Great place with lots of yummy food. Great service. There French toast was awesome. Omelette are scrumptious and bug portions which are always good.

This is one of the best breakfast places in Stockton. Great service, large portions fair price. This place is always busy on the weekend. But don’t be deceived by the large crowd. They usually move the people in and out pretty fast, in a good way not rushed.

My favorite place for breakfast. Soooo good! Staff is very friendly and the food is cheap. There is a huge variety of omlettes. They have other things on the menu as well. Favorite place for breakfast hands down.

I had to move my trailer and the owner of omelet house let us put it in the parking lot until we got a spot. We were staying there with our dogs. On Jan 2,2016 we went to run an errand we were gone bout hour and a half when we returned our trailer was gone. Everything we own plus our dogs. It was stolen between 1.30 and 2.00pm if anyone seen anything please let us know. We want our babies back. The trailer was found a couple days later on Foppiano and 99frontage. Please email me at; or call 209−244−1399

They have an omlett that says it has shrimp and avocado. Don’t get it. It was very light on shrimp and only had two thin slices of avocado on top(more like a garnish). I think it was called the Louisiana. Breakfast for two will run you around $ 30.

We eat here quite often… I think I became disgusted when I ate here recently on a Thursday 01/28/2016 at approximately 0900 when the host herself had family members here. Well at least that is what the customer claimed that the lady walking around was her sister… Anyhow, the table-booth next to us had a big party of people. I can’t recall how many, but there was between 5 adults and 2 kids. The customer-lady goes on to order«5 window specials»(the waitress had no clue what it was), the lady then says, «how do you not know what the window special is.» calls over here«sister — the host» who then explained that it was listed under the senior discount steak meal… 5 window specials??? There was only one, maybe two senior citizens sitting there. The rest was all under the age of 30. Taking advantage of a local business and the host encouraging it… I hope she honors this«5 window specials» to all Veterans and all seniors who bring their families into this establishment requesting for the same special. Our food was good as usual. I’m only putting this to 3 stars from 5(my original review) for now until I see some kind of improvement with how customers are treated here.

I would rate 5 stars based on food. The only negative with the food they have the WORSTRANCH ever. My kids eat any ranch, but wont touch the stuff here. With the food being more fresh and ripe than most places, I would expect them to do better on their dressings, more homemade? I think this restaurant has tons of positional. Oh and btw, they have awesome pancakes. Ask for more powder sugar and they taste close to black bear diner buttermilk cakes. I also have a hard time finding FRESH tea, but they always keep it fresh. This is my favorite breakfast place. Just wish they knew how to be more customer friendly. I work in this field so I know they could be better at greating and seating, and serving and so forth. Name tag would be nice, but if not. maybe mentioning your names when you greet yourself at your table. Smile more often. Say welcome when people come in and that someone will be right with you.

Super large portion for a decent price. Great place for lunch or breakfast! Everything on the menu sounds delicious but this is my first time and we had the ham mushroom omelet and the cheddar and bacon omelet. Good service and super fast with the food. Will definitely come back!

I go to this establishment pretty regularly and what’s not to love about good food and friendly service. My order has been mixed up a few times but nothing that the manager couldn’t fix with a smile. Great local breakfast eatery.

Yep, really good breakfast! Portions are basically overwhelming and you will eat way too much food… cause it’s all very good. Eggs over potatoes with bacon on top is what we had — and biscuits and gravy on top! a lot of friends met us there and they had room for all of us in the back! Waitress was great and had an awesome smile!

Can’t imagine anyone giving this restaurant less than 5 stars, unless it’s that they give you too much food. Seriously, the breakfast is large enough to share for all but the biggest eaters, with the omelettes probably 4 eggs, or at least 3XL eggs. I missed it on menu but they also have 2 egg omelettes. This isn’t a tasteless, quantity over quality place. The omelette was delicious with Portuguese sausage tomatoes, peppers and lots of cheese. Yum! The half-a-plate portion of home style potatoes were perfect, red skinned potatoes with onion. My wife had the hash browns which seemed to be perfectly browned. I normally go for the hash browns but these home style potatoes are something special. All in all this is the perfect breakfast place

tldr; Get the eggs with pancakes and hashbrowns for under $ 8. It’s enough for two people and you’ll still be getting a takeout box. Amazing value and insane proportions! We did a pitstop in Stockton on our way to Tahoe for a snowboard trip and found this gem! Spinach mushroom omelette + hashbrowns + TWO pancakes: I got the spinach and mushroom omelette and asked them to hold the cheese(all omelettes come with cheddar cheese). The omelettes are made with 4 eggs and are easily enough for a meal and a half. The omelette only takes up half the plate and the other half is filled with crunchy hashbrowns. Before you order you also get to choose between pancakes OR toast OR ½ french toast OR ½ waffle. I chose pancakes because I love the fluffiness of pancakes. What came to me was a stack of two pancakes the size of your face topped with butter and with a generous dose of syrup on the side. The eggs were done well(a bit overdone I think) and there was a good balance of filling. The pancakes were very fluffy and the hashbrowns were crisscrossed(not the frozen variety) and deliciously crunchy outside with a soft interior. Service was very fast too but that’s probably because we were one of their first customers at 5:30am. This place will definitely be a staple for our future road trips up to Tahoe!

There’s a reason why this place is always jammed pack! It’s a trucker stop so don’t expect great interior. Very laid back and simple place for a good meal. Grew up in the area and how can I never Unilocal a restaurant in Stockton?! It’s bc my parents are phenomenal chefs :) I Unilocaled for a breakfast place a few months ago and decided to check this place out. It’s now my family favorite breakfast/brunch place! Hands down we’ll come here before iHop or Denny’s. ;p Great for big groups and people who love big portions! Order the chicken steak and gravy and that meal can feed two people. Pictures to come when we’re there next! Staff are very friendly and great services. It’s a big gem in StockTown. Lol.

I came here for brunch on a weekday and it wasn’t too busy. I ordered the Eggs Benedict with Country Potatoes(~$ 10). Portion size matched my expectations for the price. The taste did not match its look. The hollandaise sauce seemed lacking when combined with the overly salty ham. The eggs were cooked«just right», but it did not save the Eggs Benedict as a whole. Initially, my potatoes were served cold, but after mentioning it to the waitress, she gladly resolved my issue. When I tried the warmed potatoes, they were okay, nothing special. I thought the food would have tasted better, but was disappointed. If I were to return, I would return for the service and probably try one of the omelet items.

3 star experience… Not sure we would come back. Large selection of menu items Large portions Service was okay Seating and environment ok — not the cleanest place Took forever to get food and it was kind of cold when it arrived. Really not sure what all the rave reviews are about this isn’t a 5 star establishment — jus saying … Sorry Unilocalers you guys did not nail this one.

I met up with a friend here around 7:50. The place was pretty busy but still had plenty empty tables and booths to sit in. The place is clean(bathroom, too) and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed. We got our water and coffee served within a couple minutes of sitting. I ordered the Giant Breakfast with pancakes and he got Double Chicken Fried Steak with eggs and pancakes. The food was served within 10 minutes. Everything was cooked well, but the pancakes were a bit dry for my taste(Black Bear Diner sets the mark). I liked the sausage, it seems made in house. Next time I’ll ask for crispy hash browns. The waitress kept my coffee warmed up the whole time. You get a load of food! Only ding is on the pancakes. I’d actually rate at 4.5 if I could.

I had the Ham Denver omelet and it was so well executed it was near perfection. It had ham, bell peppers, red onions, and I had them add mushrooms. The eggs were so fluffy, and the vegetables were still crunchy, it had the perfect balance of flavor and texture. It was served with a side of country potatoes that were well seasoned that they could stand on their own. The two pancakes that was served with the meal was cooked to perfection as well. I can tell that it was made from scratch because it had this ring of toasted batter on the outside while the inner circle was moist and fluffy. I dont know what they put in that batter but it had a nutty, almost hazelnut after taste. Coupled with the syrup and light butter on top, I was moments away from offering up my first born for the receipe. I ordered four strips of bacon as well and they too were executed properly. The only con I have about this place is that they are too far from Sacramento. Please, I emplore you to open up shop up here, and show the good people of Sac how a proper breakfast meal should be served. The portions are humongous, the coffee flowed freely, and the service was excellent. The only thing better was the prices. All this was under $ 22. I would definitely make a trip out there again.

My new favorite breakfast spot! I visited Omelet house last year and it wasn’t memorable. A week ago we tried it again and it was awesome, we have already been back again since. The service was great, they were prompt with drinks, extra napkins and the food came fairly fast. My daughter gets the chocolate strawberry banana waffle. It is covered with fresh fruit and a drizzle of chocolate syrup and covered in a light whipped cream. The second time we went they even added chocolate chips. She had me try a bite because she couldn’t believe the taste and I admit, it was one of the best waffles I had ever tasted. I ordered the California omelet. It has bacon, cheese and avocado. The eggs were light and the avocado was perfectly ripe. I replaced the hash browns and half French toast for fruit and cottage cheese on my second visit. I loved the sides so much that I brought my omelet home. The fruit included strawberries, cantaloupe, grapes and bananas. So much better than the generic Apple & orange mix you get at most places. We were very impressed and will be back soon. I wish they were open for dinner.

Begrudgingly give this place three stars… more like 2 ½. Not sure that I would return. I really expected more from this restaurant. Sad when you pay $ 13 for breakfast and it’s not cooked like you asked for. I asked my bacon well-done, it was not. Obviously they cook it ahead of time and it sets in a pan till somebody orders it. Barely warm and on the chewy side. After some discussion with my server I decided to order my eggs over medium hard. They were more like over easy. The sausage was a bit strange. They are quite large but the casing was quite tough. Even hard to cut through. Did not care for them. The half waffle was just okay. It was a light soggy batter. Far from the best that I’ve ever had. I believe I was supposed to get toast with my breakfast but never got it. A few good things, the coffee, our server(kudos!), the parking and the restaurant is nice with lots of windows. Sadly, Denny’s is less expensive and their cooks follow instructions.

I’ve been here 4 times now trying something different every time and not once have I left disappointed or without a to-go box for dinner later. I’ll review just for the double country fried steak breakfast since it was my favorite so far. So they have a regular size and a double but the price difference is only a few dollars so you order the double of course, right? There are 3 of us at a 4 person table and when we all get out plates, the table isn’t even big enough! Wow haha. I’ll start with the basics: 3 over easy eggs, country style potatoes, and French toast. Pretty standard but good nonetheless. Just pick up the eggs and place on top the potatoes and proceed to break the yolks. Add ketchup if you’re in the mood. The French toast was good. Not too sweet and I was glad the syrup was served warm. As for the country fried steak, huge! The best part was the gravy. One of the better restaurant country gravies I’ve had. The sausage flavor was on point! I did try to conquer the whole meal but failed by way of food coma. I will be back again to try something new since the menu goes on forever. Side note: tried a piece of our friend’s cinnamon roll French toast, amazing.
