Smoothie is always deliciously refreshing as usual(when they’re there) but the business hours are NOT accurate. I’ve been there around 10am and 2−3pm on different days and it was not open.

Suuuuuupperrrr slow service. Waited about 10 min before one of the very nice girls asked me to remind her of what I ordered. But, after that she made it fast and my drink was delish!

Absolutely the WORST. Waited in line for 10 minutes(which I realize is when I should have left) Finally, a woman came up to the counter, I assume she was the owner since she was dressed in regular clothes. I ordered a 1 oz. shot of ginger. She said they did not have that. I pointed at the menu and asked why it was on the menu if they did not have it. She then went back to the juice cart and upon her return said, they didn’t have a lot of ginger left so they could not make it. So i left. I will no longer be going to this location. The LODI location is MUCH better. DONTWASTEYOURMONEYHERE!!!

Seriously why does it say they open at 7am! I was there at 8am and the girl inside just yelled«we’re open at 9am.» Fix your hours please.

I stopped in today and had an acai bowl. It was one of the best I’ve had yet! I requested a special order and it was perfect. Will go again!

This is a review for their RAWJUICE only. I’m glad Stockton finally has a place that sells fresh, yummy, raw juice. My favorite is the energizer, which I believe consists of Pineapple, grapes, spinach, ginger, and apple. The prices are pretty reasonable too! I highly recommend this place if you are in the downtown area. The only reason I can’t give it a full 5 stars is that parking downtown can be hard to find, and they close pretty early. But like someone else mentioned, I can totally understand why. They also offer a discount to County Employees, which is a plus in my book!

An interesting place, like the juicer commercials but made into a shop. I had some mix of fruit and celery and it was pretty good. I plan on visiting again. Someone should open one in the Bay Area.

At first, I had some big doubts about this particular store. I am a huge fan of Juice it Up Lodi and got spoiled at that location for years. I even seriously considered opening a Juice up myself after the Pacific Ave at Robinhood Dr. location shut down. I came a few times when this place finally opened and probably would have rated them 2 stars a year ago. But they are improving tremendously! The staff is more seasoned now and they know me as a regular. They had difficulty making my Ultimate Acai Smoothie a few times, it came out watery and bland. After going to Lodi store and discovering what the secret was from the owners up there, I came back to this store and let them know wassup(to use frozen bananas) and it was all good from there out. I can see how some reviews complain about how the customer service being bad are valid, but in defense, it is in downtown Stockton and you should observe some of the strange and interesting characters that walk into this location throughout the day. I’m pretty sure the staff gets fed up with some these difficult individuals often. They have pretty good smoothies in general. In my opinion better than Jamba Juice. I would give them 5 stars if they were open later, but I understand why the hours the way they are.

I work across the street. I went there during my break to get Strawberry Delight, the girl that took my order was very polite, I would give her 5 Stars for customer service. However, by the time my order was ready I had to run back to work. I took a sip of my cup and almost spit it out. It was cold sweet red liquid, not much of strawberry flavor and did not have the smoothie consistency. I called the store and the young lady that answered she asked me to take it back and get a replacement. I told her that my break was over and asked if I could just go back the following day with the receipt but she refused saying that she won’t be able to tell if I am the same person unless I go back right away. I explained to her that my break was over but she still refused. I told her if I had to do that I would just request my refund but she didn’t care. So I had to excuse myself for 5 minutes from work and went right away with my receipt. A different girl was at the counter, after waiting in line, I handed her my cup(which was still full and runny) and she seemed to know why I was there, without saying anything she took it along with the receipt to the back then came back to tell me that they are making a new one. I told her that I needed my refund, so she went to get what seems to be her boss. Well the boss came to the counter, opened the drawer and asked the the cashier who to give the money to, the cashier pointed at me, she gave me the money without looking towards my eyes and without saying anything. I am not as upset at them for missing up my order as I am upset at how they handled the whole situation. I am not wasting another break over there, in the matter of fact I am not going back there at all.

There isn’t very accessible parking! Not good for people who don’t work downtown. :(

Was there this afternoon with my daughter after she got out of school, CUSTOMERSERVICEISTHEWORST!!! I would have expected it from the teens that worked there but not from the Manager(assuming because she was the eldest working there). We walk in and and get in line behind 5 or 6 undeciding school kids, as we’re waiting the elder one stopped cleaning and proceeded to ask the gentlemen BEHIND me what he wanted, as if this was OK. She tells him you work downtown I don’t want to keep you waiting. So when she’s done making his order we meet at the cash register, she was trying hurry up to ring him up but it was my turn, she puts his order aside and takes mine. Now that we ordered my daughter gets hers and I’m waiting for mine…2 smoothies later I tell her I have not gotten mine… she seemingly forgets that I ordered the Orange Berry Tickler! So another 4 smoothies later I get mine. She tells me I upgraded you to a 32oz and here’s a 50 cent off coupon for your next visit… There will be no next time! Jamba Juice for me. Can’t rate unless u give it a star. They get one star for convenience.

IThe workers were completely incompetent at this location. Upon looking at the menu I decided to order an oatmeal and the hot peach tea. The woman looked confused and said that they didn’t do that there, so I pointed up at the menu and showed her and she just looked at me and said that she was sorry but she didn’t know how to make either of those things. So I finally settled for a bagel. It took them 10 minutes to make my bagel and there was no one in front of me. Not to mention the girl at the register was rude. I won’t be returning.

First customer and first post! I have been looking forward to this store opening since the«coming soon» sign went up on the walls. Working in Downtown Stockton, there are few low-cost healthy options for lunch. This will fill the void by providing a healthy and sweet option for that lunchtime/mid-day craving. The first smoothie was pretty good(solid 8⁄10). I will definitely try a few others to figure out which one fits my personal tastes. There are lots of options, so I will be trying many in the upcoming months. Oh, and watch your step going into the front door; the steps are new and not easy to see coming in from the bright daylight outside. :)
