I love this store! It must be my favorite Loft!
It’s always so well stocked clean.
The employees are always so helpful, nice, and friendly.
We do not have Loft or Ann Taylor near us so this was a treat to shop here again.
I always find so many great items.

I was very excited when I heard we’d be getting a Loft here in town but after it opened I had a few issues with poor service. At one point I swore off the store altogether. Fortunately, I gave them another chance and fell in love. I opened a Loft credit card that comes with awesome perks but even just signing up for e-​mail alerts gets you in on the deals. Some stores offer discounts only if you use the store cc, but not Loft, you get the deal no matter what. Most of my clothes is Loft, I’m actually wearing a whole ensemble from there now! I never leave the store without buying at least one cardigan. They have the best cardigans.

Walking into Loft, I feel so darn feminine that I feel like bursting into song: «Man! I feel like a woman!» Well, not really, but you catch my drift. This place caters to women beautifully. So much so, that it’s one of those «I’ll just wait outside» stores for men.
The displays are tidy, colorful, & beautiful. Everything is so clean that you can’t help but try to awkwardly refold the shirts so that you don’t mess with the prettiness of it all.
The clothes can be pricey, but if you wait for one of their 40% off sales (or the semi-​rare 50%), you can nab a good deal. And they always have a clearance rack that isn’t only filled with all of the clothes that make you say, «Well, I know why no one wanted to buy THIS crap,» although there are some pieces that you say that to yourself (hey, it’s part of the clearance experience).

Every time I go shopping here, I just feel classy. My mother spoils my sister once in a while by bringing us shopping here, and it’s always so fun. The clothes are really nicely made. I have a few things from there that I’ve worn tons of times and they’ve kept up their shape and whatnot nicely. The fabrics are all really nice, and their color choices for garments are just really chic and fun.
The employees here are always really fantastic! Every encounter I’ve had here with an employee has been really friendly, helpful, polite, and informed. I’d be proud to be their manager!
The store is always clean and well taken care of. The racks are ordered nicely, and the dressing rooms are always neat and tidy.
I LOVE this store.

Ohhhhhh, if only I was elbow-​deep in cash… I would shop here always. Well, for work, I would… the fashion here leans towards «pretty-​business», in my opinion. Softer than a pantsuit, but more structured than a button-​down and chinos.
Always clean, always organized and ALWAYS some sort of sale going on. The gals that work here are always helpful without being overbearing… and also, they have mirrors in the dressing room that make you feel very supermodel-​ish… a really good sales method, in my book. It makes me wish I could shop here way more often. Ohhhh, I can dream… or hope for more overtime opportunities. :)

This chain has quietly expanded during a recession, which means they must be doing something right. Clothes are conservative, but still on-​trend. The best comparison would be like a GAP, but with a business-​casual feel. Also carries petite sizes.

When you spend a few years being a plus sized, fluffy… puffy mound of greatness… like I did, you get used to the Lane Bryant type of stores.
This discovery of stores, throwing away the big clothes… giving up big t-​shirts has been a heart wrenching ordeal.
But visiting nice stores like Ann Taylor puts me at ease. Very nice store. The fitting rooms are huge.
Mu one complaint is that the racks that hold the clothing that you’d like to try on, are mounter too high on the wall.
BTW, they are having a clearance on their summer line right now.
