I can’t remember the last time I’ve had a donut from Dunkin’ Donuts, but my sister was craving a snack(and she loves DD) so I figured I’d try a chocolate frosted donut. I mean, it’s a classic donut – no one can mess up of chocolate frosted donut, right? Um, THISWASTHEWORSTDONUT I’VEEVERHAD! If my sister hadn’t bought my donut, I would’ve tossed it in the trash. Seriously, the stale donuts at 7-Eleven taste better than this crap. Needless to say, I’ll never return to DD… I’ll stick to the best donuts ever – Krispy Kreme. Mmm!

I have always loved Dunkin Donuts coffee, for my tastes its SO much better than Starbucks. Their food quality appears to be really declining fast. and the service at this location is SO slow. Seems like on a Saturday afternoon, at least, all the customer service is concentrated on the Baskin Robbins side of the counter and if you happen to be in the mood for something from the Dunkin Donuts side you better be prepared for a nice long wait…

I agree, this location totally sucks at customer service. at least they are fairly quick about getting you in & out of the place. It seems to be a hang out for a gentleman’s club but never fear this only takes place after dark.

Coffee and donuts .both are below standard. Sour Cream donuts don’t look/taste same. Pay more for the same items you can buy from other Dunkin on the same street… like their Chicken biscuits!

I’ve never had an issue here. Delicious coffee and donuts, quick service, and friendly service(in my experience).

How dunkin donuts has changed! I’ve been drinkin dunkin’ coffee since the 80’s, and let me tell you, i would rather have the old drab looking dunkin donuts that made incredible coffee over the new modern looking, manicured dunkin donuts that makes inconsistent crappy coffee. One dunkin donuts makes it too sweet, the other too much cream. Why can’t coffee be made like it used to??? Dunkin donuts’ coffee used to be the standard for all other places to measure up to. That is, until starbucks came along with their $ 5.00 cup of coffee. Now dunkin wants in on that market. Big mistake. Stick with what made you, and don’t try to re-invent yourself, dunkin donuts. Honestly i will still go because of their wifi, and seating arrangements, ease of connecting laptop, as well as quiet atmosphere. That all being said, this dunkin donuts is okay, although every time i finish my coffee and ask for a refill the girl gives me a strange look, as if i am asking for a handout(even after i say i am willing to pay for the coffee). It is okay, i would taste the coffee before driving away if you are ordering from the drive-thru. Many times i’ve gotten room temperature coffee, or too sweet, or THEYDON’T STIRIT!, man does that piss me off. HOw can you forget to stir coffee?

Suck at customer service, I told the young lady at the counter that I wanted regular ice cream… she puts soft serve, and after interrupting her to tell her that’s not what I wanted she seemed to have an attitude. To top it off the ice cream taste old. I don’t see myself going back there.

The bad thing about Dunkin Donuts is I love Krispy kreme, and there happens to be one 2 miles away. The good thing about Dunkin Donuts is their coffee is pretty good, and their blueberry bagels aren’t a slouch either. Came in for just that, large coffee with an espresso shot and blueberry bagel toasted. Left with a smile and isn’t that what’s really the point when you come to a place like this? Customer service was pretty fast and had me in and out of there within a couple of minutes. I can’t speak on the Baskin Robbins side of things, but in addition to that, they do have cakes, breakfast items and decent prices.

Cookie cutter D&D. Need a cake doughnut fix, they got that. Doughnuts are decent from this location. They also have a Baskin Robbins in here. Service is okay, with some minor communication issues from time to time. Looks like a family run place, with that family being from India. Nice folks with no real complaints here. It’s a D&D, it is what it is. A good go to for doughnuts in the area. BTW, that area is a little bit of a wasteland. RIP Target, Best Buy, and Kroger. Might want to think about what a doughnut a zombie might eat. Brain donut hole, maybe.
