Why fight the traffic over the bridge when you have a better selection and friendly customer service at Clarke’s! I go there every summer for all my groceries. The deli & bread are the freshest in town! When we have a cook-​out all our friends know they are Charley’s burgers from Sunset Market!!~Just ask Charley to make you some of his bangin’ burgers! and the redhead Lucy always greets you with her amazing smile!
THERE IS NO BETTER PLACE ON THE ISLAND FOR GROCERIES THAN CLARKE’S!

Clarke’s is my go-​to market whenever I visit Stone Harbor. They offer a wide selection of meats & cheeses, fresh bread and quality produce. The service is always excellent!

So happy to see that Clarke’s is back again this summer. The place is always very clean and the staff friendly. Large selection of meats and cheeses at the deli. Plus more gourmet type cheeses in another section. Always surprised at the large selection of grocery items, fruits and vegetables.
It’s more expensive than the supermarket but way more convenient than having to drive off the island. And what the heck… you’re on vacation!

Nice people ! The best chicken salad, amazing burgers .oh, and deliciouse recisery chicken. I been in Stone Harbor few times, that was a big tip to have Clarkes Mrkt near by. We spend more time on the beach.

This place is great if you need something and don’t want to drive all the way out to acme. It has better selection than the wawa.
The deli is great — they will shave your ham if you ask.
The kaiser rolls — look for them in the wooden bins in front of the deli case.
Can’t find them? Slide open the wooden bins.
This is the best roll for your sanny!
I don’t know any other place to get rolls like this.

I get that prices at the shore are high, but $ 4.29 for a can of tomatoes is ludicrous. Go to Bud’s if you’re in a pinch where they are slightly over $ 2 or better yet the Acme. Won’t be going back again.

Excellent fresh produce, super clean, professional, quick and an all round great experience. Small country store feel. Excellent deli.
Been going here for years when I visit the shore, my brother and friends have worked here over the years as well. Mrs Clarke was always a strict owner, so the store reflected her high standards. Her son I think has taken over now and continues her tradition. Good for quick things needed, but not everything. Its a more pricey than Acme, but closer than driving off island.
