Pretty disappointing in the customer service … I bought really nice glasses and needed some help but they weren’t willing to even listen. I will save my money next time and go some where cheaper… I thought with the higher price you got service… Not here

The lady with long curly hair was rude to me can I help you she says in a rude way. I then say just looking and she goes to you have a appointment really rude I say no I’m just waiting on my other half. She really was under the impression I was going to steal and keep staring at me while she was sitting I don’t think I will be buying from this store. They really need better store management

In the store just to buy frames. Staff in cell phones while 4 – 6 customers waiting. Very frustrated to wait to pay cash for lenses NO exam but gotta wait for employees to finish posting on their personal cell phones. WALKEDOUT. YOULOSTTHE $$$$

Love the glasses brand they provide. But customer service isn’t the best even if you set a appointment. The wait is very long.

Usually they are very helpful when I come into the store, however whomever answered their phone today had no customer service skills whatsoever. It’s really frustrating that people can be so rude over the phone.

Love the glasses there but over price! Sign said 40% off frames but u have to read the fine print, only if u don’t have insurance! You can’t combine ur insurance discount with the 40% discount! First time there, this lady that work there keep on pressuring me to pay extra for no-starch resistant, night vision on my lens etc. All I wanted was one thing only on my lens and the frames already cost me a lot even with insurance. Second time my daughter needed glasses, one of the guy was good with kids, and he didn’t pressure my husbands to get any extra service & explain what our insurance cover on our daughter’s Ray ban lens… which make shopping more comfortable.

I began shopping for lens and eyewear about ten years ago in southern Missouri, where those good folks there only forced me to wait for two hours while they fashioned a new pair of frames and lens in their on site laboratory. I had dropped my previous pair in a leaf bonfire when the fuel ignited and I barely escaped without serious injury to my person. I thought it would be days before I would be able to see long distance, but, on a Saturday afternoon(!!!), I was back in operation before nightfall. I disagree with a previous Unilocaler about long wait times at the Stockton eye center. I have traded wtih these folks for over four years now and have never had to wait excessively. Just yesterday, I presented for an adjustment on my frames(I had accidentally bent them by being a doofus and sitting on them). I was seen almost at once and my glasses were repaired promptly.

Coming here is worse than the DMV, you’re guaranteed to wait forever every time you come here.
