They hardly give any credit anymore, the used games are usually in awful condition from this location, and why in the world are the used games so expensive?! They are only 4 – 6 $ less than the new game! That’s insane, I would rather just have the new version. The employees here are on and off, we have talked with some really nice employees who have been super helpful and we have talked with some who were rude and obviously didn’t want to be there. I give it one star because I really feel that GameStop is a bit of a rip off now. The games are the same prices as most places but the Disney Infinity figures are more expensive and they don’t give enough credit or discounts for me to continue to shop here and buy their yearly«discount card» that doesn’t really do anything.

Stopped in here for some last minute christmas gifts and must say that as busy as it was, the staff was very professional and relaxed. The service was prompt and accurate, I saw online that they have power up cards and wanted one. You can only pick up in store and because of it being christmas eve and me rushing around grabbing last minute items, I totally forgot to ask the sales associate for the card. Thats one of my cons, I wish he would have asked me if I had or wanted one. But hey it was the holiday season and just as well as I forgot he may have too. My other con has to do with their website not this store in its self. You can reserve games at whichever store location has it online. I reserved games and kept receiving emails that they didn’t have it at multiple locations. So I called the store closest to me and to my surprise the associate said they had it! What it is, is that game stops website doesn’t put holds on any games for you around holiday seasons which makes total sense… not posting that information on the site makes NO sense. Would have saved me a half hour or more if I would have known this. The store overall was great, I totally respect their professionalism under pressure and for that as well as the location I’ll be returning!

The guys that work in this game stop are always knowledgable and helpful when I go in to either get or trade a game for my son.

Gamestop is like Blockbusters, it’s a dying business model. On top of that, their service is beyond horrible, at the store and online. They hide behind the standard, «it’s our policy» line.

I think it’s pretty bizarre that i’ve been to walmart and stone mountain so often but I never bothered to simply drive the length of this strip mallish area. One of the«I didn’t know that store was here» stores I saw was Gamestop, so obviously I had to go in. Fairly clean store, packed full of games and about 8 customers to only 1 employee. Maybe that’s why he didn’t say«welcome to gamestop» or ask if I needed help. I didn’t. Nothing really to report considering this portion of the lot is not hurting for parking spaces and with the walmart next door, I question whether or not this place will be here next year. I hope so, because I do get my used games from gamestop and this is a convenient location.

Well honor of being the dirtiest game stop ever still belongs to this location but they have upped the ante. The workers can’t be bothered to help you & if you do dare disturb them. You will have hell to pay. I’m not sure if they realize this, Wal-mart is in the same strip mall & they sell games, Target sells games, best buy sells games. I think the Chevron on the corner is now selling games(well maybe not just yet). I’ve given this location my money for the last time.
