Very dissatisfied with drive-​through service. My order took forever, and when I did come it was wrong.

How can they forget the go gurt for the happy meal when they ask you to choose from the go gurt or apple sauce. My nephew was so sad seeing that he didn’t have a go gurt in his happy meal. Come on employees is called a happy meal for a reason. Very simple task how can you forgot that! Poor service!

I ate in the restaurant. My order came out quick, and exactly as I expected. Workers were diligent, and friendly enough. There’s a lot of homeless people that loiter in the lobby, so you have to tell the cashier if you need to use the bathroom, and they buzz you in. I could see where that could be a problem, but the bathroom was immaculate.

First order through drive through and they shorted me on the French fries. And then I get back to the kids and they forgot to put a large fry with the order. And after driving back, they did was just give us another fry. Wow!

Waiting in drive through was okay but after that, getting my breakfast meal was quick. I think this is the first time I’ve ordered at mcDonald on charter way. Ask the people I dealt with were very courteous.

The employees are always rude and the place always smell like crap. They let homeless people in and its not a pretty sight while eating there

Went in for dinner but used the bathroom first since we drove up from Los Angeles CA and immediately told the bathroom was for paying customers only. So we left since they were rude! No stars and never again at this location.

Today I just ordered a Sweet Tea and the girl who took my order slammed my change into my hand and rolled her eyes at me. Today wasn’t the only time I ended up having her take my order too and it makes me wonder how did she get hired. Just stating my opinion. Need to be happy about where you work whether you like it or not.

Great service and very friendly. Great music and nice décor.
The food was great, just need permission to get in the bathroom. Too many bums, druggies, and homeless may it unsafe.

Worst service at a mcdonalds ever, took them 4 tries to get my order right. And theyre always messing up orders. Ontop that they tell you things arent available or ran out if theyre too lazy to make it, i just wanted a filet o fish!

Not the best but conveniently near the freeway. Be careful there are always people loitering and someone always waiting and panhandling at the drive-​thru.

This McDonald’s is right off the Charter Way exit. Right next to Burger King and across from the Shell Gas Station.
I’ve been here here before and well the drive thru lines are always long even with 2 lanes. My mom doesn’t like going to this location because well it use to look ghetto even though they remodeled and such. She also thinks it’s not safe and such so everytime we want McDonald’s we would stop at the one in tracy which is on the way home.
Meh.

Dear Hiring Manager; stop hiring girls you want to sleep with and find some that have at least an average IQ! What part of NO SUGAR in my Mc Coffee is so difficult to deliver; especially after asking me three times! Arghh! With so many people
Out of work, why not hire someone who isn’t looking for their first job and may have some common sense?

We used the drive thru 2 times in the past month. Both times my order was not correct. French Fries are always hot and fresh.

I don’t understand why this McDonalds is so substandard. Its a relatively busy area, lots of people coming off I 5, so really, why they get everything wrong is beyond me.
I’ve asked for a Sausage Mc Muffic without egg and every single time… there’s the egg.
I once waited a half hour for two hash browns.
Do not recommend.

I got 2 happy meals for my sons the lady ask me if I wanted a boy or girl toys and I said boy toys cuz its for my sons and I made a lil joke about how I didn’t want my sons playin with girl toys and she asked its I wanted bbq sause and I said yeah I got back to my house and my kids ways like mommy whys u get us girl toys and no bbq sauce lol I’m never goin back there

you always get screwed through this drive through… no matter how many times you give the order… they always mess it up… come on Southside… get with the program… I know this McD’s has a high manager turnover… hhhhhuuuuuummmmm I wonder why… no one wants to take ownership for their mistakes… let alone correct your order

I’m not going to hate on this establishment too much even though it contributes to high levels of obesity and promotes a plethora of unhealthy eating habits in my low-​income community; all of whom already experience alarmingly low rates of healthy, organic foods and are continuously lured by $ 1 menus. Though because we are facing difficult economic times, purchasing from such a menu has been greatly understandable (and I can’t hate on that). But it is unfortunate that accessing healthy foods has been monetarily difficult and almost non-​existent, especially in this part of town. For more on such matters, look up «Food Justice.»
Anyway, because I was either a) drunk, or b) tired from studying, I ate here. Although they newly renovated, which makes this building one of the nicer establishments on this side of town (the truth!), and somehow makes everything inside seem «better,» they still can’t get my order right.
So don’t come here. Because not only do they mess up on your order (though their fries have been the best I’ve tried at any McD’s…just sayin), but they clog your arteries and promote food inequity in your city!!!
