Round Table Pizza

Well this is by far the worst costumer service ever. If you can order somewhere else please do it. I called to make a delivery order and the lady who answered said it would take 3 hours to deliver. 3 hours??? That’s ridiculous!
I ended up saying I would pick it up and she said it would take 45 mins. I arrive 45 mins later and they said I never ordered anything. By this point I was pissed. The crew were all joking around, not even interested in their customers. They found my pizza under a table and it was terribly cold. I asked if they could make me another one and they refused. I got home and they gave me the wrong order. Pretty much my visit sucked!!! Please do not waste your time here. Never going back.

They called and said I won a free adults and a free children’s buffet. my nephew couldn’t come with me so I showed up by myself to not waste it and they told me I couldn’t use mine because I don’t have a kid with me. Barbara literally told me that what they want is the kid to come not me. That’s the worst customer service I’ve received in my life, extremely insulting. She basically said she didn’t want my business, but that’s fine with me this is the last place I’ll ever go to.

Customer service hella bad, and pizza tastes so bad. Deff would not go back there! The guy at the counter was rude too. Ruined my vacation…

So after my last review, someone from the corporate level reached out to me and apologized and offered a free pizza coupon. I finally used it last night. I ordered the pizza online to be picked up at 7:15. When I arrived, I presented the voucher as payment and the redheaded young man behind the counter examined it like I had designed it myself. He had to figure out how to ring it in. When he handed me my pizza it was NOT made correctly per my order. I had ordered the Maui Zaui with ham on one half and the mini pepperoni on the other half because I prefer it with pepperoni and my wife prefers it with ham. The pizza had pepperoni on one half and ham AND PEPPERONI on the other half. Between the 2 kids who were working, the «only thing they could do» is make me another pizza and I would have to wait for it. I asked for the manager and was told that she had just left. I then asked for a business card with their names on it and was told that there aren’t any business cards. VERY UNHAPPY EXPERIENCE HERE!!! AGAIN!!! If I ever order from Round Table again, and that’s a big IF, I will order from a different location and drive out of my way to go get it. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION! They can’t get an order right and the customer service is HORRIBLE! How is the location able to be open without a manager in? Who would close the location at the end of the night? NEVER GOING BACK HERE!!!
P. S. I work as a customer service representative. I would fire any of my employees who treated customers so poorly.

We ordered two X-​large pizza and a litter soda. it cost us over $ 69 dollars. We asked them to please send us some paper plates & paper cups. guess what:) they totally ignore us… first of all the pizza was too pricy and they can’t offered to give us a few paper plate and cups. its ridicules.

We always have our meetings here due to the banquet room. It is always very hot in the room. The pizza is pretty consistent so I guess that is all that matters.

They now charge for ranch!!! If you order wings, you get ranch, but if u order pizza, u get charged for ranch? So i left there with no ranch, because i refuse to pay for something that should be included with pizza. Disappointed because the supervisor could not even do anything (who rang me up)

I have been to the lunch buffet as well as Family night (buffet). The staff is so friendly and energetic when I go there. It’s Round Table, so don’t expect some unique fancy pantsy pizza. The salad bar is great. It has good stuff without being over done. I try to have a salad before I gorge my self with pizza.

Came here after a long day of work. Just wanted a heart shaped pizza for vday. I told the cashier and confirmed over and over again that I wanted a heart shaped pizza. Lady said it will take 35 mins to 45 for pizza to be ready so I went home and came back. 30 mins Lady told me, ur pizza is still not ready. So I stood there for a good 30 mins. Another staff from the back noticed I’ve been standing for a while and asked to see my ticket. It was ready this whole time, order was wrong and it wasn’t the heart-​shaped pizza I wanted. I was upset. Pizza was hard and I am not satisfied. I’ve been to a few round tables and this one doesn’t seem to be organized. Adding insult to injury, the pizza box says «ordering pizza shouldn’t be stressful» well it was the most stressful part of my day. Get it right.

The second time I came here made up for the first. Barbara was very nice. I ordered the Maui zaui and it exceeded my expectations. Way better than a Hawaiian. Thank You to Tiffany from corporate for listening to their customers. I will definitely come back and tell my family and friends about the best Round Table in Stockton.

Ordered pizza and said no white sauce on a type of pizza that came with it. Wanted all red sauce. Got pizza delivered hour later all white sauce. Called back complained and said they would deliver medium with correct order. Ordered large originally. Said no, I ordered large. Got it delivered and still wrong. Ugh… Chinese food next time

Bad customer service and I wait for pizza like 25 min. They guys take forever. No clean

Manager contact me and offered a free pizza. Wife and I went without the kids for a dinner alone. There was a big party in the back with a bunch of kids. Kids were running around like crazies. That’s not Round Table’s fault, its the parents of the kids not caring about others. Anyway, lots of tables with dishes and trash. Dont like that. It was busy with take out orders but take 5 minutes and bus some tables. They made our pizza in a timely manner but the crust was obviously thin instead of regular. We were too hungry to compain. We will order pizza now and again and hope they get it right. Everyone deserves a second chance.

This place I found a lil tough to find but I really wanted to find it. I gotta say the atmosphere was great and for there buffet they really go all out. Games, balloons, an tons of family fun. This round table rocks an the customer service is excellent.

I am never coming to this round table again, even if it’s only 5 minutes away! I only ever order take out from this place and they always get my order wrong! The first time they gave me less wings then I paid for and the second time I ordered the penne with meatballs and only got penne with red sauce, ZERO meatballs. What the heck right? And I always tip! No more second chances for this place, sorry.
