McDonald’s

This has to be one the worse McDonald’s. Their drive thru is S-​L-​O-​W & there’s always sketchy looking people hanging outside. I gave them 2 stars because I normally always gets hot fries because they’re never ready & I have to pull to the side to wait on them to bring them out fresh.

Last time I checked, drive thru was supposed to be fast… so why then am I still sitting here 15 minutes later? *sigh* oh well… it’s late and I’m hungry. Won’t make this mistake again tho!

The service here is horrible. They are very .very.very slow. Why do you only have one register open for breakfast. Management is now existence. The only reason they are still open because it really the only Fast food restaurant close by besides Church’s Chicken… I hate coming here.

They never have the wraps… their management team need to do better with ordering enough food for the customers.

I can’t speak about the drive thru service but the service inside the restaurant is atrocious.
The service is extremely slow and the employees are either really that incompetent or simply don’t care. The line is usually out the door and with only two cash registers inside and only one being used it makes the service that much slower.
Orders here are consistently lost and messed up. I came here for a simple breakfast combo this past Saturday and it took over 30 minutes to get it. People who ordered well after I did got their meals before I did. If I didn’t say anything to them, I still would probably be waiting for my order two days later. Even after they acknowledged they made a mistake they ended up giving me the wrong order and I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to get it right.
I usually try to get a quick bite to eat before playing football on Saturday mornings, but after two visits to this location, I won’t ever come back here again.

Only stopped here because I was starving & was passing by. Slow customer service & employees that don’t care. Why McDonald’s, Why?

Not sure if it was from the summer heat or what, but the ice cream cone seems like it underwent a new recipe overhaul as it was delicious! This mickey D’s has a drive thru that can and will block your car if you’re parked at the building (i’d suggest parking wherever the drive thru line is not… it gets crowded in a hurry). Otherwise, it’s Mc. Donalds. You know the deal. I can’t speak for interior cleanliness because I didn’t go inside, but the cashier was nice, and handed me my cone with no sticky drips, etc.
