Tidy Time Cleaning Company

This company was terrible. I purchased the living social deal for $ 65 for a three-​bedroom house. The stairs were not vacuumed, bathroom floors not cleaned, front entry way not touched at all, and it goes on. We pointed these things out and she didn’t do anything to fix it. We called and let her know and she did not offer to fix it or anything.
Also, like the poster above, the «special» is their normal rate. I see why.

I bought a cleaning voucher through the Living Social webpage. It took two weeks for me to reach the business owner. I tried their e-​mail on their web page and it didn’t work and my 3 voicemails weren’t returned. I finally reached the woman by calling again. She and her Dad came and spent maybe one hour in my 1700 sq ft home. I was completely unimpressed! Carpets did not appear to be vaccumed, kitchen sink still dirty, slider not cleaned, tv not dusted, pictures not dusted, soap scum still in the bath sinks, laundry room not touched, etc etc etc. I will never use this company again and would not recommend!

I recently saw a special for Living Social for this company. I bough t the $ 75 for 4 rooms promo. I was trying to call and email the company but the number they had posted in their website was incorrect and the email they posted was blocked (undeliverable) so I called Living Social for this company’s correct number. When I was finally able to talk to a person from this company, she told me that bathrooms are included in the promo. I asked if they could clean tiles and vinyl flooring. She said yes (I didn’t get her name because she sounded distant like she was using speaker phone). When the cleaners came in (it was a Father and daughter team), my mom had to check on them and their work because it wasn’t that great. They initially refused to clean the tiles (in the shower) because it wasn’t in the contract but my mom was persistent so they finally relented. The cleaning lady told my mom was they were only supposed to do light cleaning but the person I spoke with before I agreed to use their service said my purchase includes detailed cleaning. Days after the Living social «special» promo, the said promo is still on their website. I guess it wasn’t that special really. I will not recommend this company.
