Sunglass Hut

These people know their sunglasses and seem to genuinely want you in the right pair. A breath of fresh air after our horrible experience at Dillard’s (see my review).
When we arrived the employee (who seemed like a manager) was with another customer but made sure to acknowledge us right away even offering a few pairs to test drive before she could give us her undivided attention. love it.
Once we were her only customers she did not hesitant to offer any and all choices she thought would be the best fit. With our picks and her picks we settled on the just right pair for my husband.
She was patient, knowledgeable, and eager to get us what we wanted.
Sunglass Hut has a great warranty– 90 day money back if you aren’t happy. 1 year warranty if they break you get the same pair for 50% off and of course the manufacturers warranty for defects, etc.
All in all a really great experience, even if the location is less than desirable (a permanent type kiosk in the middle of the mall)
We walked away feeling like we had made a good purchase from someone that knew what she was doing. :-)
