She charged me for 3 cookies that I’ve never gotten. I asked for jalapeños on my sandwich, I got only 3 – 4 small pieces. I got a medium soda and she charged me large. Wtf?! Know your POS system.

The sandwich artists obviously do not want to be here. They are rude, unprofessional, do not smile or attempt to provide good customer service. I’ve come here quite a few times and it’s always the same. Snappy and nasty when asking what you want, don’t care to listen to requests. I asked for her to make sure I can get soft bread because I’m in the process of getting dentures, and the lady(Brittany) responded«they’re all soft» with a negative tone as if it irritated her that I asked, and proceeded to start making the sandwich without checking. The bread is usually soft, but at times a loaf can become hard, and my teeth have trouble biting through even soft bread at times. I can see why this subway only has an average two star rating. The only reason people come here is because of the franchise name, not a good customer relation.

This is so close to my work. It’s a healthier«fast-food» option. My co-workers and I usually use a coupon for buy one get one free. What a deal! It’s pretty small so I suggest getting it to go or enjoy the outside seating.

Worst customer service! There were 2 gals working and as soon as I walked in they both walked in the back and told me someone would help me in a sec… that second was almost 5 min(they were both gossiping in the back) I ordered my sandwhich and was telling her what I’d like on it and noticed all their food looked old and soggy especially the spinach! However I was in a rush to get back to work. The entire time the gal made my sandwhich she proceeded to gossip with the other girl about how ghetto and rude someone in a Mercedes was and so on… paid for the sandwhich and said thanks have a nice day to her and she just walked away. All small things however I work In customer service so I know how a customer is supposed to be treated. Got back to work and I’ve honestly never had a bad subway sandwhich until today! Bread was burnt and stale tasting, meat even tasted bad. Never will I be going back to that subway ever again.

It seems as though they don’t take call in orders, since their phone number is always incorrect. I attempted to correct it before here on Unilocal and the problem WAS solved. Maybe the owner changed the number? The customer service here all around is horrible and is the last store I would even attempt to visit. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The 2 stars aren’t for a bad tasting sandwhich. The 2 stars are for the bad attitude of the server(same server every time) and it REALLY irritates me that their little chime says to have it your way. I’m really not having it my way when I tell you that I like A LOT of pickles and peppercinis and you put a few pickles. Then you have to make feel like a fatty and ask for more pickles. C’mon…I even tell them… you can charge me extra, I don’t care just pile it on. The sandwhich tasted great other than the lack of pickles. I always have a BLT with spinach, tomato, red onion, pickles, peppers, and avocado. Today, I asked for a squirt of the vinaigrette. It was delicious. Unfortunately, it’s the closest to my work and on a really hungry day(like today) I like to go to subway. So I’ll keep on returning and keep on requesting MORE pickles. Hahaha.

Subway on the Miracle Mile in Stockton, California. I came in today picking up a couple of $ 5 Foot Longs for a late lunch for my brother and I. I normally don’t come to this location to often. Trying to find parking is kinda hard. But when I do come here it’s mainly because of their outside seating. Eating outside just feels so natural for me. Today I found out they have a backdoor entrance. I felt really silly because I never knew of this until today. The great thing about this location it’s always very clean, when I come for a sandwich. The staff that has made my grub has always been pretty nice to me. I haven’t came across a bad experiences yet. Just like any other Subways during their peek times they can get really busy very fast. So I try to avoid the rush when I’m short on time. Probably the main reason, I rarely come here along with the limited parking for this area. Yes there is a back parking lot, but there is a Yoga Studio next door and most of the parking is taking up. The Sandwich I had today was the BMT $ 5 foot long, it was very good and my lil bro had the cold cut $ 5 foot long in which he liked. So yeah when I’m in the mood for another sandwich and I’m really close by, I’ll stop by again. Vincent D *VD* Enjoying the simple things in life.

Pretty much what everyone else have posted. Disappointment! I gave 2 stars because I get it, lunch isn’t a time to expect quality service because people are trying to get in and out. But a smile would be nice or a «welcome to subway» before asking«what kind of bread for you today»(how did she know I wanted a sandwich? I could’ve wanted soup.) the customer in front of me was so hurried through only half of her sandwich got veggies(I’m surprised she didn’t say anything). The worker grabbed a small handful of onions and she started to sprinkle one side of the sandwich leaving most of the onions on that side and by the time she got to the other side of the sandwich she left one sliver of an onion. Not impressed and I thought it was just me until I read other reviews. :(I wish Stockton had a good sandwich shop.

Ugh! First they split our order-they took my daughter’s order, then started on a phone order and left my other daughter and I standing there. Then they put the wrong dressing on, after I was very clear. Plus they were super skimpy on all the toppings-my veggie delight was half the size it normally is. Then came time to pay… We order two six inch sandwiches and one foot long. I had a «buy one 6-inch get one free» coupon. Seems very straightforward, but nope! Super complicated! The cashier charged my card, then realized she did it all wrong. They had to refund $$ to my card, then start the whole process over again! I will avoid this subway in the future!

The management at this Subway is terrible. They only allow you to have 3 pieces of each particular vegetable for a 6 inch sandwich… they up it to 6 pieces for a foot-long. For instance… if I would like to have bell pepper on my 6 inch veggie sandwich, I only get three strips. Never mind that I passed on the cheese, onions, olives etc. This subway is in a walking area of Stockton, so I know several of the local business owners, and everyone complains about this particular Subway. Many would rather hop in their car and drive a mile to the Subway on March Ln. So I told the owner that he’s loosing business because of their«veggie» policy, and that other Subways let you have lots of olives if you want lots of olives. He gave me two different excuses on two different days. First excuse; he can’t give more pepperccini’s because they have to be shipped«fresh» and there was a problem with the shipment being held up(weird…because they are pickled and come in a jar). Second excuse; Corporate Subway monitors all the vegetables they use and they have to fall within Corporates allocated amounts of veggies per month. I call B.S. So a couple weeks after my conversation with the manager, I went into Subway with a friend. She was denied the veggies she wanted. And the owner and his family, sitting at a table, keeping an eye on their employees, gave us dirty looks and talked S*^# on us while placing the«veggie-less» sandwich order. So this is the last time I step foot into that Subway.

Yeah, pretty much what everyone else said plus my own two cents: the young lady that always works here around dinner time is the stingiest! Let me start by saying that I LOVE olives on my sandwiches. All I ask for are«a lot» of olives, which means more than 6 little olive slices. I’m a regular customer for the most part, mainly because of this location, so the least I can get is my olives. She snapped at me and her employee when she heard me asking for more olives remarking«I already gave him 10x the olives I usually give!» I counted 6. Every single time I come here and ask for extra olives, she pinches into the olive container. Once she realized she only got 2 olives so went back for another grab, and got 2 more. No joke, this chick is as stingy as they come. Go to the one by College Bakery instead if you like a particular topping.

I hate Subway! Always rushing down the line for a sandwich that sucks and they make it wrong too because it is too loud back there and they have issues rushing people and not asking them to repeat the information back so they get it correct they just make a terrible sandwich instead. They do false advertising talking about all regular foot longs are 5 $ when there are only like 6 they call regular. This is crappy. And the menus are hard to read and you don’t really understand how much everything will be… They want you to heat the dumb sandwiches so they can tack on an extra hidden charge as well. Did you know that??? They don’t list it anywhere so you can be informed. Subways are a bunch of horrible sandwich making crooks in my opinion attempting to nickel and dime you to death at lunchtime and now breakfast too. They participate in coupon programs and look down their nose at you when you use a coupon… That’s CRAZY! Get a good sandwich… Make it yourself!

Exactly. «Eek! Methinks not.» Now, this goes for all the Subways out there in the world… not just this one. Subway tries way to hard to advertise their food on TV by using stars and trying to be funny. Why do so many people like this place? Their saying«Subway eat fresh» is a complete and utter lie. It’s sad to think how many people eat there every day and enjoy it. Their sanwhiches aren’t even close to good. I try one of their sanwhiches every once in a while and I take one bite and I’m done. D-O-N-E. I mean seriously? Don’t think I’m a rude person because I’m not. This is the truth. T-R-U-T-H.

Well, this being a Subway, you generally know what to expect foodwise, so it gets its two stars for that. HOWEVER, on a recent sunny spring Sunday afternoon, this particular Subway had ONE worker for a steady stream of customers. Since she took her sweet time making sandwiches, we stood waiting behind 3 other customers for 25 minutes. TWENTY-FIVEMINUTES. I said the hell with this and left. Who knows how long the wait would have continued. As a parent, I have packed thousands of sandwiches at 6:30 am with my eyes half closed and I guarantee you this girl should have been able to work faster. Or if not, they should have two people on duty at least. Went to Kinder’s instead and was very pleased.
