This panda Express gets 5 stars because they keep their food fresh. One night it was really busy and I had to wait for food to be prepared because it was near closing time, but the lady that was helping me apologized and offered me a soft drink free of charge for the wait being so long. Their customer service is great, I like this location way better than the one on Hammer.

This place needs work, it’s the staff that needs re-training. My friend and I came here together she got a bowl and I got a 2 entrée plate. They had enough chow mein for 3 people(there was 1 person in line behind us) and they said they’d have to wait until more chow mein was made and said it’d be 5 minutes. So they give me a number and tell me they’ll call it when mine is done, they also hold onto her food since we came together. 12 minutes go by! My friend goes up hoping my food is done, and she can get hers remade as its been sitting out this whole time. They LOSTMYPLATE, as more people have come in. Eventually they find it and give it to her and she asks for her bowl of rice and chicken to be redone because she wants hot food and now they are out of rice so they tell her of course the whole«just wait 5 minutes» bit. So she just asked for a refund. And after being questioned by the staff for a good 3 minutes they finally just give her a refund and I finally get my food. This whole ordeal was just too much for«fast food». I definitely don’t plan on returning to this location.

Food is fine and the staff is always friendly, but this place is a pain in the ass at night. Not just one time, but every single time. They’re very busy all the time, which should make them happy, but they always stop cooking food about two hours before they close. So there is never anything ready. It’s supposed to be fast food, but you’re better off going to a sit down restaurant. It would be faster.

This Panda is great!! don’t let haters ruin it for you. Go on in. Some people get pissy cuz this place gets crazy with people, but lemme tell you cuz of the crowds the dishes are always fresh. Do u wanna know the secret behind panda??? You wanna go when they are busy when it is slow the food sits in the trays get dry and sticky icky, but they will still scrap the sides and give u that hot mess, so never go to one that’s slow the busy ones are always fresh and they get you through be patient.

OMG best customer service ever, Cameron was behind counter, I wanted BBQ chicken and they were out, but Cameron asked for the chicken and the manager went and put the chicken on the grill and less than 10 min I had my chicken and they served me two orders for the time I waited. This call customer service!!!

Never ever, ever, again. Staff is unprofessional and needs training. Food is always low or out and wait time is usually about 10 minutes. Who has time to wait, when on lunch break.

Walked in & was greeted with a huge line all the way to the door. Almost walked out but decided to wait for the line to die down. Line was gone in under 5 minutes. When I quickly got to the front I was greeted by Lily who got me started & sent me off to Kevin who got my entrees. Lastly Lena checked me out. Everyone I was in contact with was very friendly & always smiling. Everyone working made sure to say thank you whenever the donation bell rung. Even though it was really busy the food was kept stocked. Someone kept coming out to clean the restaurant floor. I came in a couple days ago & the people working were horrible. The food wasn’t as good & place wasn’t as clean. Very happy I gave it another chance. Extremely happy with the service this time! I will be back.

Shame on you panda express. I witnessed a homless person work your entire restaurant before getting someone to assist them with money. You did nothing about it even when I pointed this out to your employees. Stockton is bad enough as is, don’t put family’s in harm’s way and pay attention to your customers

My family and have been coming to this location for years, but this last few years have been terrible! We just left there and the table tops and floors are filthy! Also we have to wait for our selections because of running out every time! If orange chicken and Beijing Beef are big sellers, than why not make sure you are always have a backup waiting? They fill your plate with rice and chow me in and have your plate sit under the lights till the rest is ready! They don’t offer any type of discount or if you would like to wait for the rest to be ready before they serve up the rice! Frustrating!

I’ve been coming to Panda more often. The food is Fast Food Chinese. We all know that already. Every time I come here, I try different things on the menu. I don’t really care for their chow Mein to much. Today I had the Orange Chicken with bacon. It was the bomb. The Shiitake chicken breast is good too. But my all-time favorite is the Beef and Broccoli. The place gets crazy here sometimes as in busy. That’s when I arrive lol. Good and bad for me. Good the food is really fresh and bad, I only have 45 minutes for lunch. They have outside seating. It’s best used at night or cooler weather. The place can get dirty but they have staff hitting the dining rooms with the quickness. The few times, I’ve come I noticed Panda workers(Charylou) holding down the dinning area. Another girl Marlene taking care of business on register and the soda fountain area. Majority of the time Panda worker Glenn makes my food. Always service with a smile and really nice. Keep up the good work. You guys rock. Life is Beautiful. .Vincent D …*VD*

Gross food, taste old, over priced, wouldn’t feed it to my dog. A disgrace to call this«Chinese food».

The bowls are good but not my favorite place. OK if you are in the mood for something fast but if you want great taste then look elsewhere.

I typically go to Panda Express about 3 times a year and I have found it lately that they are always hit and miss. When its good its really good but when it is bad BOY is it horrible. Its either too chewy or too salty. On my last visit I don’t know if my taste buds were playing a trick on me but for some odd reason my orange chicken was a bit spicy. Did they change the recipe? It tasted a bit like tamarind, which I won’t lie it was actually pretty good. So if you want fake Americanized Chinese food this is the place for you.

I’m a big fan of Panda Express, I’ve eaten at quite a few different ones, each different on their own. However this one I’ve come to a couple times. The time before this last time I came just to buy some orange sauce with my grandma, the lady was so snooty! We bought our sauce and left! This time I came with my friend, I went to place my order and the lady thought she was so on top of her game I guess that she just barely let me get a word in edgewise! She kept cutting me off on what I wanted but whatever I got my food. I’m glad the bejing beef wasn’t too burnt like a lot of the other places, however the fried rice was SO plain, looked like they just dyed it brown and threw in some frozen peas and carrots, so much for being fresh produce like they boast! I’ll stick to my panda in san fran! Thanks! Third time wasn’t the charm! :(

Panda Express is only really good for their orange chicken. Everything else is bleh… I come here whenever I crave for orange chicken and fake Chinese food.

You drop into a Panda Express, do it when it’s busy. And yes, it’s gonna be Americanized. Of course you’re gonna be disappointed if you expect legit Chinese food. What, you think you’re gonna get Peking Duck? Sorry, wrong restaurant. That’s with all of them. Specifically for this restaurant, expect to stand in line longer than usual. Not sure why. And in my opinion, if you need more than one packet of soy sauce, what the hell else are you going to taste? :D

maybe im spoiled by the authentic chinese food found in the bay area, but my first leap into this panda express ordeal was ONEBIGMISTAKE! I came here in the afternoon and I got the chowmein along with the prawns, spicy chicken, and the new beef they were advertising… oh man, it was salty, some too dry, some too drenched with sauce and overall LAME! also, it didnt help that it gave me a tummyache later… im sorry but NOMOREPLEASE!
