JH Simpson Did a complete HVAC system upgrade for us through the H.E.R.O. Program. Guys were prompt, courteous, and worked very clean! They addressed all our needs and completed in about 5 days! Managers stopped by often to check on work and made sure we were treated like family! Love our new Efficient and upgraded system. With our new system and the crazy fluctuating weather, haven’t touched the thermostat and my house stays at an even temperature all day and night! Cut our household kilowatt usage in half! LOVE IT :) THANK YOU JH SIMPSON! :)

Called JH this morning about a air conditioner compressor that was not working. They had someone out within a couple of hours. Brad was great. He fixed the problem professionally and quickly. He then checked the entire system for me.
Bought a service contract too. Inexpensive and includes two visits a year to tune up your air conditioner and heaters.
Can’t tell you how pleased I am. These guys are great. Plus they are locally owned and have been in business for over 65 years!

J H Simpson was the only company I called on Saturday that had a live person answer. We made an appointment for Monday morning. Their man showed up on time, very professional and courteous. He had the problem with my A/​C diagnosed in minutes, fixed it and checked out the entire system and gave me an honest evaluation. It’s an old unit and I will most likely have this company install my new one in the near future. Great job, guys.

Came out that same day to fix my AC because i told them that I had 5 kids and a wife and that I had 2 kids under age 5. It was really hot that day, so they actually cared. I signed up for a service program that they offer for a reasonable price, to have them come out to check and clean furnace, and condenser, really good cust. Service and support! Mahaloz.

5 Stars!!! Recently, my boyfriend and I had our HVAC unit replaced in our 1972 home. Not only did this company have really good prices but we were able to build a system that best fit our needs. The installers were very professional and easy to work with. They answered all my questions and took the time to help me program my settings. Very Impressed, now onto landscaping!!! LOL

You get what you pay for when it comes to HVAC companies. J H Simpson isn’t the cheapest, but worth the extra few $$‘s. Being a union shop, you know you are getting highly trained knowledgable techs working on your equipment. My company uses them for their preventative maintenance on all our units and I have also referred them to numerous people as well and have not heard any complaints. On one particular service call we had, the tech that came was «Daren ??» and not only did he come earlier than the promised time, he was able to quickly resolve the issue and had the parts he needed on hand in his van which was very impressive. Great Work!

No stars! Absolutely the worst. Horrible customer service. Manager told me he would guarantee work — then changed his mind. Manager yelled at me over the phone and made it clear he does not value my business. This company has a bad reputation in the community and now I know why.
