Came here for little cousin’s birthday party. This place is a dump. The staff looked like they hated their jobs. Food took forever to come. The only reason why I gave it two stars is for the pizza, which was good. Other than that, buffalo wings were cold and boneless wings had no flavor. There was also mold in the restroom. I hate this place. If I have kids I’m never taking my kids here. Well, probably take them here once, show them how horrible it is here and show them somewhere better so they’d stop asking.(If this place is still open, which i doubt).

From other Chuck E. Cheese’s I’ve been to I’ve expected this place to not be so great already. The staff who greeted us, checked us in to get our tokens, and later on helped us get our prizes were really friendly and sweet. They have an armed security guard at the front door too. We showed them a coupon we had for tokens and they didn’t hesitate to give us the deal. The place seemed dirty, carpet was all grungy, play area and some arcade games all sticky and several tables with leftover trash on them. Regardless, my nephews were having a great time playing with the games and didn’t pay any mind to those details. It was unfortunate that several of the games weren’t functioning correctly and others were out of order and we couldn’t play with. For the amount of tickets you get from each game, I don’t think the small prizes are worth it. Many of the prizes seem like something you get from the dollar store or even cheaper. Overall, I don’t think the kids pay attention to all those details and they end up having fun running around the arcade with flashing lights and noise.

Normally I would avoid this place at any cost. Last night I went only because I was invited to a bday party. when we first arrived it wasn’t crowded like it usually was, but it only took about 30 mins before the place was bursting at the seams with kids. I think this place has a great concept as a good place for kids to have fun but it definitely can use some big improvements. Let me list the pros I noticed with my visit last night: –The new thin crust is actually pretty good. A little greasy, but what pizza isn’t? That’s it for the pros, now the cons: — The service is horrible! I understand that no one grows up hoping to land their dream job working at Chuck E Cheese, but your being paid to do a job. If you don’t like it, don’t take it out on customers, find another job! — The place is filthy. Tables and floors are sticky, food and drinks are spilled everywhere, and can you only imagine what’s on the games your kids are playing with? — Why does this place serve beer only to put a 1 beer per hour and 2 beer max limit? Alcohol is served at restaurants due to it’s high profit margins. I get that it’s a kids place and you don’t want any drunk parents running around, but what’s the reason beer is even being served? — After all the cons I listed with this place, it’s expensive! They really capitalize on the fact that once parents are here with their kids, it’s hard to tell them no. The machines don’t give out many tickets, the family meals are really expensive, and if you buy a family deal the play credits will run out before you know it meaning you’ll have to buy more. I paid over $ 8.00 for a pretty crappy salad bar just as an example. All in all, I won’t be back again until someone close to me throws another party here, but I will continue to try to avoid this place at all costs

I had my sons birthday party here and everything was beyond perfect. Our host Marco was amazing, he make sure we had our drinks and food out on time. I will definitely be back and requesting Marco to be my host.

My daughter loves this place but I absolutely hate it! The point system is a total ripoff and the games are worse. 1 to 4 tickets per game yet the cheap ass prizes are over 1000 tickets each. Ripoff! This place is supposed to be for kids. My daughter is 3 and she doesn’t want to keep saving her tickets each time she comes, she wants to get a prize each time. But she doesn’t get a lot of tickets so her choices are a tootsie toll or some other junk. And don’t even get me started on the people that come here. Ghetto! Letting grown kids run around and knock poor little kids down, cussing and pushing, and my daughter was afraid to go play in the tubes because she said the big kids wouldn’t let her in. How come the staff doesn’t monitor the games and play area? I will stick to weekdays if I ever return. Or I’ll drive to another city in hopes I will find another chuck e cheese to go to instead of the stockton one.

Most horrific place I’ve ever seen, filthy food, paper, trash every where, people allowed to be climbing all over the machines, JUSTNASTY. Not busy either, anywhere better than here

It was my daughter’s 6 th birthday and she wanted to go here. All she wanted to do was ride the flying tickets ride. They would not allow her stating it was only for those who had reserved a party. I stated she had done it before and wasn’t prohibited. Even the manager would not budge. We even offered to pay for it! Nothing. My daughter left crying. Way to make a kids birthday! Needless to say, we will not honor this establishment again. And I don’t even like mice!

If it is possible to give zero stars I would. The food is terrible and the service is horrible. I came here for a birthday party and what I got was rude service and filthy environment. There were very limited choices of games and the food tasted like it was popped in the microwave. There was a very rude cashier who gave us a lot of attitude when we purchased our meal through coupons.

Chuck e Cheese on Pacific has now switched to swipe cards instead of using tokens. Previously each game was 1 token. Now they load points onto the cards. 10 points = 1 token. The catch is several games cost 15 points to play. Also, many children swipe their cards multiple times before realizing the game is ready to start. Each swipe deducts points, however, the game only shows 1 credit. The swipe card concept with points is abstract to young children. The tokens were physical objects that they could hold in their hands and see exactly how many. My children, who previously loved Chuck e Cheese, declared it wasn’t fun anymore. They asked me to look up other Chuck E Cheese’s that still operate on tokens. I’m sad to say that this last visit at the Pacific CEC is exactly that, our LAST.

Was helped right away, it was clean and getting here at 11am on a week day there was no crowd. Now we all know when you come to Chuck E. Cheese you aren’t coming for the pizza. But they have improved the pizza. The plus of their pizza — thin crust, cheesy and served so HOT you have to wait a second to eat it. I so appreciate this as I HATE being served cold or barley warm food. This was NOT the worst pizza in Stockton, it was served hot, had a nice buttery crust, lots of cheese and a good tasting sauce only complaint it needed more pepperoni. The salad bar is excellent $ 6.99 all you can eat. Look for coupon online for $ 2 off salad. Look for coupon period it’s very expensive here! They no longer use token but electronic card system and I figure this means more money for them which equals more expensive for us. Overall a decent pizza, lots of games for your kids, free refills on soda. Being there aren’t many options for kids to play if you get good coupons, and beat the crowd it’s not too bad here.

Urgh. I hate this place with a passion! The only time I come here is during the weekdays when they open and leave before 2pm. it gets soooo overcrowded. Kids running wild unsupervised while their parents sit back and do shit. overpriced menu that has no flavor. definitely not worth it. Your better off picking up food after u leave or eating before u come here. Best deals for coins here is to get the coupons on their website. they always have the 100 coins for $ 20 deal which I find very useful and most of the time I always have more then half leftover for another visit. which is a plus! So If u want ur kids to really enjoy some peace and quiet play time without the crowd and the hassle of some unsupervised badass kids then come early and leave early on the weekdays and avoid the weekends. *One star for the coin coupons and the second star for always putting a smile on my son’s face on days he gets the place all to himself.

A bit small but the girls loved it. Pizza is a bit over priced for the quality of it in my opinion. «Chuck«did a good job kept the kids entertained. They need more games for little kids and a few big boy games for the older kids in the groups.

My son loves chuck e cheese! Sadly it’s always stuffy and overcrowded here. The good thing they have is their coupons you can always find online for great deals! Also they even have print out sheets to reward your kids to 10 free tokens on their website!

No matter how many times I go here, it will never be as great as the old location was. And now that John’s Incredible is gone, Chuck E. Cheese should try relocating to that area. Good luck to anyone who goes here on the weekend for a bday party =/ Service is okay. Pizza is okay. Salad bar in okay as well. I do like how all games are a token(25¢) each also
