The Paper Plum

I had the absolute worst experience I have EVER had with a business in my life.
To make a long story short… my friend ordered wedding invites there then the next day changed her mind. They would not give her money back so we decided to use the «credit» to get the bridal shower invites.
They never return calls, they are very slow at ordering, very expensive and when I needed them express printed after they took weeks to order, they could not do it because they were too busy. So I got the invites very late and when they were picked up they had printed the wrong name!!! And to top it off the store owner blamed me for it, took the credit my friend had, never apologized, were the rudest people I have ever dealt with and would not fix the problem. She states store policy is to approve a proof which was never done because the proof was not completed in the time frame they promised it by so I did not have the chance to approve it. In fact they never even made a proof.
And that is the short story…
My friend made invites at home that turned out just as cute in 2 hours that cost $ 25 instead of $ 170. And now the guest only get 2.5 weeks notice on the shower.
