McDonald’s

This is easily the most disgusting McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The restroom was nasty, like an old blanket, garbage and feces all over the place. A restaurant restroom is aways a good indicator of the cleanliness inside the kitchen. I left right back to my car without picking up my food, I wouldn’t be able to get myself to eat it. I’m surprised that McDonalds allows this establishment to be open/​run as it is considering all of the bad experiences everyone is clearly having at this restaurant.

Because I can’t give it zero. No ketchup, no receipt, buttermilk chicken on the sandwich was over cooked possibly recycled from yesterday. Fries were not the fried I associate with McDonalds they were cold an limp NEVER again!

Last time I visited this Mc Donalds I went inside to order. As I was in line I witnessed a worker sorting buns, pickles and other items bare handed! He was wiping sweat off his face and brushed his fingers over his nose while doing this. The manager, a woman, was standing there talking to him like nothing was wrong. When I called to complain she informed me that she would «speak to him» but tried to brush me off. I also want to point out that when I called requesting a manager, someone tried to lie and say he was the manager. After I asked for a name he handed the phone to the real one. The manager at this location has NO control obviously and doesn’t care. This happened on October 8^th around noon.

My son and I went on an ice cream run this evening. We ordered a vanilla cone, two Sundaes and a blizzard. We waited 8 ½ minutes from the time we paid to the time we got our order. The really disturbing part is that my son and I watched the girls laugh and joke and One even went so far as to get her phone out of her back pocket and show the other something on it. They were way more interested in their conversation than fulfilling our order or any of the orders behind us. By this time I would say there were at least seven cars behind me. Ridiculous and that’s what you get when you hire immature people and leave them alone to run your store. You get what you pay for. Maybe the managers should think about hiring people who are a little more mature, rather than trying to save a buck by hiring immature, inexperienced kids who are driving people away from your business. This is the first time I’ve been there in the evening and I guess I was hoping for different results than I get in my very rare drive through experiences in the morning. The customer service is always horrible. Too bad McDonald’s. I would give a zero*if I could.

Location — hood. Panhandlers next to drive thru order box or by the window to pay just out of sight of employees. I don’t judge people on how they live but come on, this is ridiculous. Day or night it’s the same. On this visit I almost ran one over because he walked right in front of my car as i pulled from the window.
Again, I love some McD’s Fries and had to have a caramel sundae.
My orders can be hit or miss but it’s in a central location.

Only reason that I have one star is because I have to give one. The worst place ever! This review isn’t a «one bad visit» kind of review. Oh no! I have given them chance after chance taking into consideration that sometimes stuff happens. Well this is my last time I throw my money in the garbage (literally). The chicken is always dry and rubbery; The hamburgers are dry and old. To top it off, everything has been cold. Each. And. Every. Time. You try to tell them so they can fix it and you get attitude or are told that that is how it’s made and they can’t do anything about it. You know, I’ve even called there «how are we doing» 800 number and nothing has changed. It’s a horrible fast food place. With 2 other fast food chains within a couple blocks from them, my money will be better spent elsewhere.

Worst McDonalds ever they cannot seem to put a piece of fish between two buns and center the meat and cheese so annoying like they just don’t care

Since I changed my lifestyle around, I rarely eat fast food anymore.
But hey, I was on vacation last week and I fell off my diet lol. I like this location a lot.
The Masses will claim, it’s dirty, or stinky, to many panhandlers, it’s in the hood and much more. But hey, I don’t judge anybody. People are people in my book.
I’ll say this, I come to this McDonald’s for a coffee and sweat tea.
Enjoying my time talking to people. I never once came across any problems with my orders or cleanliness when I come.
I search for places that make me feel comfortable and this McDonald’s makes me feel comfortable, so I’ll comeback.

The ladies are great in drive thru.
Maybe it’s the hours I go.
Maybe because I go with 10 minutes to spare just in case it’s busy.
Oh lol maybe cause I worked on drive thru 3 yrs in the 90s and know what the inside is like.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We went through the drive through and ordered cheeseburgers 2 with onions 2 without. Waiting, waiting, finally get our bag and start driving away. I look in the bag. Umm No cheese on half and No onions on any.
UGH, what is a cheeseburger without cheese? Gross! We pull down a side street and receipt in hand go into the store. The employee ARGUES with my boyfriend saying the order is correct! Um no he shows the receipt shows cheeseburgers, the bag of cheeseless burgers and the no onions on the two burgers. He asks for everything to be remade since it is now 15 minutes later.
Finally he comes back out to the car it has been another 10 minutes. I start digging in the bag. Umm still no onions on any of them!!! They still got it wrong!!! So freaking frustrating. How hard is it to get four cheeseburgers right. Make two as the menu states and two without onions. Give me a break.
Also everytime we go here they give us the drinks overflowing with soda dripping down the sides and we have to ask them to wipe it off or for a napkin. I have added pictures previously.

HORRIBLE.
I dont expect much from a McDonald’s in Stockton but believe it or not we decided to come here instead of the one on Wilson Way for obvious reasons. Its a beautiful building and the staff is very nice but they do NOTHING about the 5 – 10 homeless people who hang outside or come inside and bother you.
Seriously, the person I was dining with kept telling everyone that came up and asked for money «Sorry, I don’t speak any English».
It was the funniest thing I heard in a week.
If they were to figure out a way to control the gang-​bangers and homeless beggars INSIDE the restaurant I might go back.
Till then, never.
