Subway

Ive used Unilocal since it started, I’ve been all over the world, and I never felt the need to leave a review until now. And after all, its just a subway right? Been to this location a few times, each time it has gotten more and more awkward. Because of the last two times, I will not be returning to this subway. The sandwich itself was fine, as with any subway. It is the way the guys there make me feel each time. The second to last time, the young black guy there continued to chat with his coworker the entire time, missing my requests, not hearing me. When I requested the subway vinagrette, he mentions to his coworker how gross it is to him and how he hates it, while he is putting it on my sandwich. Ok, thanks! A few weeks later I return, same two guys. This time, the young white guy is making the sandwich while the black guy is talking to him about something unrelated to work. Again, I am telling dude what I want, and it is as if he isn’t listening or paying attention to me. I have to repeat myself, louder, for most of the requests. At the end, I tell him, before he asks, «yeah, thanks, dont need any drink or chips, thats all». Immediately after I said that, he looks at me and asks «will that be all?» wtf!!! I had to laugh, and when I did, the black guy looks at me and says «you act like that was a joke or something». Needless to say, its just a subway sandwich, but they just make me feel awkward and unwelcome whenever I have gone here. Maybe if they paid closer attention and listened to the customer instead of distracting each other, this would not be an issue. Also, you should never make negative comments about a customer’s food while you are preparing the food in front of the customer.

I can’t even rate them because when I walked up to the door at 9:42pm the door was locked even tho the «Open» sign was still lit up. I stood there and made eye contact with both of the employees –2 tall white boys as they both laughed. LAUGHED! I pointed at the sign and gave the «wtf» signal with my hands and they just laughed and flipped off the open sign. I’m not sure if I’m more upset that they closed early or at how rude the employees were. I know this is Stockton But Geez… extremely upset and I hope the manager reads this!

This is the best Subway I have ever been to. All vegetables were VERY fresh and the employee Samantha was so nice and incredibly patient while my kids ordered. The best employee that Subway has had of yet.

The place was clean and the ingredients tasted fresh. I consider it as «standard» Subway fare which is always delicious. The employees were young but friendly.

There’s two guys who work here at night, wow they are awesome! Their sandwiches look so nice, I always take a lil time to sit & admire the beauty of it. We frequent this location not only cause how close it is to our apt, but we’ve never had a complaint here at all. This is one of the better Subway’s ;)
