BEST BAHN MI IN STOCKTON… She bakes her own bread and marinates the meat (chicken and pork) with 9 or more spices and then stuffs with various fresh veggies. When the mother makes your sandwich she puts a lot love into and it comes out to be this larger than most bahn mi in Stockton. I dont eat bahn mi anywhere else she is the standard for Stockton. I highly recommend the chicken. Best kept secret in town shhhh. Cash only

OMG! PANDAN WAFFLES! They are the best thing in Stockton and what’s even better is that it’s a $ 1! I consider this bakery as a hidden gem of Stockton. You have to also get their Vietnamese sandwiches. The way they prepare it is authentic and the bread is made daily on the spot = FRESHNESS! My friend got a BBQ Pork sandwich and it delicious! They even make birthday cakes too so I look forward to trying that and all their other pastries.
