Really friendly, knowledgeable people who go out of their way to help you. They carry all kinds good quality shoes and things for your feet. Highly recommend. Will come back.

My sister and I ordered her a pair of shoes from this store. We had placed the order and expected delivery within a couple weeks. After this time period, she called in to check on the status of the order and they said that they had not ordered them yet. After a couple more phone calls and some pressuring, they finally ordered the shoes, but ordered the wrong ones.
We had to visit the store again to make sure that they ordered the correct ones and those were no longer in stock so we ended up having to settle with a pair of shoes that were a different color. The whole process took over two months.
The attitude of the workers was pleasant and the store was nice but such a delay to meet the customers needs is not appropriate.

This cold morning when i slipped on my Haflinger house shoes, I just had to send out a review on Kip Odermatt’s Foot Solutions. While Kip has shown himself to be knowledgeable in all things relating to feet & shoes, he operates in integrity. He is not just a salesman, but is certified and trained to know about and aid in solving problems. He did for me and I highly recommend. When your hurting feet feel wonderful you just wish there were more stars to give.

I buy my shoes here. For work, I am on my feet all day and the shoes here support my feet and posture! The service has been consistently good and the selection of shoes in my size is always available!

Worst customer service. Talking on the phone I waited then they helped others first. It was obviously a personal call. By a male associate. Ill take my business elsewhere.

I want to thank Heidi, Chris, Kip and the staff at Foot Solutions. I was in desperate need of dress shoes for work and shopping at Target was disappointing to say the least. As someone who needs to do a lot of walking in my line of work I value lasting comfort for my feet. As the name would imply I found just the solution for my situation at Foot Solutions.
My feat were scanned and measured to find exactly where I would require the proper amount of support. A pair of shoes were recommended and my foot scan was used to create a pair of custom inserts for MY feet. The entire process took one week and two visits to the store. By the time I was done I had purchase a pair of shoes with custom inserts for less than I was expecting to pay for custom work.
If you’re having discomfort or just need to upgrade your current shoe situation you need to visit Foot Solutions in Stockton.

Their sales team makes sure that you are properly fitted in the right shoe because they are certified to do that. They have comfortable shoes and insoles to fit your daily lifestyle. I always feel like ‘Cinderella’ while shopping at this store because they tie up the shoe and put it on for me. Not only one shoe, but both of them. The only store in Stockton that still offers this service; a service that is truly lost in the shoe industry. My feet no longer hurt thanks to Foot Solutions in Stockton. Definitely a way to go for happy feet. Happy feet, happy me. And they have a wide range of socks, too. I love socks!
