Starbucks

The worst Starbucks I have eperienced. I have ordered the same coffee for the past 3 years at every Starbucks I have been to (Venti Blonde Roast with 6 pumps white mocha, Stirred and whip on top). This particular Starbucks I have given chance after chance in hopes they can finally get it right, I was wrong. I’m not too worried if it’s not stirred as I asked… I’ll do it myself. However, when it’s missing what I asked for that’s not ok. I go drive-​thru 85% of the time because I’m a commuter. It also doesn’t bother me to go in and have my order fixed if I have time. I DO have a problem when I receive attitude and sarcastic remarks when asking them kindly just to add the pumps of white mocha I am missing to avoid the extra work to remake it. There’s been times they have used a different roast as well, batistas of all should know not to mess with anyone whom hasn’t had their coffee. There have been a couple respectful employees but that’s been rare for me. I will not be coming back to this location again unless I am completely desperate.

I love going to the drive-​thru whenever I’m in town. If you need to make a stop at a Chase bank then why not make a quick stop at STARBUCKS. I was hesitant to try the Molten Chocolate Frappucino but the drink turned out to be ok. I thought the drink would be really sweet but not at all. The drink reminds me of a lot like mocha cookie crumble. Anyway, the barista was nice enough to tell me that they could always make me another drink if I didn’t like it.

I was shocked to see how many bad reviews this Starbucks got, because this one is my favorite one besides the one in Trinity Park. I like this Starbucks because of its location, it’s close to my school and close to my work as well. I come here sometimes to study and even though it’s always busy it doesn’t really bother me at all, of course it’s super busy because it’s a really good location. I usually come almost every weekend before work and everyone is really nice, when it’s busy I don’t feel rushed either. I really enjoy Starbucks fraps! My favorites are White Chocolate Mocha, Peppermint mocha, and Carmel. Overall I think this Starbucks deserves some positivity. I can tell they work hard, and plus they make amazing drinks! :)

The worst Starbucks I’ve been to. If the workers would concentrate on making drinks rather than talking to each other they would be alot more productive.

This location is waaaay better than the Ben holt location!

This is probably my favorite Starbucks location in Stockton.
This Starbucks is conveniently located by a lot of other food and a nicer area overall. I wish parking was a little easier but it’s not too bad. The drive through looks pretty busy most of the time and I find it faster to just go inside.
As a college student looking for a place to study, I appreciate the vast amount of power outlets available under the chairs and on the walls. It definitely isn’t the biggest location in the area, but it still has enough room to find a table or chair inside and outside to relax or study at. I also appreciate that the music isn’t blaring loud and that it isn’t incredibly busy, like the location by the mall.
The baristas are friendly and always get my order right. I usually stay pretty late at night and sometimes lose track of time and don’t realize that they’re almost closing, but they’re never rude or try to push us out. (Sorry! I’ll get better at watching my time!)
4 stars for the welcoming baristas and staff and study friendly environment.

After Starbucks on Fremont st. Made my drink so wrong. (TWICE!) I went to this one. Ordered my drink and told the guy «had to get a refund it was so bad». Come to find out I was talking to the right guy! My lucky night. He apologized for the mix up and explained that he stands by his Starbucks stores and gave me my drink exactly how I wanted it FOR FREE… Wish I would have gotten his name. Was too excited about free Starbucks. Haha.

You guys! Come on! I really want to like you, but you’re making it really hard. You’re my closest store and it’s so easy, but I might need to switch it up. Every morning I come around 10am to get my coffee and spinach wrap and 8 times out of ten, you’re out. So I ask for the turkey bacon and you’re out. Please stop giving me the same lame excuses. I used to be a starbucks manager for a long time. Please up your pars and realize you are having a major missed sales opportunity by running out of all of your breakfast items by 10:00. It’s ridiculous.
The one extra star is for Jen (?) the gal in the drive thru. She is amazing!

It took forever to get the two drinks we ordered with only one person ahead of us. The donut I got was soggy. I ordered my cappuccino «dry» and got a large cup full of milk. Maybe it’s «opposite day» at this Starbucks today. My boyfriend enjoyed his matcha water but they charged over a dollar more than the other stores so that was a bit unexpected and inconsistent.
I did give two stars because the bathroom and store was clean and was convenient to the freeway.
