Terrible customer service. Honestly, these girls that were working were horrible. They were having a conversation about their personal life and didn’t even notice that I was standing to order. When they finally acknowledged me and asked me what I wanted, which was ice cream, they just coldly responded «oh». Like, is that really a surprise that someone would like to order some ice cream?
Get your shit together, ladies. Your managers would not appreciate this at all.

I had a sudden craving for ice cream, so I decided to go to the closest ice cream place, which was this Coldstone in front of the movie theater. I went in on a quiet Tuesday night with only one other person sitting and eating ice cream. I waited while the girl behind the counter talked on the phone for 5 minutes. After I got my Ice cream and she swiped my card, I got no «thank you for coming» or anything. Just silence as she started to do other things. Really bad customer service.
As far as the ice cream goes, it’s not worth the price at all. I got the cookie minster and there was no more than one Oreo cookie in the love it size. What exactly did I pay 5.39 for? Afterwards I kicked myself for forgetting it was 2 dollar double scoop day at Baskin Robbins. Needless to say, that’s where I’ll be next Tuesday!

5 stars just for the customer service!!! I rarely go to cold stone but seems like everytime I go Soa (I believe that’s his name) is working, and the only one working!!! He’s fast and a great worker. Just felt like he deserved some recognition for his great work.

I went there maybe over a year ago, so I am hoping it’s better now. I have to say first, I LOVE COLD STONE! I used to frequent the one in Santa Cruz, and have been to many other locations such as Sac and South Lake Tahoe. This Cold Stone, however fell far short of any other I had been to. They were not at ALL friendly, did not sing, the store itself did not seem quite as clean as others I’ve been to, and my «like it» sized order seemed smaller and not quite as good as other places (LOVE that Founders favorite!) I saw the 5 star rating and had to give my two cents worth! I will have to try again, just to see if they have improved!

You can never go wrong with a bit of Ice cream after lunch. Some chocolate chip cookie dough mixed in with Kit-​Kat, M&M’s, Twix and some sprinkles, and you’re all set :-)
The place is very clean, and the staff there is friendly. Always happy to find a Cold Stone when i’m on the road, and it’s always a plus to find a location that you truly enjoy.

They have great healthy options, like smoothies. My favorite is pineapple coconut. Its like a virgin piña colada. Yum

I stop in here occasionally after sushi at Misaki. The ice cream is always good (mint mint chocolate chocolate chip in a fudge covered cone lining the cup) but what makes this place special is the young lady behind the counter (Filipina I believe, not that that matters). She always greets with a smile, service is with a smile, she isn’t afraid to converse while creating the little masterpiece (a multi-​tasker extraordinaire!), and a smile and ‘thank you’ before you leave. I don’t know if this is the same girl Emily S. wrote about, but I wouldn’t be surprised! What a gem! Give her a big raise, Cold Stone! It’s because of her we keep coming back.

Pricey ice cream, but the stomach knows portions better than the eyes. They also typically offer two or three coupons in local salespapers to stay on par with Baskin Robbins’ 5 – 6 coupons. This one’s right next to the movie theatre, too. I like the berry-​filled varieties, as well as nights in white chocolate, black forest dream, and the shortcake/​cheesecake creations. The waffle cups flesh out those love handles!

While we were not here to indulge, we were here to pick up a small dessert for my father in law. The girl behind the counter was very helpful in fulfilling our order, which was very simple, she just handed the small cupped sundae to us. When I very kindly explained to her that we were headed to the hospital with this (because it’s obvious that I could inhale a 1 scoop dessert the minute I walk out the door) she apologized, put it in a bigger cup with a cap and bagged it for us. She was very, very sweet.
5 stars for your sweet employee and your sweet bowls of goodness.
