I’ve never had jimboy’s before. After watching the ads on TV I decided to try a taco enchillada plate. The worst stinky food. I ate some than just threw it away and took a couple of Tumms. The worst is that it was over $ 7. I could go to a «real» Mexican resturant for the same $$.

You know how they say don’t go to the grocery store hungry or you will spend more money! Well before I head off to Winco on an empty stomach, I go slide by Jimboys to help me not go over my so called budget! I like Jimboys tacos! I think they are underrated! I wish the taco trucks made there’s like Jimboys and they were still $ 1… unfortunately you spend about $ 3 for 1 taco at Jimboys, but well worth it! See the chicken is juicy and not just dark meat a lot of moist white meat! They make the taco and put all the condiments on there and then they dip it in some kind of cheese like Parmesan cheese, and it is a sloppy mess but tasty as heck!

My husband loves Jimboys. Anytime we are stuck in the«I dunno, what do you want to eat… Well, I dunno, what do you want?» conversation, I bring up Jimboys and that’s it. We have been here several times in the past, even though it is all the freakin way across town from home. The food is good. I have tried several menu items, from the taco salad to the enchilidas… always good… Now you might ask, why only 4 stars… well, the restaurant itself is a dump. Really. I can’t even tell you what decade the interior is from. I really cant honestly tell you the last time they cleaned the place. Yes, people really do look at the dust build up on the window sill… But the food is off the hook! So the hubby and I went here on Sunday after our flea market adventure. The weather outside was really nice, wasnt very hot at all. We went to Jimboys… they really needed to turn the flippin air on. It was so hot in there, we were sweating WHILESITTINGDOWN. It was soooo freaking hot in there, it was cooler outside. In July. We were the only people in there, yet the counter lady yelled our«number» when the order was up. I laughed so hard, we were the only people there!!! Hey, LOSERS, your meal is ready! Crank up the heat, mama, I’m cold!
