Customer service is terrible. If you made the mistake on the order, you eat that cost not the customer.

Forget coming here late at night especially before 1AM! They not only forget most of your order, they give you the wrong food. I’m not saying this based on a one time experience. I live in Weston Ranch & would much rather make the drive to Lathrop. I’ve gotten much better service there.

Ok this Taco Bell is always horrible. The food is always awful and I do mean Always. I’m assuming because of the ghetto area it’s in. Because in ghetto area’s you have ghetto people employed. Hence the crappy food.
The Taco Bell on Wilson Way this morning, the speaker was broke, so they had people pulling up to the bullet proof glass window to take orders, the heavy set lady working the window seemed like I was asking too much of her when I asked if she could put my drinks in a drink carrier. When we got the food home, my kids both got sick and threw the food up.
Taco Bell as a whole as far as the chain goes, I like their food/​product. But steer clear of the Wilson way and Charter way stops. GHETTO!

Terrible service. The cashier could not remember anything unless we told her our order one thing at a time. They do not clean their tables either. Every single one was disgusting. I saw a girl wipe them down but she didn’t pick up the trays that were sitting on the tables and she didn’t wipe down the seats. Some of the seats were worse than the tables. Overall terrible service and a disgusting interior.

Taco Bell Mimes! They have a huge plastic security Window/​box. The employee just pointed at my food, change etc. Plus it was $ 6.25 for a #1 combo. Bad service, expensive prices, broken taco=1 star. I eat T-​Bell once a week (I Know) this is a 1 Star!

Second time in a row my drive thru order was wrong. Check your order for accuracy before leaving. Don’t bother leaving comments on their website. They never reply… they do not care

Open 24 hous like the good old days when all taco bells were 24 hours. Right off the i5… Good fast food and clean. A limo, RV or boat trailer fits easy through the drive through

let me preface this Unilocal by saying… one of my Unilocal peeves is people who Unilocal fast food. like really? i don’t need to know if the taco bell on hammer is better than the one on charter… or if they forgot your fries at the McD’s one time when you drove thru last night… if I’m going there i know what to expect. the food will be identical to any other location… but they may forget a thing or two. duh. it happens.

I’m still on a Tbell high from lunch so i figured I’d tell you about it. (plus josh’s Tbell Unilocal is from way back in the day…)
Charter way Tbell. scary, but a quick freeway ride from the office.
Pro– amaaaazing cinnamon-​ed and sugar-​ed cinnamon twists. like
more so than other locations. very generous seasoning.
Con– skimpy on the cheese in the tacos.
diet coke had no syrup. crap! bubbly water. ew. (found out too late
to go back and trade it, oh well… mmm cinnamon twists…)

Don’t get me wrong, I love taco bell, but this one SUCKS! they always mess up my order, ALWAYS! but it is still the same taco bell food so i guess it’s really not so bad. Just make sure you check your bags when you drive thru.
