Went in at dinner time tonight and no one was there! We we’re warned to watch are footing as the floors were wet! The service was good, but there was no bbq sauces available for self service! We had 2 small pulled pork sandwiches, 2 sides each which very small and 2 drinks for $ 26+ dollars!!! I was like no wonder no one is here! They want $ 11.95 for their deal of the day combo!!! lol Lower u’r prices or you will end up like Kinders bbq! OOB!

I ordered the Monday Special pulled pork sandwich meal. The food was pretty good, but I was really disappointed in the tiny square roll I received instead of a big round bun I saw in the picture I ordered from. That was a little deceiving… The pulled pork was really good with the sauce, but not very warm. The sides were okay, but the bacon green beans had one tiny piece of bacon. The price wasn’t too bad for the amount of meat, the big drink, and 2 sides. Not my favorite, but I might come back sometime.

My wife and I stopped at the Location in Auburn, Ca on hwy 49 we expected to get a good portion of food according to the menu but that did not happen. I ordered the big sandwich and it was not much larger than a McDonalds small hamburger. It tasted good but was so small for a BIG sandwich. My wife ordered a small one and wow it could not have been more than 3 inches long. I also ordered some potato salad, again the cup it came in was like a small water cup you get from a water container. The food is ok but very expensive for what you get plus the waiting line to get your order in is way to short for more than five or six customers. We will go to TOGO’S now for better food and less expensive food for what you pay for.

This ain’t real BBQ. It’s basically saying Taco Bell is authentic Mexican food. However, this doesn’t mean that the food is bad, it just means the food is over priced and bland. If it was a little cheaper I’d give it 3 stars.

Very disappointed, there is no information online about gluten free options. They don’t have a menu here onsite that has any info on nutrition or gluten. The workers have no idea, and said all they have is a cook book… People have allergies and you have nothing for them to know what the can and can not eat

I love this place! They are great. Super friendly & quick. I called in my order in advanced, and when I arrived they were kind and very interactive while I waited for them to pack it up. It was ready just being kept warm. I will definitely be back! Thanks so much. Though I was bummed they sold out of chicken everything else was great! Brisket and ribs! Mmm Thank all of you so much!

My favorite of the Dickies is right here on Trinity Pkwy in Stockton. The staff is great and the owner Rod is the best. The food can’t be beat. 5 stars for this awesome team

Thank you for putting the customer first! I went in before they opened and ordered some food to go. When I got home, Tony said it wasn’t fresh and the meat was dry. He called to let them know, so he took it back and got a fresh batch which was tender and juicy! The meat just melts in your mouth! He let them know we are regulars there and I appreciate that they made things right. This is the only location I like going to in Stockton.

Great food. Kids eat free Sundays make it even better. Can’t beat feeding two adults and two toddlers for less than $ 25WITH dessert. The guy working th e counter was incredibly patient and handling business quite well for being the only one there and customers lining up. Will definitely be making this a regular stop now.

I wanted to try something new so we decided to give this place a try. The food was just ok. The employees were nice and gave me a free soda cause they were out of chicken. Over priced for what you get. Probably will not try again.

Great location, great staff! Tip; mix hot and regular BBQ sauce for something really good. This is as good as it gets for chain BBQ, I love their consist service and good food. My kids think it’s «the ice cream place». One of the better values out there when feeding the family.

I tried the spareribs and beef brisket. I personally didn’t care for the ribs. They had an overpowering smokey taste… but I enjoyed the brisket which was flavorful… but both meats were just barely warm. The sides I had were green beans and Mac and Cheese. The green beans were well seasoned but the Mac and Cheese was just okay. The restaurant itself was not all that clean. The staff was friendly enough when I ordered. The day was warm and there was no air on inside the restaurant. which is just not okay with me. I have to be honest and tell you I just didn’t care for this place enough to return.

This was my first time going here and I was really impressed with the food but mostly with a young lady named jasmine. She was extremely helpful and had even gave us a taste of some of the meats there. It will be coming back here for many visits to come. I just hope that they keep jasmine there as she has an inviting energy and truly makes you fell comfortable and welcome.

Came here for the first time– employees were unfriendly and place was dirty. Food was just ok.

This place is far better than the restaurant on Pacific in the Sherwood Mall parking lot. The food is prepared & the presentation is better. It has been awhile since I have paid Pacific a visit, since I like this one better, so they may have gotten their act together. This location always has a line and people actually enjoying their meals. My only gripe is tonight they only have two employees working. So the cashier and food preparer are wearing two hats. It makes it hard to keep the tables clean and supplies, straws, napkins, etc. flowing. But, at least they give you free ice cream(soft serve) for dessert.

The employees were extremely nice and I liked the atmosphere, but the food and the small portions were not worth the price for me. It was fairly pricey and the brisket was too dry, and the pulled pork was too fatty. I wouldn’t have minded if it was cheaper…

A Texan has to eat chicken fried steak, Tex-Mex food, or barbecue at least once a week or else he withers away. The quadruple bypass comes much later in life… As a transplanted Texan for the last ten years, I have eaten more BBQ than I care to remember, with the mandatory open heart surgery after decades of indulgence, but, IMHO, Dickey’s is not the real deal. You might as well just purchase some store bought BBQ and be done with it…

You can certainly tell when a business cares less about customers. Most would attempt to contact the customer and try to find a resolution or apologies. Dickies seems to get so much business that customer care quality is out the window. I wish this business luck in the future and can only hope things change to the little guys benefit.

I travel all over the country and am a self professed bbq snob. I am very cynical of California bbq, or any bbq west of the plains for that matter. Needless to say, I was a little skeptical on my visit. The staff was friendly and the décor welcoming. I was part of a party of 6 hungry adults that had been packing to help my parents move all day so I was tired, hungry and short of patience. The atmosphere was very relaxing and there wasn’t much of a line due to arriving around 7pm. I had the three meat plate, 2 pulled pork and the polish sausage. They were out of chicken turkey and my mom got the last of the ham. This was explained as the result of an unexpected surge just prior. The pulled pork was fantastic. Great flavor, no fat. Perfect! The sausage was great. Coleslaw is one of my favorites and is usually ruined by 9 out of 10 restaurants but these folks knocked it out of the park. Same for the fried okra(delicious!). I was very pleasantly surprised at the whole experience. The owner came by to check on us and was very pleasant, a nice touch. All in all, I very much enjoyed my visit and the food and will be making this a regular food stop. I would highly recommend it.
