Food was horrible. Server became frustrated because we could not understand him when we had questions about the menu. We wanted Phở but we decided to choose something basic since the server had a time trying to explain what was in the phở. So we choose egg roll and pad thai which immediately came out the kitchen. Egg rolls look like Logs and tasted like they were stuffed with rice… Pad Thai was gummy, wet and nasty!!! Took a taste and left the plate in the table. Everyone else seemed to like their food, I’m thinking we just ordered the wrong food. Never going back!

1 star for services, if there’s a ZERO option, I would choose that. Horrible, no smile, no hi and no thank you. «how any ppls? Sit here!» 10 sec later, «you ready!» The food turns out ok but our cups was dirty and have to ask for refil if not you’ll be thirsty. The worst customers service experience ever.

I live for the Phở broth here. My husband is a Chef and was sampling Phở all over SoCal from many, many places all over Little Saigon to Diamond Bar. My favorite broth is here. It’s so damned aromatic, none can compare. I’m surprised by the negative reviews of the service. I’ve always found it to be fine. They don’t hover, but they are there when you want something.

I hate coming here these days. Rude customer service, food comes fast, however, any additional requests(i.e. napkins, extra plate/bowl) you get a mean attitude from 2 – 3 of the servers, especially the skinny guy with a mustache and hair comb-over…no smile or gratitude whatsoever. It’s a shame because this was the place 4 years ago, now the arrogance of the owner and his staff have realized they don’t have to offer service with a smile, nor show any appreciation for their customers. If you don’t speak Vietnamese, sorry, you’ll be getting the rude service. By the way, there’s a ton of junk in the restaurant! The dam plants and other decorations get in the way navigating through he restaurant, making the place look like an Asian flea market.

Since their renovation and included the HotPot portion, their prices has gone up and their quality has gone down. My friends and I had their Hotpot and their portions were super small for the price. Customer service: it has always been the same… very lacking in that area. I placed a few orders last month and that’ll probably the last time I get food there. There was only one item of my 7 orders that tasted good. My family and I were so disappointed. I hate wasting food but ended up throwing most of them out.

It was on of the best Vietnamese meals I had in a long time. Their service is good. I tried most of the things on the menu and it’s like the homemade stuff. I ordered a smoothie and it was just right, and it didn’t take long to make either.

Tis the season… for phở. ‘Course, die-hards & connoisseurs will tell you phở season lasts all year long. There’s just something about our chilly winter weather here in Stockton that makes climate-spoiled Californians like myself crave this heartwarming soup exponentially this time of year. The small #10 fits my appetite & budget 9 times out of 10 here; actually, that’s all I’ve ever had at phở lucky, though I’ve bowed to try their bahn mi one of these days. Go in & taste for yourself why this is quite arguably Stockton’s best phở!

The service is okay but you will get your food fast ! The phở is amazing and the price is right. I always order the meatball phở and a mango shake.

Man fuck this place. I placed an order to go and they told me 10 mins. I came in and waited another 30 mins to wait for it. Peace phở lucky, I’ll get my fix somewhere else.

Bad service the small bowl isn’t that big paying for 6.25.but if you’re looking for something really small come here. the phở combination bowl isn’t that great. I would rather go to other phở place than here. they took all our chopsticks and condiments from our table to satisfy another table that wasn’t even using any of the condiments.

I’ve been coming here since my high school days and they never seem to disappoint me. I remember this place used to be small, and I’m glad they expanded. The food here is really good. Whatever your craving Im sure they can satisfy it. I definitely recommend the combination phở, and here’s a tip if your really hungry, they have an XL size which is huge portions. The vermicelli salad is Also delicious, my sister always orders it every time we go. My favorite dish to order is the APCHAO, it’s a crispy noodle dish mixed with seafood and meat sulking in a great gravy! The egg rolls are also delicious. If your still hungry or craving something sweet you can never go wrong with the shakes. Our favorites are the Taro, coconut, and Avocado, however they have more to choose from. The service is nice, and the workers are very nice, I will definitely be eating here again.

We order beef curry to-go. What we got was slices beef in this thick«desserty» soup. This taste like as if they ran out of coconut so they use dessert coconut milk which is semi sweet. This is not how we thought Vietnamese curry should taste like. It just taste like a dessert with a tint of curry flavor! We’re sorry to say, we’re not going to order any more curry from here again. PS. It would have been better if they were to told us they ran out of coconut so they can’t make it. We would of understand. But instead, used dessert coconut that’s already mix with sugar and maybe pandan flavor to it, to make curry??? There was no other flavor to this curry beside the dessert flavor and a tiny tint of curry paste. It was disappointing.

1 star for the egg noodles 5 stars for the service Came back today, I insisted hubby to try out their combination egg noodles. Boy… it was a tremendous mistake I ever made. Took 15mins for the foods to come out and it tasted horrible. I did say I’ll try out other dishes. This is not one of them.

I really enjoyed the phở. I had chicken phở and the broth was delicious. It was so light and yet so filling. I also ordered the shrimp spring rolls. I wasn’t as happy with those. They had a funky piece of turkey(?) in them that just didn’t help it. On the other hand, the egg rolls were pretty good. Service is ok. They didn’t really check on us or anything(and I kind of like that anyway). If you order a soda they bring you a cup of ice and a can. You pay up front when you’re done. Not sure if I will be back. I enjoyed the phở but the shopping center where the restaurant is located is a little sketchy.

From a small shack like hut this place had definitely grown to be the Phở spot in Stockton. I only go for the Phở and I love how they have a vegetarian Phở that has nice vegetables and generous helpings of tofu. The bun mi sandwiches are also really good. BBQ pork is probably my favorite and I’ll come by to pick one up for my lunch. This place is always busy and is packed with local Asian people. And you know that’s a good thing when you walk into an Asian restaurant. The people who work there are better than most in terms customer service and speed. The food comes out piping hot and they make sure that you’re glass of water is full. I should have come here and been a loyal customer here than the other places I’ve been to in Stockton. Thanks Lucky for giving me a place to enjoy a nice hot bowl of Phở in a friendly environment.

I’ve been to Phó Lucky numerous times, and everyone it has been good. Today we arrived around 1045, just before the crowd got there. We were helped promptly and ordered food right away. just after we ordered our food, I looked and and noticed every table was full. 3 other people weren’t so lucky and they ended up walking out because it took them a while to place their order. I brought my mom for the first time and she chose Phó Ga(chicken noodle soup) and for some reason wanted the chicken chow fun, I got the Phó Tai(rare steak) and Banh Xeo to share. Both Phó bowls were awesome and the Banh Xeo was well AMAZINGLY crispy and tasty! Yum!!! I wish I had more. The chow fun never came out and when we went to pay they told us it was on its was out so for us to wait. A little irritated about it, since we had already finished eating, but we took it to go and will try it later. Overall another great experience and good food!

I’m not much of a phở fan, however all of my friends and family claim that this is the best place(in Stockton) for phở! Whenever I do come here with family, I always order their rice platters or their pad thai, which is pretty good! They’re pad thai is definitely not your traditional pad thai though, as it is a little watery. Whenever I do come here with friends, everyone and I mean EVERYONE orders their shakes. They’re fresh and super good! I recommend their Avocado shake. Shakes are customizable if you want to add boba, whipped cream, etc. Service is good, staff is very open to answering questions. My one concern with this place is that oftentimes they have their utensils bunched up in the center of the table, and the utensils don’t look very sanitary.
