NO STARS! BEWARE! I ordered two stand up red and white ROSES only! And was ripped off! What I RECEIVED AT THE FUNERAL was CARNATIONS AND roses. I paid $ 350.00!!! I was shocked and embarrassed!!! I was the daughter and it was my fathers Funeral!!! I had no call before hand, no call after to let me know!
After the funeral I called the owner and basically got the runaround from the very start! I was told she will EMAIL the person that did it, I guess the middle man she was talking about I have no idea.
Anyway after several attempts on my part to get at least the difference of the cheap carnations that were replaced with what I paid a higher price for, I heard NOTHING. This is not good business. PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU. Can you imagine getting ripped off at a funeral!!! That is soooooo wrong. I TOLD them when I walked in to take my order, DO NOT USE CARNATIONS NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO because my parents hate them. Guess what I got???
