We just had my son’s 10^th birthday party here. I don’t know if the adults or the kids had more fun. We will be returning! Thank you Zap Zone!

Great place for birthday parties with small or large groups. Had my son’s 8^th birthday party here and it was awesome. Despite the minor hiccup we had, Paul was amazing and went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience. Everyone including adults played laser tag and really enjoyed themselves. Thank you Paul

Took the kids here today and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The laser tag room is large and our group had a great time! We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you to Gary for excellent customer service!

Had my son’s 10^th bday at this place 3 yrs ago just forgot to give my review. The staff are tremendously nice and very helpful. The venue is also very nice and well organized. Good arcade games to keep the kids busy while waiting for their turn. Food is decent and they let people with parties bring some food too. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

Went there for my granddaughter’s birthday party. What a great job they did. The staff was friendly. The room was great. Did not feel rushed at all. My granddaughter was so happy. The party ended with the staff giving my granddaughter a rose, some chocolates, a gift card and her coupons back. It was also very reasonably priced. If you have little ones who can’t participate in the zap zone room they will have a blast in the jumper room. Two thumbs up.

Great place and friendly service. The room setup where the laser tag takes place is huge and awesome. Really an upgrade considering it’s in Stockton. I wish we had places like this in Los Angeles. They even gave us a second round. Thanks guys. Will definitely return.

Booked my son’s birthday party at this location site unseen, based upon the recommendation of other parents; so glad I did! The staff was unbelievably helpful. They were always checking with us to make sure we had everything we needed and to let us know of when the next event (cake, laser tag) was going to start. They served the cake as well as the pizza to the children and parents who attended. The facility itself was clean and my children loved playing on the video games while they waited for their next laser tag session. If your child is starting to outgrow the party locations geared towards little kids, this is a great next step. Wish the party room was a bit bigger, but it’s nothing that would deter me from having a future party here.

We went for my brothers birthday, and they forgot to put one of our sessions on the system. We ended up waiting two hours, and when we asked they told us they only had an opening in another hour even though we were there first. They didn’t give us our money back, but instead credit.

Was here for a birthday party and the staff is so incredibly friendly! A young man asked me twice if I would like something to drink as I waited for my children who participated in a bday party tag session.

customer service was blah and it was full of people so there was not much to do.

Came here on a Saturday, the staff changed. used to be Paul and another guy (they were awesome!)

Awesome place to go! Kids and adults! One of the last things fun left to do in our beautiful city of Stockton :-)

The place gets 5 stars because their service. The guys were all attentive and made sure we were all ok. The prices were reasonable. We had a group of kids and they had a great time. They were all occupied so the adults got to relax. Zap zones a great way to get the kids active without forcing them to.

My group and I from Sac State would like to give Paul a shout out. He exceeded our expectations. He provided the best customer service ever.
This place is nice and huge. Don’t let the outside fool you. There are a few games in there as well as some party rooms. The place was clean and we especially loved how it is two stories. It was my first experience with laser tag and a memorable one thanks to Paul.

Great laser tag place! Employees are really nice, great customer service. The laser tag field itself is awesome. It has a 2 level gaming field which is perfect for the game. Also the price wont hurt your wallet, on weekdays you can do 1 session (which consists of 2 games) for $ 7 and 2 sessions for $ 10. Not bad at all!

Kids birthday parties are great here. They pretty much get run of the place. They get to waste money on the typical arcade games and blow through the cake and ice cream in 90 seconds flat.
The employees do a good job of letting people know the rules and ensure that everyone plays fair. Us ‘old’ people can sit and watch the boards and see who is winning and who is losing.
All in all it is good clean fun and not too overpriced.

Cool place for kids and adults: laser tag, arcade games, bouncy house, pizza, and BEER. It’s cool that they have a place like this in Stockton; however, only Stockton has a place where it takes 20 minutes to turn on the lights.
We booked the biggest area, where they had 3 bouncy houses. When we got there, one of the lights was turn off. Therefore, the kids were too scared to jump in the bouncy house. It was super dark when you get inside the house, you could barely see anything. Therefore, I tried to flip all the lights off and than turn them on again. However, it turned completely off and didn’t turn back on. I went to informed the employees while the rest of the party was in the dark. They told us that it will take 20 minutes to turn back on. We waited in the dark while the only light that was on was from the flat screen TV. As for the kids, they started to jump in the bouncy house after we bought in our own flashlight that we had in the car.

Went to a friends son’s 6^th birthday party here. The kids had a blast and the dads played too. They put us in the big room since there were so many of us which was nice. The beer was cold, cheap and cold.
The employees were helpful and were great with the kids. Bonus was the cotton candy machine.
