratting area was a mess and floor was dirty. Poor management.

If you don’t mind the guy with the mustache sticking his bare hand in the big chip bowl and sneaking a bite, this place isn’t too bad. I just saw him do it and it promoted a Unilocal review while I wait in the long that’s a normal thing here. I love the big portions you get and the food tastes great, so it won’t stop me from coming here.

Always a great place! Good location parking can be a lil difficult it’s close to malls… So it’s always busy but they keep the line moving fast

I’m really starting to love this place a lot. I come here with my coworkers on our lunch break. It’s a nice place to eat and relax.
They have have outside seating and the dinning area is pretty clean. The staff is very friendly.
I’ve yet to try everything on the menu. I always order the chicken burrito. I ate here for lunch today several hours ago and I’m still full. I come here with my coworkers and eating with people and enjoying a good meal is wonderful. P. s I had the chicken bowl once :)

Chipotle is love. There is no fighting it. I find myself in serious bouts of withdrawals from this place, it’s crack I tell you (haha)! The sad thing is that the price for adding guac is so outrageous! Sometimes I just bring my everything chicken burrito bowl home and mash in some fresh avocado I bought from the grocery store (guilty). That way I’m only spending $ 6 – 7 each visit. It can get pretty expensive, especially when you have no self-​control and cave in to the cravings you have 3 to 4 times out of the week. Maybe that’s just me. What’s even more sad is that I found out about chipotle rather late. So I try to make up for the many lost times. Haha.
To put it simply, chipotle really fills you up, as a burrito bowl can easily feed two mouths. The other choices are quite filling as well. The lines may get lenghty sometimes but the chipotle team is so quick with preparing you’ll find yourself at the cash register before you know it! Happy eating. :)
