This is by far the best bakery hands down. I really loved Tiffany cakes and she is such a sweetheart. I will be back to pick up another cake from you Tiffany. I will tell everyone I know about your bakery. Love it the best ever.

They did a phenomenal job on a cake I ordered. I am so happy with the result and it tastes really good. I highly recommend Fizz Bakery. The bakery staff are all very friendly and provide excellent customer service.

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Just like 2 years ago, Tiffany did not disappoint. She sees your vision, and conceptualizes it to a tee. We were looking for an enchanted forest/​garden themed cake. She provided several pics as options. We were drawn to one, and she really got down with it, including the rustic details in the icing. (See pics below)
Too beautiful to eat… but we had to. We ordered yellow cake with banana filling and cookies and cream. The cakes were perfect, moist not crumbly, and not overly sweet filling. We also ordered her alcoholic cupcakes, piña colada and mudslide. Great concept for adults. Perfect flavor compliments. You can’t get cupcake wasted on these, but you can get a sugar high on how tasty they are.
In short, I’m glad I found Fizz Bakery. It’s always a pleasure working with Tiffany. I can’t wait for the next party!

I live in Tucson, Arizona and I called and ordered a box full of pastries for my dad for father’s day. They were so helpful and accommodating over the phone! They were willing to deliver even though it was just a $ 25 order. Thank you for making this easy!

Even though at the beginning of June they have lots of weddings to do they still manage to fit me in! This happens to me for the last 2 years and I’m so happy they always manage to fit me in! Great customer service and I love it !!

Ordered a minecraft cake on Saturday for a Wednesday event, I love how everyone in the bakery is so attentive to customers entering the bakery, even though everyone was busy decorating a cake etc I heard a hello from all. First time at Fizz I didn’t know what to expect. Today we had our event and OMG the design is amazing, perfect for our minecraft themed party, the cake itself is super moist and very delicious, it’s heavenly! Definitely the sprinkles to our event! I cannot wait to cut up another slice for my late night cravings thank you Fizz for an amazing cake, you gained a loyal customer, i will return every time I need a cake!

This is THE BEST bakery in Stockton. The staff is very friendly and the pastry is amazing. Do yourself and favor and stop by… you will be glad you did.

My fave bakery, I am so glad I made a switch from terrible college bakery to this place. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. Every time I go there, they’re just so pleasant and friendly to talk to. I like the location, it is not in the busy area. I love everything about this place from location to customer service. Now about the food, it is DELICIOUS, not overly sweetened. Their cakes are amazing, especially the eggless cake. I stop there frequently to get my favorite banana cupcakes.
The only con is if you go there towards the end of the day, you won’t be able to find much options because they make their food daily and run out pretty quickly. Calling them & making over the phone orders are pretty convenient.

I’ve had a birthday cake, baby shower cup cakes, cookies, brownies and pastries from here. All so good! I love their chocolate chip with walnuts cookies. Plus they have snickerdoodle cookies which you won’t find at a lot of places. Can’t go wrong… It’s Fizzilious!

Very nice cake with fresh fruit and edible signage. Cake was delicious. I would come back for sure.

My first experience with Fizz bakery was last year. I was throwing my parents a big anniversary party and I heard the cakes were good here so went in to get a estimate for a cake. Tiffany set up a tasting and the cake was good I ordered a cake. The day of the party the cake was supposed to be deliver an hour before the party started. After they were late about 15 minutes she called and said they would be late. I said it was ok as long as the cake was there before the party actually started. Tiffany reassured me of course it would be there before the party started. They weren’t there by then I called and no one answered. They showed up 45 mins into the party, they had to interrupt the party at Brookside Country Club to set the cake up and pulled me away from my guest so I could pay. Well that happened in October. I decided I would give them another chance on Monday. I wanted to order a cake however I am unable to go in person. I called the number on Unilocal which is disconnected. I found another number on her website I called and got Tiffany’s voicemail I left a message saying I wanted to order a cake. That was 2 days ago no one ever called me back? Idk doesn’t seem like very good business to me!

My daughter hired Fizz Bakery to do the desserts at her wedding reception last year. She and her husband loved the personal attention and service they received and we all loved the desserts.
This year I was planning an event for 300 and hired Fizz Bakery to do mini dessert bites. It was so wonderful!!! I knew the baked goods would be wonderful. I was happy to share them with people from within and outside the county. Everyone wanted to know who did the desserts and we were happy to share the information and even gave people driving directions. Thank you so much for making our event a sweet success!

I found them a little pricey but the pastries were fantastic. I would definitely recommend stopping in yourself if you have a chance.

This place is a diamond in the rough! The staff is warm and friendly and their cakes are AWESOME! I ordered a Barbie cake for my daughter’s 4^th birthday. showed the staff a picture of what i wanted but to my surprise it turned out better then the pic. The cake was so beautiful we didn’t wanna cut it LOL I will definately recommend this bakery to any and everyone i know.

We love Fizz Bakery. We get all of our birthday cakes & special occasion cakes here and they are always PERFECT and delicious. We also love their turnovers & apple pastry puffs :-) Tiffany is such a doll, and everyone who works here is always kind. Great place.

Have had two cakes made by Tiffany and both times she did an awesome job. She is always polite and does amazing cake designs. Showed her a pic of what I wanted and she did it even better then the pic I sent her.

Wow what a great place. I have been going to this bakery since they opened over a year ago and Tiffany always does such a great job. Custom cakes are great and cupcakes are a must. She outdid herself for me this last Christmas eve. I called her and wanted her to make a chocolate candy cane pie. Wow it was incredible. My family enjoyed it so much. Will always do business with this place. Keep up the good work Tiffany.

Very happy with my niece 1^st lady bug birthday! It look and tasted great. she did an amazing job again. Ordering from Tiffany again in November for my other niece 2^nd bday. thanks Tiffany for being a wonderful baker and artist. :)

Bakery: By far one of my favorite baker & bakeries forEVER. Bear claws are to die for as well as her cookies. And to be 100% real… I hate cake, I hate frosting and I especially hate filling! I’m more of a pastry & cookie type of gal. So for me to actually enjoy someone’s cake, aside from ice cream cake, it’s a big deal (and really surprising to my husband). Cakes here always have flavor, moist and fluffy. Normally I will always wipe off all the filling & frosting, but not with Fizz’s work, I love it! Also when I go in, I actually ask for filling to go (guava filling and lime filling) SOOOOOO GOOOOOOOOD! It’s like eating candy! So this bakery wins my families heart because I don’t waste anything! (Which makes my husband happy lol)
Cakes: Tiff & her team are just phenomenal when it comes to decorating cake. I hate fondant… but man, do they really know how to work their magic! I’ve order a multiple times from there and Tiff & her team always deliver what is expected.
Wedding: WOW! This is what hooked us. During our cake search, we had something in mind already… donut cake with a Ube topper cake and giant cupcakes surrounded by cupcakes for the centerpieces. Tiff was excited for our wedding & not just because we were her biggest order ever, but because we had FUN flavors. We tried other bakeries, and our deciding factor was Ube (purple yam). She NAILED it! And we were surprised, she actually used really yam. They also delivered and set up everything… all 350+ cupcakes, 37 giant cupcakes and 250 mini donuts. We had a diabetic heaven at our wedding
Pricing: Fizz isn’t cheap, but isn’t expensive either. Well worth every penny.
Overall: I will always be a returning customer and purchase my cakes from here on out from Fizz. I’m a huge supporter of small businesses and this is one place that has me hooked.

I’ve been following this business on Unilocal for over a year… hoping…waiting…for them
to move into their store. Finally!
It was worth the wait. Thanks to Chris’s review I realized they were open for business.
There is not much that I can add that other reviewers have not covered.
They normally close at 5 pm 6 days a week (Tiffany said sometimes they close earlier
on Saturdays because of weddings) but they were open past five this evening.
A small store in the corner of the small strip mall directly across from Dairy Queen
on Thornton Rd. When I entered the business, Tiffany was quite busy talking on the
phone (taking an order) and decorating a cake… multitasking!

I’m not in the market for a wedding cake but I wanted to check out their pastries.
Not a lot left at the end of the day as can be expected.
What caught my eye was the big brownie, a large peanut-​butter cookie and a coconut
cookie dipped in chocolate and almond slices. So that is what I purchased.
They also had this hugeeee cherry turnover. Enough to serve 4 normal people.
And an assortment of cupcakes, croissants, snicker doodle cookies and a couple of
empty plates were lemon bars used to reside.
Ok, I usually do not eat ‘one’ of anything… much less cookies, but these cookies are
so huge and rich that was the best I could do tonight. So with the three items that I
purchased I should have dessert for three evenings!
This store looks like it is going to be a winner…
