Bad service. Never get water or utensils. I hate the customer service here. People are so rude. Don’t go here.

While the food is very delicious, the service and hospitality are terrible! It doesn’t matter what time. of the day it is whether it be busy, slow their service stinks and keeps them from getting 5 stars from me.

Bad manners, very dirty. I find something in the soup, I said cancel that. They are never said something to me, ever apologize. They just take it !!! I never come again.

Worst customers service ever!!! If I can I wouldnt give them a star! Not just in person but over the phone too!!! This is not the first time… it happen many time! Stupid worker who does the ordering over the phone hung up on me while I still have some more order to do… freaken hate that shitty place. They are like so in the rush to hang up on your ass! I only go there because of their freaken grilled pork springroll! Urgh I have to hold my temper in every freaken time I go there! They need to be retrain on their customer service skills!

Come here for their soup ! Delisssshhh ! The bowl is huge ! I was too busy talking to my party I didn’t even notice the customer service, but the people I went with are usuals so I didn’t really care !

OKAY FIRST AND FOREMOST I CAME AN HOUR BEFORE THE RESTAURANT CLOSES. They gave us our menus and came back within 10 seconds, like can I have time to order orrrr??? and the lady goes, we close our register at 930… LIKE BIHHH THAT MEANS I GOT 30 MINS TO ORDER SO CALM YOUR HORSES DOWN. Anyways we tell her to give us a minute and another lady comes along to tell us the same damn thing, but we order anyways. She brings us NO waters until I ask for one, and not to mention she asked four different tables if MY Vietnamese coffee was theirs. I was like HELLO OVER HERE??? And when the food comes, I kid you not, 15 minutes later she tells us to go pay because their register is closing. Y’all swear that register was sum A1 shiii, got me fcked up. That shit can close and open whenever it want. At point Ima lite this bih on FIYAA I SWEAR!!! But we go to pay separately for our orders and I paid everything on my tab, my friend goes to pay for her tab and they tell her that’s not everything? Like yes we paid for everything we ain’t no broke bihh aiteee? So we come back to the table and another lady asks us if we’re done? LIKE I DIDNT KNOW THIS WAS A PHO EATING CONTEST YALL GOT ME BOUYKED UP!!! We’re like UHHH??? And she goes another 15 secs later «are you guys done so I can clean the table» like WTFF we paid for this didn’t we? I’m starving a girl hasn’t ate all day and this was the first meal of the day. And we just dip out that bihh anyways like LATEEE YALL SUCK. And she comes out chasing us saying we didn’t pay everything??? Like excuse let me repeat again, WE AINT NO BROKE BIHHH LET ME REPEAT DAT SHIII! We tell them we did and dip a MF sap out that dirty ass BIHHH
Anyways moral of the story: this place is shitty, interior wise, customer service wise, but food was AITEEE.

I am usually not picky with food and I feel bad for saying this but please don’t come here. unless you want aquarium water or dead-​fishy taste shrimp spring rolls. I couldn’t swallow that last bite I had to take it with my phở soup for it to go down.

I’m in disbelief. I have never written such a horrible review about a restaurant. But seriously? Harassing customers? I came in at 9pm and was told multiple times to my face that I shouldn’t have order com thit nuong. First of all, why??? And then they gave me the wrong order and then got so mad at me when I asked if they could bring out the complementary nuoc mam for the dish. I was scolded. Not once but twice. Disrespectful. I am a grown woman getting treated poorly for being Vietnamese.

If your one to judge a book by its cover you probably wouldn’t eat here. Service sucks, good luck getting a refill, but the food for the most part is good.

The service, decorations and cleanliness is terrible!
Most of the servers there not fluent English speakers. The only things is that a few COMPLETELY do not speak English. I’m fine if English is not their native tongue but NOT knowing at all is bad. My mother just asked for extra meatballs in her phở and one of the young waitress had to bring another waitress to translate. Also, the younger waiters/​tress wear completely baggy, unprofessional/​regular and slightly dirty clothes. And the younger waiters tend to take alittle slower with the orders. I would recommend the older female waitress they’re dressed professionally, more kind, and understand English a lot better.
Decorations there are not the best specifically the paint and seats. Paint is over coated too many times where it’s clumpy and starts to peel off. Also, the seats are torn and the plastic gets alittle pokey. Also, the restaurant is not all that clean but decent to eat it.
Now you may think my review is bad so far, but honestly this is my spot to eat phở! I’m willing to tolerate all these bad things. But if you are very impatient and have high standards, it’s best if you find else where.
The phở is amazing. Most phở places have a very greasy oily beef broth and the smell of it makes me feel that if I eat too much, it’ll tempt me to puke. Hoa Viet’s phở has more of a herbal broth taste that’s very refreshing. When you have a hangover, getting a cold or just need something to boost you, Hoa’s Viet’s phở is they type of phở you think off. Also, I get the grilled pork plate w/​rice, salad on the side and two broths on the side. It’s my personally favorite. The meat is very flavorful, chewy in all the right places and cooked nicely. I had this plate in other phở places but the meat was always paper/​splinter wood dry. Yuck!
The spring rolls there are fantastic, large and fulfilling. And the peanut butter sauce, well NO OTHER PHO PLACE CAN COMPARE. Other phở restaurants have their sauce watery, thin and doesn’t season the spring rolls enough. Hoa Viet’s is thick, creamy and perfect!
The food here is great and made very well.

Horrible service. Did a to go order just for spring rolls and waited a very long time and had to ask for my order. Got home and my order was wrong. Never go back here again.

This place has been here ever since I can remember. Food has been consistently good but the service here is horrible. Their décor def needs some updating. I would still come back just because the food is always good. Wish they knew something about customer service.

Food is ok when the other phở places are closed by 9pm.
I hate when workers mop up the floors while customers are still eating; on top of that, it smelled like dirty bleach water.
Also, the waitress left her dirty dishes cart right next to our table.
Definitely not the best experience.

The only reason there was a star was because i need to write about how horrible this place is. I work in the food industry. I have ran businesses. This place is just so unprofessional it sickens me. They are rude. I eat phở all the time and im here to say me or anyone i know will not bring business here. They should be shut down.

Still extremely disappointed. I ordered water and a Coke but didn’t get a straw. I ordered pork and shrimp spring rolls with fish sauce. I got shrimp spring rolls and peanut sauce. I ordered #46 (special egg noodle soup) with vegetables. It didn’t have any vegetables. When I ran out of water, the waitress (or any of the other staff for that matter) asked if I needed more. The waitress was walking around texting and talking on her cellphone. I will not be back and severely disappointed cause they are part of the Delta Sky Dining miles. *sigh*

Food was ok, service was horrible.
To the short waitress who didn’t bring us utensils when we asked for them after our food got to our table, you really need to find a new job! There is never a need need to look at people with such a rude and condescending face. I am Vietnamese and speak Vietnamese so don’t act like I don’t know what is going. I never really understand people who hate the service industry and don’t know how to provide customer service. If you can’t tell I really loathe this place and would rather go elsewhere… anywhere else…
Again, the food is mediocre and the spring rolls were probably the worst I have had anywhere.
Find a different place to go to, do not waste your money here.

Couldnt even make it past the lobby… it looked that gross. The outside looked super dirty and unkept. Also they keep their dumpster off to the side of the front door … why?! I love the smell of trash as your walking into a restaurant. Got to the lobby and everything looked SUPER DIRTY. Didnt even want to stay, it looked that gross inside.
Cant review the food since I was even scared to stay. Yuck!
